The asset subscription registration information is formed in the crowd funding process, so that the crowd funding result cannot be determined when the asset subscription registration information is formed, if the asset subscription registration information is written into a block chain node, when crowd funding fails, the asset subscription registration information written into the block chain node loses the existing significance, but the meaningless asset subscription registration information cannot be deleted from the block chain node due to the characteristic that the block chain node cannot be tampered, so that the waste of storage space of the block chain node can be reduced without writing the asset subscription registration information into the block chain node; in addition, crowd funding transaction information corresponding to the second form can meet the requirements of specific users, and the applicability of the crowd funding method based on the block chain is improved.
The crowd funding method based on the block chain according to the embodiment of the present invention is further described below with respect to the first form (crowd funded transaction information including asset subscription registration information and crowd funded result registration information) and the second form (crowd funded transaction information including crowd funded result registration information).
With respect to the aforementioned form one (crowd funded transaction information including asset underwriting registration information and crowd funding result registration information), as shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a crowd funding method based on a block chain, which may include the following steps:
step 201: and receiving crowd funding information issued by the project party through the first crowd funding platform.
In one embodiment of the invention, a project party publishes crowd funding information through a selected first crowd funding platform, wherein the crowd funding information comprises crowd funding project information and asset information corresponding to crowd funding projects; and after receiving the crowd funding information issued by the project party, the first crowd funding platform sends the received crowd funding information. And after the crowd funding information is sent, writing the received crowd funding information into a block chain node corresponding to the first crowd funding platform.
Step 202: and encrypting the crowd funding information through a preset public key, and writing the decrypted crowd funding information into a block chain node corresponding to the first crowd funding platform.
In an embodiment of the invention, after crowd funding information sent by a first crowd funding platform is received, the crowd funding information is encrypted through a preset public key, and the encrypted crowd funding information is written into a block chain node corresponding to the first crowd funding platform.
Step 203: and synchronizing data in the block chain node corresponding to the first crowd-funding platform to the block chain node corresponding to the at least one second crowd-funding platform.
In an embodiment of the invention, after encrypted crowd-funding information is written into a block chain node corresponding to a first crowd-funding platform, data in the block chain node corresponding to the first crowd-funding platform is synchronized into block chain nodes corresponding to second crowd-funding platforms, and after synchronization is completed, the encrypted crowd-funding information is stored in the block chain nodes corresponding to the first crowd-funding platform and the second crowd-funding platforms.
For example, 3 second crowd-funding platforms are included in the total, the second crowd-funding platform 1, the second crowd-funding platform 2 and the second crowd-funding platform 3 are respectively provided, after crowd-funding information subjected to encryption processing is written into block chain nodes corresponding to the first crowd-funding platform, data in the block chain nodes corresponding to the first crowd-funding platform are respectively synchronized into the block chain nodes corresponding to the second crowd-funding platform 1, the second crowd-funding platform 2 and the second crowd-funding platform 3.
Step 204: and sending a private key corresponding to the preset public key to one or more of the at least one second crowd-funding platform.
In one embodiment of the invention, after the crowd funding information subjected to encryption processing is synchronized to the block chain nodes corresponding to the second crowd funding platforms, a private key corresponding to a preset public key is sent to one or more of the second crowd funding platforms according to the requirement of a project party or according to the cooperation relationship with the first crowd funding platform.
For example, a private key corresponding to the public key is sent to the second crowd-funding platform 1 and the second crowd-funding platform 2.
Step 205: and selling crowd-funded assets through the first crowd-funding platform and the second crowd-funding platform which receives the private key to form asset subscription registration information.
In one embodiment of the invention, the first crowd-funding platform and the second crowd-funding platform which receives the private key can decrypt the crowd-funding information in an encrypted state through the private key, display crowd-funding items on the respective crowd-funding platforms according to the decrypted crowd-funding information, and sell crowd-funding assets. Aiming at each crowd funding platform participating in crowd funding, each crowd funding transaction is locked by funds paid by an investor, and one piece of asset subscription registration information is formed.
