in the transmission method, the device, the terminal and the network side equipment of the physical uplink control channel in the embodiment of the invention, the terminal and the network side equipment both select no more than M PUCCHs transmitted in the same time unit according to the preset rule, the terminal side transmits the determined no more than M PUCCHs, the network side equipment receives the determined no more than M PUCCHs, the output number of the PUCCHs in the same time unit is limited, the system overhead is reduced, meanwhile, the understanding of the terminal and the network side equipment to the transmitted PUCCHs can be prevented from being inconsistent, and the normal work of the system is ensured.

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a transmission method for a physical uplink control channel PUCCH, which is applied to a terminal, and includes:
step 11, in a time unit, selecting no more than M PUCCHs to transmit in the time unit according to a preset rule; the unselected PUCCHs are discarded, i.e., they are not transmitted in the time unit.
Wherein time domain resources of the selected PUCCHs in the time unit are not overlapped with each other; m is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the time unit is: a slot, or a plurality of slots, or a subframe, or a plurality of subframes, or a predetermined length of time.
Preferably, the preset rule comprises at least one of the following rules:
a first rule: selecting a PUCCH with a front time according to the transmission time sequence of the PUCCH, or selecting a PUCCH with a front starting symbol according to the starting symbol sequence of the PUCCH;
the second rule is as follows: selecting a PUCCH bearing UCI with high UCI type priority according to the UCI type priority of uplink control information UCI borne by the PUCCH; namely, the UCI type priority is selected from high to low, wherein the UCI type priority is in the following order:
the priority of hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement HARQ-ACK is higher than that of a scheduling request SR, and the priority of the SR is higher than that of channel state information CSI; alternatively, the priority of the HARQ-ACK and/or SR is higher than the priority of the CSI.

A third rule: selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length with high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH, or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format with high priority according to the format priority of the PUCCH; namely, the transmission length priority or the format priority of the PUCCH is selected from high to low, wherein the transmission length priority of the PUCCH is in the following order: the transmission length priority of the short PUCCH is higher than that of the long PUCCH; and/or the format priority of the PUCCH is in the following sequence: the format priority of PUCCH format 0 or 2 is higher than the format priority of PUCCH format 1 or 3 or 4.
The fourth rule is that: for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI of the same type or for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority, a high priority PUCCH is selected according to a predetermined second priority.
Wherein the predetermined second priority comprises:
for a plurality of PUCCHs bearing HARQ-ACK, selecting the PUCCH bearing the HARQ-ACK corresponding to the service type with high priority according to the service type priority corresponding to the HARQ-ACK borne by the PUCCH; for example, the priority of the enhanced mobile bandwidth URLLC service is higher than that of the eMBB service in the ultra-reliable low-latency communication, the dynamic service > semi-persistent scheduling SPS service, and the like
For a plurality of PUCCHs bearing different SR configurations, selecting the PUCCH bearing the SR configuration with a smaller number or selecting the PUCCH with the SR configuration with a larger number according to the number sequence of the SR configuration borne by the PUCCH; in this case, whether the PUCCH with the SR configuration with the smaller number is selected or the PUCCH with the SR configuration with the larger number is selected needs to be agreed in advance by the terminal and the network side device to ensure consistent selection.
For a plurality of PUCCHs carrying CSI, selecting a PUCCH carrying a CSI report with high priority according to the priority of the CSI report carried by the PUCCH, wherein the priority of the CSI report is determined according to a preset rule. For example, the priority of the CSI report is: carrier priority (such as the sequence of downlink carrier numbers corresponding to the CSI from small to large or the sequence of downlink carrier numbers from large to small), CSI report type priority (such as the priority of AP-CSI is greater than that of SP-CSI, and the priority of SP-CSI is greater than that of P-CSI), CSI report content priority (such as the priority containing L1-RSRP is greater than that not containing L1-RSRP), and CSI report number priority (the sequence of CSI report numbers from small to large or the sequence of CSI report numbers from large to small). The priorities of the above exemplified CSI reports may be used alone or in combination.
Further, in the above embodiment of the present invention, when one PUCCH simultaneously carries multiple types of UCI, the second rule is:
and selecting the PUCCH according to the highest UCI type priority in the UCIs of the plurality of types carried by the PUCCH. That is, when a plurality of PUCCHs carrying various types of UCI are selected, the highest UCI type priority of UCI carried by each PUCCH is compared, so that a PUCCH carrying UCI of higher UCI type priority is selected.
For example, PUCCH 1 carries HARQ-ACK and CSI, PUCCH2 carries CSI and SR, and when one PUCCH is selected according to the second rule, PUCCH 1 carrying HARQ-ACK is selected according to UCI type priority of HARQ-ACK carried by PUCCH 1 and UCI type priority of SR carried by PUCCH 2. Wherein, the priority of HARQ-ACK is higher than that of SR, and the priority of SR is higher than that of CSI.

