本发明公开了一种氨基酸洁颜蜜,包含氨基酸类表面活性剂、C8‑12鼠李糖脂和蜂蜜。本发明所述洁颜蜜中以氨基酸类表面活性剂为清洁成分,并添加了C8‑12鼠李糖脂和蜂蜜,可以减少表面活性剂对皮肤的刺激,乳化并吸附带走毛孔中的油脂分泌物,能有效改善痤疮。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种洁面用品,具体涉及一种氨基酸洁颜蜜。
背景技术
传统的洗面奶注重的都是高效清洁、去黑头、去油等,却忽略了产品本身对肌肤的刺激。传统洗面奶为了提高清洁能力及去油能力,加入了碱性极强的表面活性剂,发泡剂,皂基等成分,而人体的皮肤却是弱酸性的,长时间使用会刺激肌肤。更严重的是皮肤的皮脂膜也会被破坏。一旦失去皮脂膜,皮肤很容易受到外界伤害。
氨基酸基表面活性剂是一类以天然物质为原料的环境友好型表面活性剂,性能优良,刺激性小,易生物降解且具有一定的抑菌能力。一款洁面产品的评价标准是"净而不干",和脂肪酸盐成分(皂基)的洗面奶相比,氨基酸洁面产品清洁力虽略低一点,但温和性和刺激性远远优于皂基产品,可与专门针对敏感性肤质的温和洗面奶相媲美且清洁力更好。作为温和清洁产品的氨基酸洁面产品,在滋润保湿效果上却难以达到长效,并且由于其清洁力有限,难以满足痤疮的皮肤的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种氨基酸洁颜蜜。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种氨基酸洁颜蜜,包含氨基酸类表面活性剂、C8-12鼠李糖脂和蜂蜜。
鼠李糖脂可以通过分散和润湿性能来使物质扩散,以帮助保留水分、润滑、产生泡沫、可以作为一种清洗剂,它可以保持混合物的体系稳定,控制产品的粘度,还可以乳化毛孔中的油脂,减少痤疮的发生。也可以抗皱防衰老。蜂蜜有营养滋润皮肤的作用,使皮肤柔软,滑润和细嫩,而且能营养皮肤,保持健康。由于蜂蜜有高度的吸湿性,它能吸收皮肤的分泌物,又有抑菌作用,所以又可作为皮肤的杀菌剂。本发明所述洁颜蜜中以氨基酸类表面活性剂为清洁成分,并添加了C8-12鼠李糖脂和蜂蜜,可以减少表面活性剂对皮肤的刺激,乳化并吸附带走毛孔中的油脂分泌物,能有效改善痤疮。
优选地,所述C8-12鼠李糖脂在所述洁颜蜜中的重量百分含量为0.5~3%,所述蜂蜜在所述洁颜蜜中的重量百分含量为8~12%。所述C8-12鼠李糖脂和蜂蜜在上述添加量下能够更好配合,对毛孔中的油脂清除效果较好,能较好的缓解痤疮。更优选地,所述C8-12鼠李糖脂在所述洁颜蜜中的重量百分含量为1.6%,所述蜂蜜在所述洁颜蜜中的重量百分含量为10%。
优选地,所述氨基酸类表面活性剂包含椰油酰谷氨酸钠和椰油酰甘氨酸钠;所述椰油酰谷氨酸钠在所述洁颜蜜中的重量百分含量为2~5%,所述椰油酰甘氨酸钠在所述洁颜蜜中的重量百分含量为1~3%。椰油酰谷氨酸钠和椰油酰甘氨酸钠这两种表面活性剂对皮肤温和刺激性小,采用上述添加量能实现较好的清洁效果,泡沫细腻易冲洗,不易有紧绷的感觉。
优选地,所述洁颜蜜还包含以下重量百分含量的组分:糖类同分异构体0.1~0.5%、甘油8~12%和山梨醇3~8%。糖类同分异构体可以通过与角质层细胞中角蛋白上的赖氨酸的自由氨基酸基团结合,协助角质层的角蛋白结合水分,因不能被轻易洗掉,以达到持久的保湿效果。本发明所述洁颜蜜还添加了甘油和山梨醇这两种小分子保湿成分,极易被肌肤吸收,并与糖类同分异构体结合,能附着于皮肤表面,实现持久保湿,从而实现由内而外的保湿补水效果,维持皮肤的水分平衡,控制油脂分泌,进一步预防和缓解痤疮的发生。