For example, the investor 1 purchases crowd funded assets through a first crowd funding platform, funds of the investor 1 for purchasing the assets are locked, and one asset subscription registration information 1 corresponding to the transaction is formed; the investor 2 purchases crowd funded assets through the second crowd funding voucher 1, and the assets purchased by the investor 2 are locked to form asset subscription registration information 2 corresponding to the transaction.
Step 206: and receiving asset subscription registration information, writing the asset subscription registration information into block chain link points corresponding to the crowd-funding platform which sends the information, and synchronizing data in the block chain nodes into block chain nodes corresponding to other crowd-funding platforms.
In one embodiment of the invention, the asset subscription registration information sent by the first crowd-funding platform and each second crowd-funding platform is received, the asset subscription registration information is written into the block link points corresponding to the crowd-funding platforms sending the information, and the data in the block link nodes corresponding to the crowd-funding platforms are synchronized into the block link nodes corresponding to other crowd-funding platforms.
For example, after receiving the asset subscription registration information 1 sent by the first crowd-funding platform, writing the asset subscription registration information 1 into the block link point corresponding to the first crowd-funding platform; and data in the block chain nodes corresponding to the first crowd-funding platform are respectively synchronized to the block chain nodes corresponding to the second crowd-funding platform 1, the second crowd-funding platform 2 and the second crowd-funding platform 3. After receiving the asset subscription registration information 2 sent by the second crowd-funding platform 1, writing the asset subscription registration information 2 into block chain nodes corresponding to the second crowd-funding platform 1, and synchronizing data in the block chain nodes corresponding to the second crowd-funding platform 1 into the block chain nodes corresponding to the first crowd-funding platform, the second crowd-funding platform 2 and the second crowd-funding platform 3 respectively.
Step 207: and judging whether crowd funding is successful or not through the crowd funding platform, if so, executing step 208, and otherwise, executing step 209.
In an embodiment of the invention, the first crowd-funding platform and each second crowd-funding platform judge whether the crowd-funding target is reached within a preset crowd-funding time, if so, judge that the crowd-funding is successful, and correspondingly execute step 208; if not, the crowd funding is determined to be a failure and step 209 is performed accordingly.
Step 208: and receiving asset information of the investor formed by the crowd funding platform, writing the asset information of the investor into the block chain node corresponding to the crowd funding platform, synchronizing data in the block chain node into other block chain nodes, and finishing the current flow.
In one embodiment of the invention, after the crowd-funding platform for each crowd-funding platform participating in crowd-funding is judged to be successful, the asset information of the investor purchasing the crowd-funding asset from the crowd-funding platform is formed according to the asset information of the investor, wherein the asset information comprises any one or more of project party ID, project party password, asset registration ID, investor ID, transaction quantity, asset validity period and electronic contract, the formed investor asset information is written into the block link point corresponding to the crowd-funding platform, and data in the block link node is synchronized into the block link nodes corresponding to other crowd-funding platforms participating in crowd-funding.
Step 209: and receiving refund information of the supplier formed by the crowd funding platform, writing the refund information of the supplier into the block chain link points corresponding to the crowd funding platform, and synchronizing data in the block chain nodes into other block chain nodes.
In one embodiment of the invention, for each crowd-funding platform participating in crowd-funding, after judging that crowd-funding is successful, funds of an investor purchasing crowd-funding assets from the crowd-funding platform are returned, corresponding investor refund information is formed, the formed investor refund information is written into a block link point corresponding to the crowd-funding platform, and data in the block link node is synchronized into block link nodes corresponding to other crowd-funding platforms participating in crowd-funding.
