Description

Controllable hot acupuncture needle system through induction heating
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical treatment, in particular to a controllable hot acupuncture needle system by induction heating.
Background
The heat acupuncture and moxibustion is a novel acupuncture and moxibustion method established on the basis of summarizing warm acupuncture and moxibustion and fire acupuncture and moxibustion, heat can be transmitted into acupuncture points of a human body through a needle body to treat diseases, and the method has the effects of warming and dredging channels and collaterals, promoting qi and activating blood, and is suitable for the symptoms of excessive cold and dampness and channel stagnation, such as arthralgia, unhealthy skin and the like. The traditional hot acupuncture needle rapidly penetrates a heated needle point into an acupuncture point, the needle is left for 20 minutes, the needle handle is heated by the moxa stick in the whole needle-remaining process to keep stimulating the acupuncture point, but the temperature is controlled blindly in the operation process, the temperature of the needle handle is too high and can reach more than 400 ℃, the scald to the skin of the surface layer is easily caused, and much danger and inconvenience are brought to operators and patients. And current hot needle moxibustion needs the lug connection heat source just can carry out stable hot needle moxibustion therapy, has caused extra burden for the acupuncture needle body, causes the acupuncture in-process easily, the aversion of needle body, and its heat conduction mode often needs whole needle body all to have the heat conductivity, and this needle body that just easily leads to being heated brings unnecessary burning sensation for other human tissues, increases patient's discomfort.
Chinese patent document CN202822098U discloses an acupuncture silver needle with electrothermal and electromagnetic effects, which comprises a handle, a needle rod and a power supply device; the needle rod is provided with a handle, an electric heating wire is arranged in the handle, and the electric heating wire is provided with a flexible wire; the power supply device is provided with a direct current battery anode connected with a switch, the switch is connected with an anode terminal, a battery cathode is connected with a resistor through a potentiometer, the resistor is connected with a cathode terminal, and the cathode terminal and the anode terminal are connected with a flexible wire. The voltage of the battery of the acupuncture silver needle with the electrothermal and electromagnetic effects can be selected below the human body safety voltage of 36V. The temperature of the needle bar is regulated and controlled by a potentiometer, and the temperature of the needle bar is strictly controlled within a medical allowable range. It has the advantages that acupuncture, electric heating and electromagnetic stimulation effects are provided for acupuncture points of human body, and acupuncture treatment effects can be enhanced; the temperature of the silver needle can be adjusted and controlled by a potentiometer to adapt to the requirements of different diseases. However, the electric heating wire is arranged in the handle of the needle rod, and the needle body is heated by direct current, so that the needle rod is always connected with the electric heating wire and the power supply device, the needle rod is easy to shift due to the dragging of the electric heating wire, the acupuncture curative effect is influenced, and the whole needle rod is in a heat conduction state, and unnecessary burning sensation or even burning sensation is easily brought to other human tissues, so that discomfort is brought to a patient.
Chinese patent document CN205758971U discloses an electromagnetic hot acupuncture and moxibustion combination device, which comprises an acupuncture needle, at least one set of coil sleeve and a physiological therapeutic apparatus; an insulating sleeve is sleeved on the handle part of the acupuncture needle; the outside of the insulating outer sleeve is wound with a lead, and the coil sleeve consists of the lead wound on the insulating outer sleeve and a magnetic conductive metal outer sleeve; the magnetic conductive metal jacket is arranged outside the insulating jacket and is separated from the insulating jacket by a coil. Or the inner side of the insulating outer sleeve is separated from the coil by an insulating layer; the connection between the conducting wire and the physiological therapeutic apparatus is direct or indirect, and the coil sleeve is fixed on the acupuncture needle by the reverse A-shaped metal clip. The acupuncture needle has the beneficial effects that the acupuncture needle can simultaneously provide an electric field and a magnetic field during acupuncture and provide eddy current heat generated by the electric coil under certain conditions after being electrified, and has a synergistic effect. However, the insulation sleeve is still required to be sleeved on the acupuncture needle, the conducting wire of the insulation sleeve is still connected with the acupuncture needle, the needle rod is still easy to shift due to the dragging of the conducting wire, and the whole acupuncture needle is also in a heat conduction state, so that unnecessary burning sensation and even burning are easily brought to other human tissues, and discomfort is brought to a patient.
