Description

Resource subscription system and method
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of computer communications technologies, and in particular, to a resource subscription system and method.
Background
Many enterprise and public institutions have been deploying desktop virtualization systems to implement desktop infrastructure within the institution. Desktop virtualization is another rapidly emerging trend of virtualization technology, and a plurality of virtual machines VM can be virtualized on a server with strong performance through the desktop virtualization technology, a user or an administrator can install an operating system, an application program and the like in the virtual machine, the administrator can allocate one or more virtual machines to one or more users according to needs, the user desktop does not need to deploy a personal computer with strong performance any more, and only needs to deploy a safe and easily-managed zero terminal, so that the virtual machine can be connected to a virtual machine of a data center and used, and a virtual host of a server end is transmitted to a client and displayed to a final user through a network.
Generally, a server allocates memory or CPU resources of the same size to each zero terminal ZC, but in some special scenarios, many servers dynamically adjust the resources allocated to each ZC according to usage. In order to realize the adjustment, an administrator needs to log in the server in a background, check the resource use condition of each ZC connected with the server, and adjust the resources of each ZC. It is obvious that this approach is cumbersome to view and manage both resource allocation and usage.
For viewing, the user needs to log in a background server by using an administrator account to view the information; for the adjustment of the resource allocation condition, the resource of the ZC to be adjusted needs to be manually adjusted after the login of the administrator account, and if the number of the ZCs to be adjusted is very large, the adjustment is also very cumbersome.
On the other hand, the existing method for checking the resource state has certain limitation, and the resource state can be checked only by logging in the server background through the equipment in the same local area network.

Initialization phase
In this stage, the backend server, the resource server (which may be one server as the zero terminal management server in the above embodiment), the subscriber, and the zero terminal management system (which may be the zero terminal management server in the above embodiment) all need to register with a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) server, so that the SIP server forwards the message. Through the step, all the devices registered on the SIP server can communicate with each other; the specific communication process is that the message to be sent is sent to the SIP server, and the SIP server also comprises the address information of the target receiving terminal or the SIP account number, so that the SIP server can find the corresponding equipment according to the address information of the target receiving terminal or the SIP account number and forwards the message to the corresponding equipment. Specifically, in the present disclosure, the device that needs to implement communication through the SIP server includes: background server and resource server, zero terminal management system and background server, subscriber and resource server.
Different from the communication mode, the websocket communication is established between the resource server and the zero terminal management system in the initialization stage, so that the communication is carried out through a websocket protocol.
Specifically, the flow of each device performing SIP registration is as follows, as shown in fig. 5:
s101, the equipment sends a REGISTER message without authentication information;
s102, the server returns a 401 message (unauthorized);
s103, the equipment sends a REGISTER message with authentication information;
s104, the server verifies the authentication information, and if the authentication information is qualified, the server returns a 200OK message.
Desktop virtualization system
The desktop virtualization system in fig. 2 includes a background server and a plurality of zero terminals, and in the working process, the background server allocates at least one virtual machine for the zero terminal connected to the background server, allocates resources of the virtual machines, and records resource allocation information of each virtual machine, and meanwhile, the background server also records resource occupation conditions in each virtual machine.
The interaction between the background server and the resource server comprises the following steps:
after resource allocation is performed for a newly logged-in zero terminal, or resource allocation information of a certain zero terminal is modified, the background server reports the newly allocated or changed resource allocation information to the resource server, where the resource allocation information includes but is not limited to: memory size, CPU size;
meanwhile, the background server detects the resource occupation condition of each zero terminal according to the preset frequency, and reports the detection result to the resource server in the form of resource occupation information. Specifically, the resource occupation information includes but is not limited to: memory footprint and CPU footprint.
Information summarization by resource server
The background server sends the resource allocation information and/or the resource occupation information of one or more zero terminals to the resource server through the SIP publish message, and the resource server collects the information and stores the information into a local resource information database.
Subscription service
A subscriber may be any device capable of SIP communication with a resource server.
The basic subscription process is as follows: the subscriber actively sends an SIP subscription protocol to the resource server, and the resource server sends notify information to the subscriber.