Preferably, step 11 in the above embodiment of the present invention includes:
when more than M PUCCHs with non-overlapping time domain resources exist in a time unit, selecting the non-more than M PUCCHs to transmit in the time unit according to a preset rule.
Preferably, in the above embodiment of the present invention, when the PUCCH selected according to the preset rule has reached a first type of PUCCH, if there is still a first type of PUCCH unselected in the time unit, the unselected first type of PUCCH is discarded; it should be noted that, if the number of the selected PUCCHs at this time has not reached the predetermined number, the terminal may continue to select the PUCCH, but the selected PUCCH cannot be the first-type PUCCH. That is, when the selected first PUCCH reaches the upper limit, if there are subsequent first PUCCH as candidate PUCCH, these PUCCHs are not selected; for example, if a first PUCCH is specified to be long PUCCH, and M is 2 and two long PUCCHs cannot be transmitted in one slot, that is, a is 1, the terminal may further select one PUCCH again if the first selected PUCCH is short PUCCH, because no matter whether the next selected PUCCH is short or long, the requirement is satisfied (that is, two long PUCCH transmissions do not occur), so M is always 2 PUCCH transmissions may be selected, but if the first selected PUCCH is long PUCCH, the upper limit number a of long PUCCH is reached, and these PUCCHs will not be selected if long PUCCH exists in subsequent candidate PUCCHs; in this case, one implementation is to continue to select according to the PUCCH selection rule, and if the selected second PUCCH is long PUCCH, discard this PUCCH, and end the selection, that is, only the first selected long PUCCH is finally transmitted; another implementation manner is to remove the long PUCCH in the subsequent PUCCH to be selected, that is, when selecting the second PUCCH, the long PUCCH is not taken as the candidate PUCCH, and only the short PUCCH is considered, one short PUCCH is selected according to the PUCCH selection rule, and the second PUCCH is taken as the second PUCCH, and finally M ═ 2 PUCCHs are selected.
Wherein a is a maximum number of the first PUCCH supported for transmission in a predefined time unit, the first PUCCH is a predetermined PUCCH format or a PUCCH with a specific transmission length, for example, the first PUCCH is a long PUCCH or a PUCCH with a transmission length not less than B symbols, and B is a predetermined positive integer, for example, B is 4; a is a number not exceeding M.
Or when each PUCCH selected according to the preset rule is a second-type PUCCH, selecting M PUCCHs; the second type of PUCCH is a predetermined PUCCH format or a PUCCH with a specific transmission length, for example, the first type of PUCCH is a short PUCCH or a PUCCH with a transmission length not greater than B symbols, and B is a predetermined positive integer, such as B ═ 4 or 2. That is, if each selected PUCCH is a second type PUCCH, M PUCCHs may be selected to be transmitted in one time unit; for example, if the second PUCCH is short PUCCH and M is 2 and two long PUCCHs cannot be transmitted in one slot, the terminal may further select one PUCCH if the first selected PUCCH is short PUCCH, and since the next selected PUCCH is short PUCCH or long PUCCH, which is satisfactory (i.e., two long PUCCH transmissions do not occur), M may always be selected for 2 PUCCH transmission.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiments of the present invention, if a terminal configures multiple PUCCH carrier groups, or configures a primary carrier group and a secondary carrier group, the transmission method of the PUCCH according to the above physical uplink control channel needs to be separately executed in each carrier group. For example, a terminal configures a carrier group 1 and a carrier group 2, and the terminal needs to select no more than M PUCCHs in the carrier group 1 and the carrier group 2 according to a preset rule to transmit in one time unit.
In summary, in the transmission method of the PUCCH provided in the above embodiments of the present invention, the terminal selects, according to the preset rule, no more than M PUCCHs to be transmitted in the same time unit, and sends the determined no more than M PUCCHs, and the network side device receives the determined no more than M PUCCHs, so that understanding of the PUCCH to be transmitted by the terminal and the network side device is avoided being inconsistent while limiting the output number of the PUCCHs in the same time unit to reduce system overhead, thereby ensuring normal operation of the system.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a transmission method for a physical uplink control channel PUCCH, which is applied to a network side device, and includes:
receiving a PUCCH selected and transmitted according to a preset rule in a time unit; the number of the selected PUCCHs is not more than M, and time domain resources of the selected PUCCHs in the time unit are not overlapped with each other; m is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the time unit is: a slot, or a plurality of slots, or a subframe, or a plurality of subframes, or a predetermined length of time.
Preferably, the preset rule comprises at least one of the following rules:
a first rule: selecting a PUCCH with a front time according to the transmission time sequence of the PUCCH, or selecting a PUCCH with a front starting symbol according to the starting symbol sequence of the PUCCH;
the second rule is as follows: selecting a PUCCH bearing UCI with high UCI type priority according to the UCI type priority of uplink control information UCI borne by the PUCCH; namely, the UCI type priority is selected from high to low, wherein the UCI type priority is in the following order:
the priority of hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement HARQ-ACK is higher than that of a scheduling request SR, and the priority of the SR is higher than that of channel state information CSI; alternatively, the priority of the HARQ-ACK and/or SR is higher than the priority of the CSI.
In other words, the priority of the PUCCH carrying HARQ-ACK is higher than that of the PUCCH carrying SR, and the priority of the PUCCH carrying SR is higher than that of the PUCCH carrying CSI; or the priority of the PUCCH carrying the HARQ-ACK and/or SR is higher than that of the PUCCH carrying the CSI.
A third rule: selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length with high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH, or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format with high priority according to the format priority of the PUCCH; namely, the transmission length priority or the format priority of the PUCCH is selected from high to low, wherein the transmission length priority of the PUCCH is in the following order: the transmission length priority of the short PUCCH is higher than that of the long PUCCH; and/or the format priority of the PUCCH is in the following sequence: the format priority of PUCCH format 0 or 2 is higher than the format priority of PUCCH format 1 or 3 or 4.
The fourth rule is that: for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI of the same type or for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority, a high priority PUCCH is selected according to a predetermined second priority. Wherein the predetermined second priority comprises:
for a plurality of PUCCHs bearing HARQ-ACK, selecting the PUCCH bearing the HARQ-ACK corresponding to the service type with high priority according to the service type priority corresponding to the HARQ-ACK borne by the PUCCH; for example, the priority of the enhanced mobile bandwidth URLLC service is higher than that of the eMBB service in the ultra-reliable low-latency communication, the dynamic service > semi-persistent scheduling SPS service, and the like

