Abstract

The invention relates to a pattern with a three-dimensional effect and a preparation method thereof. The pattern includes ink and magnetic powder mixed together, the magnetic powder being aligned in the ink. The pattern is printed by using ink containing magnetic powder, and the magnetic powder in the pattern is directionally arranged by combining a magnetic mould, so that the pattern has a three-dimensional effect. Because the magnetic powder in the pattern is directionally arranged, the pattern can not be scanned and copied, and the anti-counterfeiting effect is strong. The visual anti-counterfeiting pattern can achieve dynamic three-dimensional effect, line refraction effect, bright and matte contrast effect, depth of field three-dimensional effect and the like. The printing ink can be applied to various packaging printing fields such as cigarette packet printing, cosmetic box printing, gift box printing and the like.

Background
The patterns printed by the common silk-screen printing ink basically have the effects of flat laying and two-dimensional plane without three-dimensional change and anti-counterfeiting effect.
At present, the anti-counterfeiting technology achieved through screen printing mainly comprises light-variable ink, temperature-variable ink and the like. The anti-counterfeiting effect is achieved mainly through the characteristics of the ink, and the ink is easy to imitate; in addition, the optically variable ink and the temperature variable ink have no stereoscopic vision effect and only change in color, so that the stereoscopic vision impact force of the whole package is not strong.
Accordingly, the prior art is yet to be improved and developed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a pattern with a three-dimensional effect and a method for preparing the same, which aims to solve the problems that the prior printed pattern has no three-dimensional effect and has poor anti-counterfeiting performance when used as an anti-counterfeiting pattern.

In the present embodiment, the mass ratio of the magnetic powder to the ink may be from 1% to 5%, from 5% to 10%, from 10% to 15%, from 15% to 20% by mass.

Specifically, after the die units are spliced and fixed, the die is magnetized, a flat plate is placed at the upper end of the die after the mold units are magnetized, the length and the width of the flat plate can be set according to the size of the die below, and the thickness of the flat plate can be 1-5 mm. Specifically, a screen printing method may be adopted to print a pattern with a three-dimensional effect, the screen printing plate determines the shape of the pattern and the distribution of the modified ink, and in order to ensure a sufficient amount of the ink, the effect is more obvious, optionally, the mesh of the screen printing plate is 200-mesh and 250-mesh, or 150-mesh and 300-mesh or 300-mesh and 350-mesh.
In one or more embodiments, when the silk-screen printing method is adopted, the prepared modified ink is added into the silk-screen printing plate, the printing stock is placed on the surface of the silk-screen printing table, and the pattern ink of the silk-screen printing corresponds to the mould in the silk-screen printing table. Before the printing stock leaves the silk screen printing table, the LED curing lamp is moved into the position above the printing stock and the printing ink, the distance between the LED lamp and the printing stock is about 2-6cm, the printing ink is reacted and cured after the LED curing lamp irradiates the printing ink, the LED curing lamp is moved out of the silk screen printing table, then the printing stock is moved out of the silk screen printing table, the printing stock is secondarily cured through the UV curing lamp through a conveying belt, and finally the printing stock enters the paper receiving table to finish printing.
The visual anti-counterfeiting pattern can present dynamic three-dimensional effect, line refraction effect, bright and matte contrast effect, depth of field three-dimensional effect and the like. The printing ink can be applied to various packaging printing fields such as cigarette packet printing, cosmetic box printing, gift box printing and the like.
