1. A bread preparation method based on a freshly baked bread vending machine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a, kneading dough in a central factory, separating, quickly freezing to obtain dough, and refrigerating/freezing for later use;
b, conveying the dough to a central kitchen through a cold chain, unfreezing, loosening, proofing the dough by the central kitchen, rubbing the dough into a cylindrical die, putting the die into a proofing box, taking out the dough after proofing to obtain cylindrical raw bread, and refrigerating/freezing the bread for later use;
c, placing the cylindrical raw bread obtained in the step b into an oven, baking until the surface is light yellow, cooling to room temperature, placing into a refrigerator/freezer, quickly freezing to obtain quick-frozen half-cooked bread, and refrigerating/freezing for later use;
d, after the quick-frozen semi-cooked bread obtained in the step c is placed into a cage body, the cage body is placed into a freezing bin of a currently-baked bread vending machine, and the bread is cooked through a heating device of the currently-baked bread vending machine to obtain finished products of the currently-baked bread.
2. The method of preparing bread based on a freshly baked bread vending machine according to claim 1, wherein step d comprises the steps of:
step one, putting the quick-frozen half-cooked bread obtained in the step c into a cage body, and conveying the quick-frozen half-cooked bread to an automatic baked bread vending machine through a cold chain;
placing the cage body in a freezing bin of the automatic baked bread vending machine, wherein the temperature of the freezing bin is set as a freezing temperature;
step three, conveying the quick-frozen half-cooked bread into a heating device through a discharging device of the automatic baked bread vending machine, and cooking for 40-80s to obtain finished hot bread;
and step four, delivering the mature bread to a baked bread vending machine through an electric drawer, and finishing the bread preparation.

The bread preparation method based on the freshly baked bread vending machine according to claim 2, characterized in that in the third step, the quick-frozen half-cooked bread is conveyed by a discharging device of the freshly baked bread vending machine into a pre-thawing hopper at the upper end of a heating device for pre-thawing for 40-80s, and then conveyed into the heating device for cooking for 40-80s to obtain the cooked bread.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein in step three, the heating device is an oven, a microwave oven, or a toaster with microwave heating.