For example, the priority of the CSI report is: carrier priority (such as the sequence of downlink carrier numbers corresponding to the CSI from small to large or the sequence of downlink carrier numbers from large to small), CSI report type priority (such as the priority of AP-CSI is greater than that of SP-CSI, and the priority of SP-CSI is greater than that of P-CSI), CSI report content priority (such as the priority containing L1-RSRP is greater than that not containing L1-RSRP), and CSI report number priority (the sequence of CSI report numbers from small to large or the sequence of CSI report numbers from large to small). The priorities of the above exemplified CSI reports may be used alone or in combination.
Further, in the above embodiment of the present invention, when one PUCCH simultaneously carries multiple types of UCI, the second rule is:
and selecting the PUCCH according to the highest UCI type priority in the UCIs of the plurality of types carried by the PUCCH. For example, PUCCH 1 carries HARQ-ACK and CSI, PUCCH2 carries CSI and SR, and when one PUCCH is selected according to the second rule, PUCCH 1 carrying HARQ-ACK is selected according to UCI type priority of HARQ-ACK carried by PUCCH 1 and UCI type priority of SR carried by PUCCH 2. It should be noted that, in the above embodiments of the present invention, if a terminal configures multiple PUCCH carrier groups, or configures a primary carrier group and a secondary carrier group, the transmission method of the PUCCH according to the above physical uplink control channel needs to be separately executed in each carrier group. For example, a terminal configures a carrier group 1 and a carrier group 2, and the terminal needs to select no more than M PUCCHs in the carrier group 1 and the carrier group 2 according to a preset rule to transmit in one time unit.
In summary, in the PUCCH transmission method provided in the foregoing embodiment of the present invention, the network side device selects, according to a preset rule, no more than M PUCCHs to be transmitted in the same time unit, and receives the determined no more than M PUCCHs, so that understanding of the PUCCH to be transmitted by the terminal and the network side device is avoided being inconsistent while limiting the output number of the PUCCHs in the same time unit to reduce system overhead, thereby ensuring normal operation of the system.
In order to more clearly describe the transmission method of the physical uplink control channel PUCCH provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the following description is made with reference to specific examples and accompanying drawings:
example 1
As shown in fig. 3, it is assumed that there are multiple PUCCHs for TDM transmission as shown in fig. 3 in a slot n (one time unit), different PUCCHs carry different types of UCI, a PUCCH carrying CSI is a long PUCCH (long PUCCH), and a PUCCH carrying SR and AN (AN is abbreviated as HARQ-ACK) is a short PUCCH (short PUCCH); assuming that a maximum of 2 PUCCHs are pre-specified to support TDM transmission in one slot, then:
according to a first rule: preferably selecting the PUCCH with the time before or the starting symbol before for transmission, selecting the PUCCH carrying the CSI and the PUCCH carrying the SR for transmission, and discarding the PUCCH carrying the AN without transmission;
according to a second rule: the PUCCH with the UCI type with high priority is preferentially selected, the PUCCH carrying the SR and the PUCCH carrying the AN are selected for transmission, and the PUCCH carrying the CSI is discarded and not transmitted;

