Abstract
The invention discloses ion exchange equipment and a water aqua preparation method for preparing kasugamycin water aqua, and the equipment comprises a shell and an ion exchange medium, wherein the side wall of the shell is provided with at least one circulation exchange port which is communicated with an exchange space; the ion exchange equipment also comprises a circulating assembly, the circulating assembly comprises a rotating column, the rotating column is connected with at least one rotating disc, the rotating disc penetrates through the circulating exchange port and is partially arranged in the exchange space, and the rotating disc is provided with a channel communicated with the exchange space; at least part of the ion exchange medium is disposed within the rotating disk and is in contact with the exchange space via the channels. The invention utilizes the ion exchange column capable of circularly exchanging the ion exchange medium to realize convenient taking out and replacement of the ion exchange medium, can further realize simultaneous implementation of the two procedures of ion exchange and rinsing in the preparation process of the kasugamycin aqueous solution, realizes the continuity of production of the kasugamycin aqueous solution, saves the production time and reduces the production cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of preparation of kasugamycin aqua, in particular to ion exchange equipment for preparing the kasugamycin aqua and an aqua preparation method.
Background
Kasugamycin is a metabolite of actinomycetes, belongs to agricultural antibiotic bactericides, has high-efficiency broad-spectrum property, is an ideal prevention and treatment agent for various bacterial and fungal diseases, has dual effects of prevention and treatment, is a special antibiotic for preventing and treating rice blast, and can be used for preventing and treating other diseases, such as: the control effect of citrus sand skin disease, pepper bacterial scab, celery early blight and the like is good. The kasugamycin also has the characteristics of low toxicity and low residue, is suitable for producing green foods such as vegetables and fruits, and is listed as a recommended pesticide for producing pollution-free agricultural products by the national ministry of agriculture.
Kasugamycin preparations are divided into solid and aqueous preparations, and the aqueous preparations are widely used because of the optimal application method of the preparation in spraying and root irrigation. The existing preparation process of the kasugamycin water aqua is kasugamycin fermentation liquor → plate frame filtration → ion exchange → rinsing → desorption → concentration → secondary filtration → color matching → packaging, wherein the ion exchange uses an ion exchange column to adsorb effective components and remove impurities, and the rinsing uses water to clean the well-adsorbed ion exchange resin to obtain an intermediate product containing the effective components. The existing ion exchange column is closed, and timely replacement and taking out of an internal ion exchange medium cannot be realized, so that ion exchange and rinsing cannot be carried out simultaneously, continuous production cannot be carried out, and the production cost is increased. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a further solution to the above problems.

(3) desorbing with saturated ammonium chloride solution at normal temperature;
(4) the filtrate is concentrated to make the kasugamycin content be 1% -4%.
Further, the ion exchange equipment for preparing the kasugamycin aqueous solution moves at the rotating speed of 1-2 revolutions for 1 hour.
Further, the preparation method further comprises the following steps: and (5) performing secondary filtering, color matching and packaging.
Further, the preparation method further comprises adding auxiliary ingredients which are conventional in the preparation process of the aqueous solution, including but not limited to one or more of an emulsifier, a preservative, a pH regulator, an antifreezing agent and the like. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