For the second form (crowd funding transaction information including crowd funding result registration information), an embodiment of the present invention provides a block chain-based crowd funding method, which does not perform step 206 shown in fig. 2, in comparison with the block chain-based crowd funding method shown in fig. 2, that is, the asset subscription registration information generated in the crowd funding process is not written into the block chain nodes.
With respect to the foregoing embodiment shown in fig. 1, step 201 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 is an optional implementation manner of step 101, step 202 is an optional implementation manner of step 102, step 203 is an optional implementation manner of step 103, and steps 205 to 209 are an implementable manner of step 104 and step 105.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a crowd funding device based on a block chain. The device embodiments may be implemented by software, or by hardware, or by a combination of hardware and software. From a hardware level, as shown in fig. 3, a hardware structure diagram of a device in which a crowd-sourcing equipment based on a block chain according to an embodiment of the present invention is located is provided, where in addition to the processor, the memory, the network interface, and the nonvolatile memory shown in fig. 3, the device in the embodiment may also include other hardware, such as a forwarding chip responsible for processing a packet. Taking a software implementation as an example, as shown in fig. 4, as a logical apparatus, the apparatus is formed by reading a corresponding computer program instruction in a non-volatile memory into a memory by a CPU of a device in which the apparatus is located and running the computer program instruction. The crowd funding device based on the block chain provided by the embodiment comprises: a receiving unit 401, a storage unit 402, and a synchronization unit 403;
the receiving unit 401 is configured to receive crowd funding information issued by a project party through a first crowd funding platform, and receive crowd funding transaction information sent by the first crowd funding platform and at least one second crowd funding platform;
the storage unit 402 is used for writing the crowd-funding information received by the receiving unit 401 into a block link point corresponding to a first crowd-funding platform in a block chain system, and writing the crowd-funding transaction information received by the receiving unit 401 into a block link point corresponding to a crowd-funding platform which sends the information;
the synchronizing unit 403 is configured to, after the crowd funding information and the crowd funding transaction information are written into the corresponding block link points in the storage unit 402, synchronize data in the block link nodes, in which the new information is written, into each of other block link nodes corresponding to the first crowd funding platform and the at least one second crowd funding platform in the block link system.
It can be seen that the receiving unit 401 performs step 101 and step 104 in the above-mentioned method embodiment, the storage unit 402 performs step 102 in the above-mentioned method embodiment, the synchronization unit 403 performs step 103 in the above-mentioned method embodiment, and the storage unit 402 and the synchronization unit 403 collectively perform step 105 in the above-mentioned method embodiment.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the crowd-funding device based on the block chain further includes: a transmitting unit;
the storage unit 402 is used for encrypting the crowd funding information through a preset public key and writing the encrypted crowd funding information into a block link point corresponding to the first crowd funding platform;
and the sending unit is used for sending the private key corresponding to the public key to one or more of the at least one second crowd-funding platform so that the second crowd-funding platform receiving the private key can decrypt the crowd-funding data recorded in the block chain link points corresponding to the second crowd-funding platform.
It can be seen that the storage unit 402 performs step 202 in the above-described method embodiment, and the sending unit performs step 204 in the above-described method embodiment.

As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a crowd funding system based on a block chain, including: a first crowd-funding platform 501, at least one second crowd-funding platform 502, and any crowd-funding device 503 based on a block chain provided by the embodiment of the present invention;
the first crowd-funding platform 501 is used for receiving crowd-funding information issued by a project party and sending the crowd-funding information to a crowd-funding device 503 based on a block chain; the crowd funding transaction information of crowd funding corresponding to the crowd funding information on the crowd funding platform is obtained, and the obtained crowd funding transaction information is sent to a crowd funding device 503 based on a block chain;
each second crowd-funding platform 502 is configured to obtain crowd-funding transaction information of crowd-funding corresponding to crowd-funding information on the crowd-funding platform, and send the obtained crowd-funding transaction information to the crowd-funding device 503 based on the block chain.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer storage medium storing instructions for causing a machine to perform a crowd-funding method based on blockchains as described herein. Specifically, a system or an apparatus equipped with a storage medium on which software program codes that realize the functions of any of the above-described embodiments are stored may be provided, and a computer (or a CPU or MPU) of the system or the apparatus is caused to read out and execute the program codes stored in the storage medium.