As shown in fig. 4, assuming that there are multiple PUCCHs for TDM transmission in the slot n as shown in fig. 4, different PUCCHs carry different SR configurations, where the PUCCH carrying SR4 is long PUCCH and the remaining PUCCHs are short PUCCH, and assuming that the system provides that at most 2 PUCCHs are supported for TDM transmission in one slot, then:
according to a fourth rule: preferentially selecting the SR configuration with a small number, selecting a PUCCH carrying SR1 (namely, SR corresponding to SR configuration 1) and a PUCCH carrying SR2 (namely, SR corresponding to SR configuration 2) for transmission, and discarding the PUCCH carrying SR3 for non-transmission;

As shown in fig. 5, it is assumed that there are multiple PUCCHs for TDM transmission in a slot n as shown in fig. 5, different PUCCHs carry different types of UCI, a PUCCH carrying CSI is long PUCCH, a PUCCH carrying SR and AN is short PUCCH, and SR1 and SR2 correspond to different SR configurations respectively; assuming that a maximum of 2 PUCCHs are pre-specified to support TDM transmission in one slot, then:

In summary, in the transmission apparatus for PUCCH provided in the foregoing embodiments of the present invention, the terminal selects, according to the preset rule, no more than M PUCCHs to be transmitted in the same time unit, and transmits the determined no more than M PUCCHs, and the network side device receives the determined no more than M PUCCHs, so that understanding of the PUCCH transmitted by the terminal and the network side device is avoided being inconsistent while limiting the output number of the PUCCHs in the same time unit to reduce system overhead, thereby ensuring normal operation of the system.
It should be noted that the transmission apparatus for the physical uplink control channel PUCCH according to the embodiments of the present invention is an apparatus capable of executing the transmission method for the physical uplink control channel PUCCH, and all embodiments of the transmission method for the physical uplink control channel PUCCH are applicable to the apparatus and can achieve the same or similar beneficial effects.

or when each PUCCH selected according to the preset rule is a second-type PUCCH, selecting M PUCCHs; the second type PUCCH is a PUCCH with a predetermined PUCCH format or a specific transmission length.
Preferably, in the above embodiment of the present invention, the time unit is: a slot, or a plurality of slots, or a subframe, or a plurality of subframes, or a predetermined length of time.
In summary, in the transmission apparatus for PUCCH provided in the foregoing embodiments of the present invention, the network side device selects, according to a preset rule, no more than M PUCCHs to be transmitted in the same time unit, and receives the determined no more than M PUCCHs, so that understanding of the PUCCH to be transmitted by the terminal and the network side device may be avoided from being inconsistent while limiting the output number of the PUCCHs in the same time unit to reduce system overhead, thereby ensuring normal operation of the system.
It should be noted that the transmission apparatus for the physical uplink control channel PUCCH according to the embodiments of the present invention is an apparatus capable of executing the transmission method for the physical uplink control channel PUCCH, and all embodiments of the transmission method for the physical uplink control channel PUCCH are applicable to the apparatus and can achieve the same or similar beneficial effects.
As shown in fig. 9, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a network side device, including: a transceiver 920, a memory 910, a processor 900 and a computer program stored on the memory 910 and executable on the processor 900; the processor 900 is configured to read a program in a memory, and control the transceiver 920 to perform the following processes: receiving a PUCCH selected and transmitted according to a preset rule in a time unit; the number of the selected PUCCHs is not more than M, and time domain resources of the selected PUCCHs in the time unit are not overlapped with each other; m is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
Preferably, in the above embodiment of the present invention, the preset rule includes at least one of the following rules:
a first rule: selecting a PUCCH with a front time according to the transmission time sequence of the PUCCH, or selecting a PUCCH with a front starting symbol according to the starting symbol sequence of the PUCCH;
the second rule is as follows: selecting a PUCCH bearing UCI with high UCI type priority according to the UCI type priority of uplink control information UCI borne by the PUCCH;