As shown in fig. 1 and 3-4, the circulating assembly 2 includes a rotating column 21 disposed at a side of the housing 1 and along a height direction of the housing 1, the rotating column 21 is connected with a rotating disc 22, the rotating disc 22 passes through the circulating exchange port 14 and is partially disposed in the exchange space 13, it is understood that, in order to ensure that the rotating disc 22 extends into the housing 1 in a consistent specification during the rotation process, an axis of the rotating disc 22 is perpendicular to an axis of the rotating column 21. The rotating disk 22 is provided with at least one, and may generally correspond to the number of the circulation ports 14. The rotating disk 22 preferably comprises a plurality of chambers 222, preferably three, the plurality of chambers 222 being equally distributed around the rotating column 21, and further the chambers 222 are detachably connected to the rotating column 21 to facilitate individual removal.
It will be appreciated that, in order to ensure the tightness of the casing 1 and prevent external contamination from entering the inside of the casing 1, which would affect the production quality, the height of the circular exchange port 14 is the same as the height of one or more rotating discs 22 (i.e. the circular exchange port 14 can be substantially sealed by the rotating disc 22 therein), and the rotating disc 22 is provided with a passage communicating with the exchange space 13, i.e. the circular exchange space 13113 is in communication with the fixed space 132, so that kasugamycin fermentation broth can enter through the upper inlet 11 and exit through the lower outlet 12.
As shown in fig. 3, the passage may be composed of the upper end of the open rotating disk 22 and a plurality of gaps 221 located at the lower end of the rotating disk 22, or as shown in fig. 4, the upper and lower ends of the rotating disk 22 are meshes 223, and the passage is composed of gaps 221 between the meshes 223 of the upper and lower meshes 223.
At least part of the ion exchange medium (ion exchange medium can be ion exchange resin particles generally, not shown in the figure) is arranged in the rotating disc 22 and is contacted with the exchange space 13 through a channel, so that the kasugamycin fermentation liquor is contacted with the ion exchange medium.
Of course, the ion exchange medium can also be partially disposed in the exchange space 13, i.e. the fixed space 132 also has the ion exchange medium therein, so as to increase the amount of the exchange medium and improve the exchange efficiency.
The circulating assembly 2 preferably further comprises a driving device which drives the rotary column 21 to move at a rotating speed of 1 hour to 2 revolutions so as to be in sufficient contact with the ion exchange medium, and also to give sufficient time so as to be convenient for taking out the ion exchange medium exchanged in the rotary disc 22.
As shown in fig. 1, a part of the rotating disk 22 is covered with a sealing frame 23, the part of the rotating disk 22 is located outside the exchanging space 13, the sealing frame 23 is connected to a side wall of the housing 1, and the rotating disk 22 can rotate in the sealing frame 23. As shown in fig. 5, the sealing frame 23 includes a first groove 231, a second groove 232 and a third groove 233, so that the sealing frame 23 can be conveniently removed. The first slot 231 is used for accommodating the rotary column 21, the second slot 232 is used for connecting the first slot 231 and the third slot 233, the sealing frame 23 can be freely taken down, and the third slot 233 is used for clamping the shell 1 and tightly attached to the side wall of the shell 1.
In the preferred embodiment, the recycling exchange ports 14 are closely stacked in the height direction of the housing 1, i.e., the volume of the fixed space 132 is compressed as much as possible, and the volume of the recycling exchange space 13113 is enlarged, so as to improve the ion exchange efficiency and the recycling exchange efficiency simultaneously.
The method for preparing the kasugamycin water aqua by using the equipment comprises the following steps:
(1) filtering the Streptomyces aureofaciens fermentation liquor by a plate-and-frame filter to remove hyphae;
(2) and (2) putting the solution into ion exchange equipment for preparing the kasugamycin aqueous solution for ion exchange, adsorbing kasugamycin molecules, and simultaneously washing the adsorbed resin with water on the other side of the rotating ion exchange equipment for preparing the kasugamycin aqueous solution, wherein the ion exchange equipment for preparing the kasugamycin aqueous solution preferably moves at the rotating speed of 1-2 revolutions for 1 hour. Compared with the existing preparation process of kasugamycin water aqua, the method can save 15 to 20 percent of production time and reduce 5 to 8 percent of production cost by processing 1 ton of kasugamycin fermentation liquor.
In conclusion, the invention utilizes the ion exchange column capable of circularly exchanging the ion exchange medium to realize convenient taking out and replacement of the ion exchange medium, can further realize simultaneous operation of the two procedures of ion exchange and rinsing in the preparation process of the kasugamycin aqueous solution, and provides a basis for further realizing synchronous desorption, thereby realizing the continuity of production of the kasugamycin aqueous solution, saving the production time and reducing the production cost.

8. The ion exchange device for the production of aqueous kasugamycin according to claim 6, wherein said chambers are provided in three numbers.

The ion exchange device for preparing kasugamycin aqueous solution according to claim 1, wherein a part of the rotating disk is covered with a sealing frame, the part of the rotating disk is positioned outside the exchange space, the sealing frame is connected with the side wall of the shell, and the rotating disk can rotate in the sealing frame.
10. The method for preparing the kasugamycin aqueous solution by using the ion exchange equipment for preparing the kasugamycin aqueous solution according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) filtering the Streptomyces aureofaciens fermentation liquor by a plate-and-frame filter to remove hyphae;
(2) putting into ion exchange equipment for preparing kasugamycin aqueous solution for ion exchange, adsorbing kasugamycin molecules, and simultaneously washing the adsorbed resin with water on the other side of the rotating ion exchange equipment for preparing the kasugamycin aqueous solution;
(3) desorbing with saturated ammonium chloride solution at normal temperature;
(4) the filtrate is concentrated to make the kasugamycin content be 1% -4%.