In this case, the program code itself read from the storage medium can realize the functions of any of the above-described embodiments, and thus the program code and the storage medium storing the program code constitute a part of the present invention.
Examples of the storage medium for supplying the program code include a floppy disk, a hard disk, a magneto-optical disk, an optical disk (e.g., CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, DVD-RAM, DVD-RW, DVD + RW), a magnetic tape, a nonvolatile memory card, and a ROM. Alternatively, the program code may be downloaded from a server computer via a communications network.
Further, it should be clear that the functions of any one of the above-described embodiments may be implemented not only by executing the program code read out by the computer, but also by causing an operating system or the like operating on the computer to perform a part or all of the actual operations based on instructions of the program code.
Further, it is to be understood that the program code read out from the storage medium is written to a memory provided in an expansion board inserted into the computer or to a memory provided in an expansion unit connected to the computer, and then causes a CPU or the like mounted on the expansion board or the expansion unit to perform part or all of the actual operations based on instructions of the program code, thereby realizing the functions of any of the above-described embodiments.
The invention provides various embodiments, which at least have the following beneficial effects:
1. in the crowd funding method, device and system based on the block chain, provided by the embodiment of the invention, after a project party issues crowd funding information through a first crowd funding platform, the crowd funding information is written into block link points corresponding to the first crowd funding platform in the block chain system, and data in the block link points corresponding to the first crowd funding platform are synchronized into the block link points corresponding to at least one second crowd funding platform in the block chain system; and respectively carrying out crowd funding transaction by the first crowd funding platform and the at least one second crowd funding platform according to crowd funding information in the respective corresponding block chain node, and respectively writing the crowd funding transaction information into the respective corresponding block chain node. Because the block chain link points corresponding to the crowd-funding platforms can synchronize data with each other, the data stored in the block chain nodes corresponding to the crowd-funding platforms are the same, namely the crowd-funding platforms share the same database; the block chain system has the characteristics of non-tampering and traceability, so that the crowd funding platforms are restrained from being incapable of randomly changing crowd funding data, and the credibility of the data in the block chain system is ensured; therefore, each crowd-funding platform can carry out crowd-funding through the same mutually-trusted block chain system, and crowd-funding of the cross-crowd-funding platform is achieved.
2. In the crowd funding method, device and system based on the block chain, detailed information of a crowd funding project issued by a project party can be determined through crowd funding project information, assets issued by the project party and commitments made to investors can be determined through asset information, the crowd funding project information and the asset information are written into the block chain nodes, the crowd funding project information and the asset information cannot be tampered, the behavior of issuing the crowd funding information by the project party is deterred, and authenticity of the crowd funding information issued by the project party is guaranteed.
3. In the crowd funding method, device and system based on the block chain, crowd funding information written in the block chain nodes is encrypted through a preset public key, then the corresponding private key is sent to a crowd funding platform participating in crowd funding, the crowd funding platform obtaining the decryption private key can display and sell crowd funding products, the crowd funding platform not obtaining the decryption private key cannot display and sell crowd funding products, therefore, the crowd funding platform with display and sale permission can be selected according to requirements, and the applicability of the crowd funding method, device and system based on the block chain is improved.
4. In the crowd funding method, device and system based on the block chain, asset subscription registration information for recording the crowd funding process can be written into the block chain nodes, complete records of participation of the investor in the crowd funding process can be obtained through the asset subscription registration information stored in the block chain nodes, and the credibility of the crowd funding process can be improved because data in the block chain nodes cannot be tampered.