Preferably, in the above embodiment of the present invention, in the second rule, the UCI type priorities are in the following order:
the priority of hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement HARQ-ACK is higher than that of a scheduling request SR, and the priority of the SR is higher than that of channel state information CSI;
alternatively, the priority of the HARQ-ACK and/or SR is higher than the priority of the CSI.
Preferably, in the above embodiment of the present invention, in the third rule, the transmission length priorities of the PUCCHs are in the following order:
the transmission length priority of the short PUCCH is higher than that of the long PUCCH;
and/or the format priority of the PUCCH is in the following sequence:
the format priority of PUCCH format 0 or 2 is higher than the format priority of PUCCH format 1 or 3 or 4.
Preferably, in the above embodiment of the present invention, in the fourth rule, the predetermined second priority includes:
for a plurality of PUCCHs bearing HARQ-ACK, selecting the PUCCH bearing the HARQ-ACK corresponding to the service type with high priority according to the service type priority corresponding to the HARQ-ACK borne by the PUCCH; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
for a plurality of PUCCHs bearing different SR configurations, selecting the PUCCH bearing the SR configuration with a smaller number or selecting the PUCCH with the SR configuration with a larger number according to the number sequence of the SR configuration borne by the PUCCH; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

or, when each PUCCH selected according to the preset rule is a second PUCCH, the processor is further configured to: selecting M PUCCHs; the second type PUCCH is a PUCCH with a predetermined PUCCH format or a specific transmission length.

In summary, in the PUCCH transmission method provided in the foregoing embodiment of the present invention, the network side device selects, according to a preset rule, no more than M PUCCHs to be transmitted in the same time unit, and receives the determined no more than M PUCCHs, so that understanding of the PUCCH to be transmitted by the terminal and the network side device is avoided being inconsistent while limiting the output number of the PUCCHs in the same time unit to reduce system overhead, thereby ensuring normal operation of the system.
It should be noted that the network side device provided in the embodiment of the present invention is a network side device capable of executing the transmission method of the physical uplink control channel PUCCH, and all embodiments of the transmission method of the physical uplink control channel PUCCH are applicable to the network side device and can achieve the same or similar beneficial effects.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when executed by a processor, the computer program implements each process of the above-described transmission method for a physical uplink control channel PUCCH, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here. The computer-readable storage medium may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk.

1. A transmission method of a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) is applied to a terminal and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in a time unit, selecting no more than M PUCCHs to transmit in the time unit according to a preset rule; wherein time domain resources of the selected PUCCHs in the time unit are not overlapped with each other; m is an integer greater than or equal to 1;
wherein the preset rule comprises at least one of the following rules:
a third rule: selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length with high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH, or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format with high priority according to the format priority of the PUCCH; and the number of the first and second groups,
the fourth rule is that: selecting a high-priority PUCCH according to a predetermined second priority for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI of the same type or for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority;
a first combination rule: firstly, selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with high UCI type priority according to the UCI type priority; for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI of the same type or a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority, selecting the PUCCHs with the earlier time according to the sequence of transmission time or selecting the PUCCHs with the earlier start symbols according to the sequence of the start symbols;

