Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of blockchains, and particularly relates to a public recruitment charitable fund operation system based on a blockchain and a use method. The system of the invention comprises: an account allocation module; a fund management module; a software interface module; the system is built on the basis of a block chain provided by an Ethernet; the donator registers as a member through the system and distributes to an account on a blockchain, the donator performs donation and simultaneously the system transfers corresponding amount to the account, and funds in the account can be transferred to the account of the recruiter to achieve the aim of funding. The money collector can also register as a member and is distributed to an account on a blockchain, and a donation is initiated on the basis of the account, so that project description information and the amount of funds required by the project are provided for the purpose of money collection. And after the donation is completed, the system transfers real funds to the money-raising party. The invention effectively solves various problems of the conventional charitable fund recruitment operation, and provides a standard and transparent solution for public participation in decision operation.

Background
The current China's public recruitment foundation development is in a lower stage and lacks social confidence. Firstly, fund management is not standard enough, and phenomenon of non-autonomy sometimes occurs; secondly, the financial information of the fund is not disclosed fully or truly, and the public hardly knows the actual operation condition of the fund; thirdly, the participation degree of the public is low, and even the person with large donation amount has little participation opportunity for the operation decision of the fund. Therefore, the public fund collecting operation mode cannot meet the public effective requirement on the public fund collecting operation mode, and the enthusiasm of donation collecting is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a standard, transparent and public recruitment charitable fund operation system for participating in decision operation and a use method thereof.
The invention provides a public recruitment charitable fund operation system based on a blockchain technology, which structurally comprises:
(1) A blockchain. The system can be built on the basis of a blockchain provided by an Ethernet. The production of a block in the blockchain provided by the ethernet is rewarded, and the rewards thereof need to be modified to zero in order to correspond to real funds one by one. The creation block needs to pre-allocate an initial account, and the balance of the account is set to a very large number, such as one trillion. This number is of no practical significance and is used only to record the number of member donations;
(2) An account allocation module. The function of the system is to allocate an account on a blockchain to each member;
(3) And a fund management module. The functions include transfer-in and transfer-out of real funds, namely transfer-in and transfer-out of funds of an initial account and a conference account on a blockchain;

The invention provides a method for using an operational system of a charitable fund recruitment, which comprises the following specific steps:
(1) Individuals or organizations register as members through the software interface module, and the system will utilize the account allocation module to allocate accounts on a blockchain for each member;
(2) The member can donate money through a software interface, and the system transfers the money from the primary account to the member account by utilizing the money management module according to the amount of the donated money after the donation;
(3) The member may initiate an item donation at the software interface module, fill in item information such as item description, amount required for the item, etc. Other members evaluate their authenticity and meaning by browsing through different member-initiated items to determine whether to make a donation. Members who need to collect contributions can transfer a certain amount of funds from their own account to the account of the item sponsor;
(4) After the funds are collected, the system will automatically transfer real funds for the member and withdraw funds from the blockchain account.
The system is characterized in that personnel participating in donation can perform corresponding donation operation without having knowledge of cryptography or blockchain, and the donation flow is almost the same as the traditional donation flow in form. The invention effectively solves various problems of the conventional charitable fund recruitment operation, and provides a standard and transparent scheme for the public to participate in decision operation.

Detailed Description
The public recruitment charitable fund operation system is based on a blockchain technology, and comprises the specific operation steps of donation by a donation party and recruitment by a recruiter:
1. the donation party performs donation
(1) Individuals or organizations register as members through the software interface module, and the system will utilize the account allocation module to allocate accounts on a blockchain for each member;
(2) The member can donate money through the software interface module, and the system after donation transfers corresponding number to the blockchain account of the member from the primary account by utilizing the fund management module according to the amount of donation;
(3) The member browses the different items through the software interface module to determine which item to fund and the amount of fund, transferring funds in the blockchain to the account of the item initiator.
2. The recruiter recruits money
(1) Individuals or organizations register as members through the software interface module, and the system will utilize the account allocation module to allocate accounts on a blockchain for each member;
(2) Initiating money collection through a software interface of the system, and filling in project information and the required amount of the project;
(3) After the recruitment is completed, the system uses the funds management module to transfer the corresponding real funds for the recruiter and to recycle the funds in the blockchain account.
Now suppose that a rural primary school wishes to refurbish a school, who can register as a member to be assigned to an account on a blockchain, and fill in information on refurbishment projects and the required amount of money for the projects. A person or organization of the donation may view this information on the software interface where the member who is willing to donate may transfer the amount of funds that is desired to be funded to the account of the item's sponsor. When the required funds for the project are completed, the system transfers the corresponding real funds for the recruiter and retrieves the funds in the blockchain account.

1. A blockchain-based charitable fund operation system, characterized in that the system structurally comprises:
(1) A blockchain; the system is built on the basis of a blockchain provided by an Ethernet; wherein, a block is produced in a block chain provided by the Ethernet, and the reward is modified to be zero in order to correspond to real funds one by one; pre-distributing an initial account in the generation block, wherein the balance of the account is set to be a number which has no practical significance and is only used for recording the amount donated by a member;
(2) An account allocation module; the function of the system is to allocate an account on a blockchain to each member;
(3) A fund management module; the function of the method is that the transfer-in and transfer-out of real funds, namely the transfer-in and transfer-out of funds of the primary account and the conference account on the blockchain;
(4) A software interface module; the member can register and donate, initiate project donation, fill in project information and browse different project operations;
the application method of the system comprises the following specific steps:
