Abstract
The invention discloses a prestressed self-compacting concrete hollow excrement leaking plate, which comprises cross-shaped orthogonal longitudinal rib beams, transverse rib beams and strip-shaped excrement leaking holes which are arranged in parallel at equal intervals; the prestressed self-compacting concrete hollow excrement leaking plate is characterized in that a through trapezoidal bottom groove is formed in the bottom of the transverse rib beam, the upper end of the trapezoidal bottom groove is communicated with an excrement leaking hole, a through hole part of the excrement leaking hole is combined with the bottom groove to form an excrement leaking channel, and the longitudinal rib beam is provided with through round holes.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a prefabricated concrete dung leaking plate for a large-scale pig farm, in particular to a prestressed self-compacting concrete hollow dung leaking plate.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the environment-friendly requirement of the breeding industry, the prefabricated concrete dropping board is generally applied to large-scale pig farms, but the conventional prefabricated concrete dropping board is a common concrete dropping board produced by adopting a turnover vibration molding process, so that the equipment investment is high, the consumption of reinforcing steel bars is large, and the production cost is high. Therefore, in order to reduce the production cost of the concrete dropping board and reduce the environmental-friendly investment cost of a large-scale pig farm, the research and development of a prefabricated concrete dropping board with good structural performance and low production cost is urgently needed by the market.

The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, and provides a prestressed self-compacting concrete hollow manure leaking plate to achieve the purpose of reducing the environment-friendly investment cost of a large-scale pig farm.

a prestressed self-compacting concrete hollow excrement-leaking plate comprises cross-shaped orthogonal longitudinal rib beams, transverse rib beams and strip-shaped excrement-leaking holes which are arranged in parallel at equal intervals; the bottom of the transverse rib beam is provided with a through trapezoidal bottom groove, the upper end of the trapezoidal bottom groove is communicated with a feces leaking hole, and the through hole part of the feces leaking hole is combined with the bottom groove to form a feces leaking channel;
the longitudinal rib beam is provided with through round holes to reduce the dead weight and facilitate demoulding and hoisting.
Specifically, the width of the upper part of the transverse section of the trapezoid bottom groove is smaller than that of the lower part of the transverse section of the trapezoid bottom groove, so that a horn mouth is formed.

2. The transverse rib beam of the precast concrete dung leaking plate is provided with the trapezoidal bottom groove, so that a bottom die can be saved, the production cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the pipe drawing process is adopted during manufacturing, so that the precast concrete dung leaking plate is simple to manufacture and low in manufacturing cost.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-3, a prestressed self-compacting concrete hollow manure leaking plate comprises cross-shaped orthogonal longitudinal rib beams 1, transverse rib beams 2 and strip-shaped manure leaking holes 3 which are arranged in parallel at equal intervals, wherein the manure leaking holes 3 in the embodiment are arranged in a 4 x 4 rectangular array, and the manure leaking holes 3 are used for discharging pig manure.

Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5, a movable block 31 and a trapezoidal rod 41 are arranged in the mold box 8, the movable block 31 and the trapezoidal rod 41 can be separated, the shape of the movable block 31 is matched with that of the excrement leaking hole 3, and the shape of the trapezoidal rod 41 is matched with that of the trapezoidal bottom groove 4.
When the dropping board is manufactured, concrete is poured into the mold box 8, after the concrete is initially set, the trapezoidal rods 41 and the round hole pipes 5 are drawn out through a pipe drawing process, then the movable blocks 31 are knocked out from the bottom, finally the mold is dismantled, the remaining concrete blocks are the formed dropping board, the manufacturing process is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low.
Furthermore, the steel bars of the longitudinal rib beam 1 are prestressed steel bars 7, so that the bending resistance of the plate is improved, and the steel bars are saved.
Furthermore, the longitudinal rib beam 1 is provided with a through round hole 5 to reduce the dead weight and facilitate demoulding and hoisting, and the concrete of the longitudinal rib beam 1 and the concrete of the longitudinal rib beam 2 adopt self-compacting concrete, so that the integral strength of the excrement leaking plate is improved.
Furthermore, the male and female grooves 6 are arranged on the two sides of the dung leaking plate, so that the dung leaking plate is convenient to connect.
The excrement leaking plate has the advantages of light dead weight, good structural performance, simple process, low production cost and the like, and has wide market application prospect because the longitudinal rib beams 1 are provided with the through round holes 5, the concrete of the longitudinal and transverse rib beams adopts self-compacting concrete, the bottom grooves 4 are formed at the bottoms of the longitudinal and transverse rib beams, and the excrement leaking plate is manufactured by using a pipe drawing process.

the longitudinal rib beam (1) is provided with a through round hole (5) to reduce the dead weight and facilitate demoulding and hoisting.