a fifth combination rule: firstly, selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with high UCI type priority according to the UCI type priority; for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI of the same type or a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority, selecting a PUCCH with high priority according to a predetermined second priority;
sixth combination rule: selecting a PUCCH corresponding to a transmission length with high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to a format with high priority according to the format priority of the PUCCH, and further selecting the PUCCH with high priority according to a preset second priority for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same transmission length priority or format priority; or, for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCIs of the same type or a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCIs with the same UCI type priority, selecting a PUCCH with high priority according to a predetermined second priority, and for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same second priority, further selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length of the PUCCH according to the transmission length priority or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format of the PUCCH according to the format priority;
a seventh combination rule: selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with high UCI type priority according to UCI type priority, further selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length with high priority or a PUCCH corresponding to the format with high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH, and further selecting a PUCCH with earlier time according to the transmission length priority or the format priority of the PUCCH or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format with higher priority according to the format priority of the PUCCH, and further selecting a PUCCH with earlier start symbol according to the sequence of transmission time or the sequence of start symbol for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same transmission length priority or format priority; or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length with high priority or a PUCCH corresponding to the format with high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH, further selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with high UCI type priority according to UCI type priority for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same transmission length priority or format priority, and further selecting a PUCCH with earlier time according to the sequence of transmission time or selecting a PUCCH with earlier start symbol according to the sequence of start symbol for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type or a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority;
eighth combination rule: firstly, selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with high UCI type priority according to the UCI type priority; for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI of the same type or a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority, selecting a PUCCH with high priority according to a predetermined second priority; for the PUCCHs corresponding to the same second priority, the PUCCHs with the earlier time are further selected according to the sequence of transmission time or the PUCCHs with the earlier starting symbols are selected according to the sequence of the starting symbols;
ninth combination rule: selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with high UCI type priority according to UCI type priority, further selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length of the high priority or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format of the high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format of the PUCCH, and further selecting a PUCCH with high priority according to a predetermined second priority for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same transmission length priority or format priority; or, selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with a high UCI type priority according to the UCI type priority, further selecting a PUCCH with a high priority according to a predetermined second priority for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI of the same type or a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority, and further selecting a PUCCH corresponding to a transmission length of the high priority or a PUCCH corresponding to a format of the PUCCH according to a transmission length priority of the PUCCH for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same second priority; or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length with a high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format with a high priority according to the format priority of the PUCCH, further selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with a high UCI type priority according to the UCI type priority for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same transmission length priority or format priority, and further selecting a PUCCH with a high priority according to a predetermined second priority for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same type or a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein in the third rule, the transmission length priority of the PUCCH is in the following order:
the transmission length priority of the short PUCCH is higher than that of the long PUCCH;
and/or the format priority of the PUCCH is in the following sequence:
the format priority of PUCCH format 0 or 2 is higher than the format priority of PUCCH format 1 or 3 or 4.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein in the fourth rule, the predetermined second priority comprises:
for a plurality of PUCCHs bearing HARQ-ACK, selecting the PUCCH bearing the HARQ-ACK corresponding to the service type with high priority according to the service type priority corresponding to the HARQ-ACK borne by the PUCCH; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
for a plurality of PUCCHs bearing different SR configurations, selecting the PUCCH bearing the SR configuration with a smaller number or selecting the PUCCH with the SR configuration with a larger number according to the number sequence of the SR configuration borne by the PUCCH; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying CSI, selecting a PUCCH carrying a CSI report with high priority according to the priority of the CSI report carried by the PUCCH, wherein the priority of the CSI report is determined according to a preset rule.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the selecting, in a time unit, not more than M PUCCHs for transmission in the time unit according to a preset rule comprises:
when more than M PUCCHs with non-overlapping time domain resources exist in a time unit, selecting the non-more than M PUCCHs to transmit in the time unit according to a preset rule.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
when the PUCCHs selected according to the preset rule reach A first-class PUCCHs, if the first-class PUCCHs are not selected in the time unit, discarding the unselected first-class PUCCHs; wherein, a is the maximum number of the first type PUCCH supported for transmission in a predefined time unit, and the first type PUCCH is a predetermined PUCCH format or a PUCCH with a specific transmission length;
or when each PUCCH selected according to the preset rule is a second-type PUCCH, selecting M PUCCHs; the second type PUCCH is a PUCCH with a predetermined PUCCH format or a specific transmission length.
6. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the time unit is: a slot, or a plurality of slots, or a subframe, or a plurality of subframes, or a predetermined length of time.
7. A transmission method of a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) is applied to network side equipment, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a PUCCH selected and transmitted according to a preset rule in a time unit; the number of the selected PUCCHs is not more than M, and time domain resources of the selected PUCCHs in the time unit are not overlapped with each other; m is an integer greater than or equal to 1;
wherein the preset rule comprises at least one of the following rules:
a third rule: selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length with high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH, or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format with high priority according to the format priority of the PUCCH; and the number of the first and second groups,
the fourth rule is that: selecting a high-priority PUCCH according to a predetermined second priority for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI of the same type or for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority;