Based on the existing SIP protocol, the communication between the subscriber and the resource management server can be implemented by adding a plurality of additional functions, such as timing retransmission, message type division (subscription, publishing, etc.).
The subscriber can obtain the resource allocation information and/or the resource usage information of the zero terminal by sending a subscribe message (SIP protocol) to the resource server.
The specific subscription process can refer to the following fig. 6:
s201, a subscriber (subscriber client) sends a SUBSCRIBE message to a resource server (zero terminal management server) through an SIP server;
s202, the resource server sends a 200OK message to the subscriber through the SIP server;
s203, the resource server returns a NOTIFY message to the subscriber through the SIP server;
s204, the subscriber returns a 200OK message to the resource server.
After the subscription is successful, the resource server can send the updated resource allocation information to the subscriber when the resource allocation information is updated; and/or the resource server can also push the information of the current resource occupation condition to the subscriber at regular time or when sending the resource allocation information to the subscriber;
in actual use, the resource server can send the current resource allocation information and the resource occupation information to the subscriber in the form of a webpage; various information in the web page can be represented by characters and/or numerical values, and can also be represented by various chart forms.
For the subscriber, the updated current resource allocation information and resource occupation information can be timely obtained, so that the relevant analysis and processing can be executed based on the obtained information.
Preferably, in actual implementation, each known subscriber may be grouped in advance by the terminal management system, and the grouping information is sent to the resource server. The subscribers in each group have different rights and can only subscribe the resource information (including resource allocation information and resource occupation information) of the zero terminal which can be viewed in the own right. And after receiving the grouping information, the resource server locally records the grouping information, and when a subscriber initiates a subscription request, the resource server puts the current subscriber into a corresponding group under the condition of confirming that the current subscription request is agreed. Thereafter, the resource server will push the resource information of the zero terminal which can be viewed in the grouping authority of the subscriber.
Specifically, the grouping of the terminal management system to the subscriber may be manually completed by a user having a corresponding right in the terminal management system, for example, the user logs in a terminal management system page, and performs a grouping step in the page, where the specific grouping step includes, but is not limited to: setting different groups and adding users into different groups.
Zero terminal management system
The zero terminal management system can acquire resource allocation information and/or resource occupation information of each zero terminal from a resource information database in the resource server, and generate a zero terminal management system page according to the acquired information, so that any user logging in the management system can also check related information, and can dynamically adjust the resource allocation condition of each zero terminal through operation in the management system.
The page generated by the zero terminal management system can visually display various information and the change trend curve of the information for the user, the user can analyze the current resource information based on the contents, meanwhile, the page of the terminal management system provides a very quick and convenient management interface for the user, and various parameters can be quickly set and adjusted.
The adjustment process of the zero terminal resource is as follows:
the zero terminal management system receives an adjustment parameter set by a user through a zero terminal management system page;
generating adjustment information based on the adjustment parameters, and sending the adjustment information to a background server;
the information simultaneously carries identity information of the current user of the zero terminal management system.
And after receiving the adjustment information, the background server verifies the user identity, and if the user identity passes the verification, resource adjustment is carried out according to the received adjustment information.
In practical application, referring to that there are multiple background servers reporting resource information to the resource server through the SIP server, each background server is connected to multiple zero terminals (not shown in the figure), obtains and records resource allocation conditions and resource usage conditions of the multiple zero terminals, and reports the resource allocation conditions and the resource usage conditions to the resource server, and the resource server summarizes resource information of different zero terminals from different background servers and records the resource information in a local resource database.
Based on the resource subscription method described in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 3 and fig. 4, embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a computer-readable storage medium, for example, the non-transitory computer-readable storage medium may be a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like. The storage medium stores computer instructions for executing the resource subscription method described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3 and fig. 4, which is not described herein again.
Other embodiments of the disclosure will be apparent to those skilled in the art from consideration of the specification and practice of the disclosure disclosed herein. This application is intended to cover any variations, uses, or adaptations of the disclosure following, in general, the principles of the disclosure and including such departures from the present disclosure as come within known or customary practice in the art to which the disclosure pertains. It is intended that the specification and examples be considered as exemplary only, with a true scope and spirit of the disclosure being indicated by the following claims.
