In a further embodiment, the control guidance circuit 6 is specifically configured to detect whether a CP signal exists when the charging pile is connected to the electric vehicle, send a PWM signal to the electric vehicle when the CP signal is determined to exist, receive a matching signal fed back by the electric vehicle, receive the matching signal fed back by the electric vehicle, send a connection determination signal to the microcontroller 1, and control the relay 7 to be closed by the microcontroller 1; specifically, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the RC resistor is mounted on a vehicle-mounted charger or other vehicle-mounted control unit, and can detect a charging pile control device, when the connection between the vehicle and the charging pile is completed, R3 is merged into a CP signal, the charging pile detects the CP signal through the control guidance circuit 6 to confirm the connection, and after the confirmation is completed, the charging pile closes the S1 switch, and sends a PWM signal to the vehicle; when the vehicle detects that the PWM signal adjusts input current, such as PWM matching, the S2 switch is closed after the vehicle is ready, R16 is merged into the CP signal, the charging pile detects that R16 is merged into the contactor, K1 and K2 are closed for charging, when the charger finishes charging, S1 is switched to 12V (PWM is closed), the vehicle is disconnected from S2, and the charger disconnects K contactors K1 and K2 to finish charging.
In the preferred embodiment, the intelligent charging pile further comprises an electric leakage protector, wherein the electric leakage protector is arranged between the alternating current commercial power and the relay 7, so that the charging pile can be prevented from charging electric leakage, and the safety performance of the charging pile is enhanced.
More preferably, intelligent charging stake still is provided with lightning protection surge protection device, lightning protection surge protection device connects earth-leakage protector and earth connection, lightning protection surge protection device can prevent that surge current is too big and lead to filling the electric pile to damage, has also strengthened the security of charging.
In summary, the intelligent charging pile provided by the invention comprises a microcontroller, a voltage detection circuit, a current detection circuit, a communication circuit, an emergency stop detection circuit, a control guidance circuit and a relay, wherein the voltage detection circuit, the current detection circuit, the communication circuit, the emergency stop detection circuit, the control guidance circuit and the relay are all connected with the microcontroller. The charging pile comprises a plurality of charging piles, a plurality of detection circuits are arranged on the charging pile, and the charging piles can be communicated with the intelligent terminal through the communication circuits, so that the intelligent degree of the charging piles is increased, and an electric vehicle owner can know the real-time state and position distribution of the charging piles through the intelligent terminal, and the electric vehicle owner can conveniently search and use the charging piles.

Claims (8)

1. An intelligent charging pile, comprising:
the microcontroller is used for controlling the working state of the charging pile;
the voltage detection circuit is used for detecting the voltage of the charging pile in the process of charging the automobile in real time and sending the detected voltage to the microcontroller;
the current detection circuit is used for monitoring the current of the charging pile in the process of charging the automobile in real time and sending the detected current to the microcontroller;
the communication circuit is used for communicating with the intelligent terminal and sending the running state of the charging pile to the intelligent terminal;
the emergency stop detection circuit is used for detecting whether the emergency stop switch is closed or not and sending an emergency stop signal to the microcontroller when the emergency stop switch is closed;
the control guidance circuit is used for detecting whether the automobile is successfully accessed and sending a connection confirmation signal to the microcontroller;
the relay is connected with the microcontroller and is used for controlling the connection state between the alternating current commercial power and the alternating current charging gun;
the voltage detection circuit comprises a first resistor, a second resistor, a third resistor, a fourth resistor, a fifth resistor, a sixth resistor, a seventh resistor, an eighth resistor, a first transformer, a first rectifier bridge, a first operational amplifier, a second operational amplifier, a first capacitor, a second capacitor and a first diode, wherein one end of the first resistor is connected with a live wire of alternating current commercial power, the other end of the first resistor is connected with a 1 st pin of the first transformer through the second resistor, one end of the third resistor is connected with a zero wire of the alternating current commercial power, the other end of the third resistor is connected with a 2 nd pin of the first transformer through the fourth resistor, a 3 rd pin of the first transformer is connected with a 2 nd pin of the first rectifier bridge, a 4 th pin of the first transformer is connected with the 1 st pin of the first rectifier bridge, the 3 rd pin of the first rectifier bridge is connected with one end of the fifth resistor and the in-phase input end of the first operational amplifier, the other end of the 4 th pin of the first rectifier bridge and the fifth resistor are grounded, the inverting input end of the first operational amplifier is connected with the output end of the first operational amplifier and one end of the sixth resistor, the other end of the sixth resistor is connected with one end of the seventh resistor, one end of the first capacitor and the non-inverting input end of the second operational amplifier, the other end of the seventh resistor and the other end of the first capacitor are grounded, the inverting input end of the second operational amplifier is connected with the output end of the second operational amplifier and one end of the eighth resistor, the other end of the eighth resistor is connected with the anode of the first diode, one end of the second capacitor and the microcontroller, and the cathode of the first diode is connected with a 3.3V power supply.
2. The intelligent charging pile of claim 1, wherein the microcontroller employs a 32-bit embedded processor.

The intelligent charging pile of claim 2, wherein the current detection circuit comprises a second rectifier bridge, a ninth resistor, a tenth resistor, an eleventh resistor, a fourth capacitor, a second diode, and a third diode, the No. 2 pin of the second rectifier bridge is connected with a live wire of alternating current commercial power, the No. 1 pin of the second rectifier bridge is connected with a zero line of the alternating current commercial power, a pin 3 of the second rectifier bridge is connected with one end of a ninth resistor, one end of a third capacitor and the anode of a second diode, the cathode of the second diode is connected with the anode of the third diode, one end of the eleventh resistor, one end of the fourth capacitor and the microcontroller through the tenth resistor, and the negative electrode of the third diode is connected with a 3.3V power supply, and the 4 th pin of the second rectifier bridge, the other end of the ninth resistor, the other end of the third capacitor, the other end of the eleventh resistor and the other end of the fourth capacitor are all grounded.

The intelligent charging pile of claim 3, wherein the communication circuit comprises a wired communication module and a wireless communication module, the wired communication module and the wireless communication module are both connected with the microcontroller, the wired communication module adopts RS485 communication, RS232 communication or CAN bus communication, and the wireless communication module adopts Ethernet communication, GPRS communication or 4G communication.

The intelligent charging pile according to claim 4, wherein the emergency stop detection circuit comprises a twelfth resistor and a thirteenth resistor, one end of the twelfth resistor is connected with one ends of the emergency stop switch and the thirteenth resistor, the other end of the thirteenth resistor is connected with a 3.3V power supply, and the other end of the twelfth resistor is connected with the microcontroller.

The intelligent charging pile according to claim 5, wherein the control guidance circuit is specifically configured to detect whether a CP signal exists when the charging pile is connected with an electric vehicle, send a PWM signal to the electric vehicle when the CP signal is confirmed, and send a connection confirmation signal to the microcontroller after receiving a matching signal fed back by the electric vehicle, wherein the microcontroller controls the relay to be closed.
7. The intelligent charging pile according to claim 1, further comprising a leakage protector disposed between the ac mains and the relay.
8. The intelligent charging pile according to claim 7, further provided with a lightning protection surge protection device, wherein the lightning protection surge protection device is connected with the earth leakage protector and the earth wire.