the format priority of PUCCH format 0 or 2 is higher than the format priority of PUCCH format 1 or 3 or 4.
9. The method according to claim 7, wherein in the fourth rule, the predetermined second priority comprises:
for a plurality of PUCCHs bearing HARQ-ACK, selecting the PUCCH bearing the HARQ-ACK corresponding to the service type with high priority according to the service type priority corresponding to the HARQ-ACK borne by the PUCCH; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
for a plurality of PUCCHs bearing different SR configurations, selecting the PUCCH bearing the SR configuration with a smaller number or selecting the PUCCH with the SR configuration with a larger number according to the number sequence of the SR configuration borne by the PUCCH; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying CSI, selecting a PUCCH carrying a CSI report with high priority according to the priority of the CSI report carried by the PUCCH, wherein the priority of the CSI report is determined according to a preset rule.
10. The method according to any of claims 7-9, wherein the receiving the PUCCH selected and transmitted according to the preset rule in one time unit comprises:
and when more than M PUCCHs with non-overlapping time domain resources exist in one time unit, receiving the PUCCHs selected and transmitted according to a preset rule.
11. The method according to any one of claims 7 to 9,
when the PUCCHs selected according to the preset rule reach A first-class PUCCHs, if the first-class PUCCHs are not selected in the time unit, discarding the unselected first-class PUCCHs; wherein, a is the maximum number of the first type PUCCH supported for transmission in a predefined time unit, and the first type PUCCH is a predetermined PUCCH format or a PUCCH with a specific transmission length;
or when each PUCCH selected according to the preset rule is a second-type PUCCH, selecting M PUCCHs; the second type PUCCH is a PUCCH with a predetermined PUCCH format or a specific transmission length.

the format priority of PUCCH format 0 or 2 is higher than the format priority of PUCCH format 1 or 3 or 4.
16. The terminal according to claim 14, wherein in the fourth rule, the predetermined second priority comprises:
for a plurality of PUCCHs bearing HARQ-ACK, selecting the PUCCH bearing the HARQ-ACK corresponding to the service type with high priority according to the service type priority corresponding to the HARQ-ACK borne by the PUCCH; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
for a plurality of PUCCHs bearing different SR configurations, selecting the PUCCH bearing the SR configuration with a smaller number or selecting the PUCCH with the SR configuration with a larger number according to the number sequence of the SR configuration borne by the PUCCH; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying CSI, selecting a PUCCH carrying a CSI report with high priority according to the priority of the CSI report carried by the PUCCH, wherein the priority of the CSI report is determined according to a preset rule.
17. The terminal of any of claims 14 to 16, wherein the processor is further configured to:
when more than M PUCCHs with non-overlapping time domain resources exist in a time unit, selecting the non-more than M PUCCHs to transmit in the time unit according to a preset rule.
18. A terminal according to any of claims 14 to 16,
when the PUCCH selected according to the preset rule has reached a first type of PUCCH, if there is still a first type of PUCCH unselected in the time unit, the processor is further configured to: discarding the unselected first-class PUCCHs; wherein, a is the maximum number of the first type PUCCH supported for transmission in a predefined time unit, and the first type PUCCH is a predetermined PUCCH format or a PUCCH with a specific transmission length;
or, when each PUCCH selected according to the preset rule is a second PUCCH, the processor is further configured to: selecting M PUCCHs; the second type PUCCH is a PUCCH with a predetermined PUCCH format or a specific transmission length.
19. A terminal according to any of claims 14 to 16, wherein the time unit is: a slot, or a plurality of slots, or a subframe, or a plurality of subframes, or a predetermined length of time.

22. A network-side device, comprising: a transceiver, a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor; it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,