优选地,所述洁颜蜜还包含重量百分含量为0.002~0.01%的紫外线防护剂;所述紫外线防护剂包含黑桑(MORUS NIGRA)果提取物、枸杞(LYCIUM CHINENSE)根提取物、草莓(FRAGARIA CHILOENSIS)果提取物和欧洲小檗(BERBERIS VULGARIS)根提取物。本发明还添加了上述四种天然浆果提取物,可以保护受紫外线的细胞损伤,保护受低剂量UVB的皮肤昼夜节律损伤。
优选地,所述洁颜蜜还包含以下重量百分含量的组分:月桂醇聚醚-3磷酸酯3~8%、聚甘油-10 月桂酸酯1~3%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5~10%、聚季铵盐-70.5~2%、PEG-90 甘油异硬脂酸酯和月桂醇聚醚-2的混合物0.5~2%、氢氧化钾0.3~0.7%、EDTA 二钠0.05~0.2%、三乙醇胺1~2%、苯甲酸钠0.1~0.5%和对羟基苯乙酮0.1~0.5%。
优选地,所述洁颜蜜包含以下重量百分含量的组分:椰油酰谷氨酸钠2~5%、椰油酰甘氨酸钠1~3%、C8-12鼠李糖脂0.5~3%、蜂蜜8~12%、糖类同分异构体0.1~0.5%、甘油8~12%、山梨醇3~8%、紫外线防护剂0.002~0.01%、月桂醇聚醚-3磷酸酯3~8%、聚甘油-10 月桂酸酯1~3%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5~10%、聚季铵盐-70.5~2%、PEG-90 甘油异硬脂酸酯和月桂醇聚醚-2的混合物0.5~2%、氢氧化钾0.3~0.7%、EDTA 二钠0.05~0.2%、三乙醇胺1~2%、苯甲酸钠0.1~0.5%、对羟基苯乙酮0.1~0.5%和水25~60%。采用上述配方可以制得稳定均一、性状较好的乳状液体,具有温和的清洁效果和保湿效果,并能有效缓解油性肌肤的面部痤疮。
优选地,所述洁颜蜜包含以下重量百分含量的组分:椰油酰谷氨酸钠3%、椰油酰甘氨酸钠1.5%、C8-12鼠李糖脂1.6%、蜂蜜10%、糖类同分异构体0.25%、甘油10%、山梨醇5%、紫外线防护剂0.002~0.01%、月桂醇聚醚-3磷酸酯5%、聚甘油-10 月桂酸酯2%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8%、聚季铵盐-71%、PEG-90 甘油异硬脂酸酯和月桂醇聚醚-2的混合物1%、氢氧化钾0.5%、EDTA 二钠0.1%、三乙醇胺1.8%、苯甲酸钠0.3%、对羟基苯乙酮0.3%和余量的水。上述配比的洁颜蜜的清洁、保湿和对痤疮的减轻效果更佳。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种氨基酸洁颜蜜。本发明所述洁颜蜜中以氨基酸类表面活性剂为清洁成分,并添加了C8-12鼠李糖脂和蜂蜜,可以减少表面活性剂对皮肤的刺激,乳化并吸附带走毛孔中的油脂分泌物,能有效改善痤疮。
具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例和对比例中的各原料均购自市场,其中,紫外防护剂购自韩国BioSpectrum公司,商品型号为Varrier™,该产品主要包含黑桑(MORUS NIGRA)果提取物、枸杞(LYCIUMCHINENSE)根提取物、草莓(FRAGARIA CHILOENSIS)果提取物、欧洲小檗(BERBERISVULGARIS)根提取物、水和丁二醇的混合物,黑桑(MORUS NIGRA)果提取物、枸杞(LYCIUMCHINENSE)根提取物、草莓(FRAGARIA CHILOENSIS)果提取物、欧洲小檗(BERBERISVULGARIS)根提取物在该产品中的重量百分含量为0.4~2%;PEG-90 甘油异硬脂酸酯和月桂醇聚醚-2的混合物的商品型号为德国Z&SOxetal VD 92。
实施例1~7和对比例1~2所述洁颜蜜制备方法相同,包括以下步骤:
1.先将A项加热搅拌溶解,加热至75-80度左右;
2.将B项加热至75-80度左右熔解均匀,加入到A项中,搅拌均匀;
2.依次加入C项原料,继续加热至80度搅拌分散均匀,然后降温消泡搅拌;
3.当温度降至48度时,依次加入D项搅拌均匀,即得所述洁颜蜜。
实施例1~7和对比例1~2所述洁颜蜜的配方见表1。
实施例1~7和对比例1~2所述洁颜蜜的产品性能指标如下:
1、外观:浅黄色透明粘稠液体

1. 试验品:实施例1~7和对比例1~2所述洁颜蜜。
2. 受试人群:
受试人群数目:180人,男女各90人。
年龄:20~55岁之间。
健康状况:受试者皮肤健康,无皮肤病过敏史,符合受试者志愿入选标准。
分组:分为9组,每组20人。
使用方法:产品作用于脸部,每天早晚各次,连续使用一个月,效果记录于表2。
效果描述:
效果明显:保湿清洁能力优良,皮肤不紧绷,紧致有弹性;
有改善:保湿清洁能力一般;
效果较差:保湿清洁能力差,皮肤紧绷。
实施例1~7与对比例1~2所述洁颜蜜的清洁保湿效果试验结果如表2所示。

二、实施例1~7与对比例1~2所述洁颜蜜的祛痘效果测试方法和结果如下:
1. 受试对象:临床表现为面部呈现丘疹、脓疱、结节、囊肿和瘢痕等多种损害,伴有面部皮肤油腻感者,选取180名具有上述症状的青少年及中年男女作为受试对象。
2. 试验样品:实施例1~7和对比例1~2制备的产品。
3. 使用方法:温水配合洁颜蜜洁面,每天早晚各1次。
4. 祛痘效果评定标准:
痊愈:症状完全消失;
有效:症状有明显改善或改善;
无效:症状无改善。
5、根据上述评价标准,分别对180名受试人员使用实施例1~7和对比例1~2所述洁颜蜜,4个月后统计疗效,统计结果见表3。

从表2和表3可以看出,本发明所述洁颜蜜具有一定的保湿效果和祛痘效果,其中实施例1所述洁颜蜜的保湿效果和祛痘效果评价最佳,实施例5和实施例6与实施例1相比,添加了山梨糖醇、甘油和糖类同分异构体中的两种,虽然其添加量与实施例1相同,其保湿评价效果却不如实施例1,说明山梨糖醇、甘油和糖类同分异构体在洁颜蜜中能发挥协同的保湿效果;与实施例1相比,对比例1和对比例2缺少C8-12鼠李糖脂或蜂蜜,其祛痘效果评价不如实施例1,说明C8-12鼠李糖脂和蜂蜜配合能更好地发挥祛痘功效。

1.一种氨基酸洁颜蜜,其特征在于,所述洁颜蜜包含以下重量百分含量的组分:椰油酰谷氨酸钠3%、椰油酰甘氨酸钠1.5~3%、C8-12鼠李糖脂1~1.6%、蜂蜜10~12%、糖类同分异构体0.25%、甘油10~12%、山梨醇3~5%、紫外线防护剂0.002~0.01%、月桂醇聚醚-3磷酸酯3~8%、聚甘油-10 月桂酸酯1~3%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5~10%、聚季铵盐-70.5~2%、PEG-90 甘油异硬脂酸酯和月桂醇聚醚-2的混合物0.5~2%、氢氧化钾0.3~0.7%、EDTA 二钠0.05~0.2%、三乙醇胺1~2%、苯甲酸钠0.1~0.5%、对羟基苯乙酮0.1~0.5%和水25~60%。