a third rule: selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length with high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH, or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format with high priority according to the format priority of the PUCCH; and the number of the first and second groups,
the fourth rule is that: selecting a high-priority PUCCH according to a predetermined second priority for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI of the same type or for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority;
a first combination rule: firstly, selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with high UCI type priority according to the UCI type priority; for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI of the same type or a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority, selecting the PUCCHs with the earlier time according to the sequence of transmission time or selecting the PUCCHs with the earlier start symbols according to the sequence of the start symbols;
a second combination rule: selecting a PUCCH corresponding to a transmission length with high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to a format with high priority according to the format priority of the PUCCH; for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same transmission length priority or format priority, selecting the PUCCHs with the front time according to the sequence of transmission time or selecting the PUCCHs with the front start symbols according to the sequence of the start symbols;
a third combination rule: for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI of the same type or a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority, selecting a PUCCH with high priority according to a predetermined second priority; for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same second priority, the PUCCHs with the front time are further selected according to the sequence of transmission time or the PUCCHs with the front starting symbols are selected according to the sequence of the starting symbols;
fourth combination rule: selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with high UCI type priority according to the UCI type priority, and further selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length of the high priority or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format of the high priority according to the format priority of the PUCCH for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same type or a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority; or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length with high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format with high priority according to the format priority of the PUCCH, and further selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with high UCI type priority according to the UCI type priority for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same transmission length priority or format priority;
a fifth combination rule: firstly, selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with high UCI type priority according to the UCI type priority; for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI of the same type or a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority, selecting a PUCCH with high priority according to a predetermined second priority;
sixth combination rule: selecting a PUCCH corresponding to a transmission length with high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to a format with high priority according to the format priority of the PUCCH, and further selecting the PUCCH with high priority according to a preset second priority for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same transmission length priority or format priority; or, for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCIs of the same type or a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCIs with the same UCI type priority, selecting a PUCCH with high priority according to a predetermined second priority, and for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same second priority, further selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length of the PUCCH according to the transmission length priority or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format of the PUCCH according to the format priority;
a seventh combination rule: selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with high UCI type priority according to UCI type priority, further selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length with high priority or a PUCCH corresponding to the format with high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH, and further selecting a PUCCH with earlier time according to the transmission length priority or the format priority of the PUCCH or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format with higher priority according to the format priority of the PUCCH, and further selecting a PUCCH with earlier start symbol according to the sequence of transmission time or the sequence of start symbol for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same transmission length priority or format priority; or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length with high priority or a PUCCH corresponding to the format with high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH, further selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with high UCI type priority according to UCI type priority for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same transmission length priority or format priority, and further selecting a PUCCH with earlier time according to the sequence of transmission time or selecting a PUCCH with earlier start symbol according to the sequence of start symbol for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type or a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority;
eighth combination rule: firstly, selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with high UCI type priority according to the UCI type priority; for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI of the same type or a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority, selecting a PUCCH with high priority according to a predetermined second priority; for the PUCCHs corresponding to the same second priority, the PUCCHs with the earlier time are further selected according to the sequence of transmission time or the PUCCHs with the earlier starting symbols are selected according to the sequence of the starting symbols;
ninth combination rule: selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with high UCI type priority according to UCI type priority, further selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length of the high priority or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format of the high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format of the PUCCH, and further selecting a PUCCH with high priority according to a predetermined second priority for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same transmission length priority or format priority; or, selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with a high UCI type priority according to the UCI type priority, further selecting a PUCCH with a high priority according to a predetermined second priority for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI of the same type or a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority, and further selecting a PUCCH corresponding to a transmission length of the high priority or a PUCCH corresponding to a format of the PUCCH according to a transmission length priority of the PUCCH for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same second priority; or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the transmission length with a high priority according to the transmission length priority of the PUCCH or selecting a PUCCH corresponding to the format with a high priority according to the format priority of the PUCCH, further selecting a PUCCH carrying UCI with a high UCI type priority according to the UCI type priority for a plurality of PUCCHs corresponding to the same transmission length priority or format priority, and further selecting a PUCCH with a high priority according to a predetermined second priority for a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same type or a plurality of PUCCHs carrying UCI with the same UCI type priority.
23. The network-side device according to claim 22, wherein in the third rule, the transmission length priorities of the PUCCHs are in the following order:
the transmission length priority of the short PUCCH is higher than that of the long PUCCH;
and/or the format priority of the PUCCH is in the following sequence:
the format priority of PUCCH format 0 or 2 is higher than the format priority of PUCCH format 1 or 3 or 4.
24. The network-side device of claim 22, wherein in the fourth rule, the predetermined second priority comprises:
for a plurality of PUCCHs bearing HARQ-ACK, selecting the PUCCH bearing the HARQ-ACK corresponding to the service type with high priority according to the service type priority corresponding to the HARQ-ACK borne by the PUCCH; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
for a plurality of PUCCHs bearing different SR configurations, selecting the PUCCH bearing the SR configuration with a smaller number or selecting the PUCCH with the SR configuration with a larger number according to the number sequence of the SR configuration borne by the PUCCH; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

and when more than M PUCCHs with non-overlapping time domain resources exist in one time unit, receiving the PUCCHs selected and transmitted according to a preset rule.

when the PUCCH selected according to the preset rule has reached a first type of PUCCH, if there is still a first type of PUCCH unselected in the time unit, the processor is further configured to: discarding the unselected first-class PUCCHs; wherein, a is the maximum number of the first type PUCCH supported for transmission in a predefined time unit, and the first type PUCCH is a predetermined PUCCH format or a PUCCH with a specific transmission length;