5. In the block chain-based crowd funding method, device and system provided by the embodiment of the invention, only crowd funding result registration information reflecting crowd funding results can be written into the block chain nodes without writing the asset subscription registration information recording the crowd funding process into the block chain nodes, so that the situation that the meaningless asset subscription registration information wastes the block link point storage space due to crowd funding failure after the asset subscription registration information is written into the block chain nodes can be avoided, and the utilization rate of the block link point storage space can be improved.

receiving crowd funding information issued by a project party through a first crowd funding platform;
writing the crowd-funding information into a block link point in the block chain system corresponding to the first crowd-funding platform;
respectively synchronizing data in the block chain nodes corresponding to the first crowd-funding platform into each block chain node corresponding to at least one second crowd-funding platform in the block chain system;
receiving crowd funding transaction information sent by the first crowd funding platform and the at least one second crowd funding platform;
writing the crowd-funding transaction information into block chain link points corresponding to crowd-funding platforms which send the information, and synchronizing data in the block chain nodes into the block chain link points corresponding to other crowd-funding platforms in the first crowd-funding platform and the at least one second crowd-funding platform; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

receiving crowd funding result registration information sent by the first crowd funding platform and the at least one second crowd funding platform, wherein the crowd funding result registration information is formed by the first crowd funding platform or the second crowd funding platform according to crowd funding results, and the crowd funding result registration information comprises investor refund information refunded to an investor after crowd funding fails or investor asset information representing the situation that the investor purchases assets after crowd funding succeeds;

the storage unit is used for writing the crowd-funding information received by the receiving unit into a block link point corresponding to the first crowd-funding platform in a block chain system, and writing the crowd-funding transaction information received by the receiving unit into a block link point corresponding to a crowd-funding platform which sends the crowd-funding transaction information; the block chain system comprises different block chain nodes corresponding to different crowd funding platforms;
the synchronization unit is used for synchronizing data in the block chain nodes written with new information to other block chain nodes corresponding to a first number of second crowd-funding platforms in the block chain system after the crowd-funding information and the crowd-funding transaction information are written into the corresponding block chain link points by the storage unit;
further comprising: a transmitting unit;
the storage unit is used for encrypting the crowd funding information through a preset public key and writing the crowd funding information after encryption into block link points corresponding to the first crowd funding platform;
the sending unit is used for sending the private key corresponding to the public key to a second crowd-funding platform with a second quantity so that the second crowd-funding platform with the second quantity receiving the private key can decrypt the crowd-funding data recorded in the block link points corresponding to the second crowd-funding platform;
wherein the first number is greater than the second number.

the receiving unit is used for receiving asset subscription registration information sent by the first crowd-funding platform and the at least one second crowd-funding platform, wherein the asset subscription registration information is formed by the first crowd-funding platform and the at least one second crowd-funding platform according to an asset subscription process of an investor, and the asset subscription process is performed by the investor according to the crowd-funding information displayed by the first crowd-funding platform and the at least one second crowd-funding platform; and receiving crowd funding result registration information sent by the first crowd funding platform and the at least one second crowd funding platform, wherein the crowd funding result registration information is formed by the first crowd funding platform or the second crowd funding platform according to crowd funding results, and the crowd funding result registration information comprises investor refund information refunded to an investor after crowd funding fails or investor asset information representing the situation that the investor underwrites assets after crowd funding succeeds;
the storage unit is used for writing the asset subscription registration information and the crowd funding result registration information received by the receiving unit into a block chain node corresponding to a crowd funding platform which sends the information.

8. A crowd funding system based on a blockchain, comprising: a first crowd-funding platform, at least one second crowd-funding platform, and the crowd-funding block chain-based device of any of claims 5-7;
the first crowd-funding platform is used for receiving crowd-funding information issued by a project party and sending the crowd-funding information to the crowd-funding device based on the block chain; the crowd funding transaction information of crowd funding corresponding to the crowd funding information on the crowd funding platform is obtained, and the obtained crowd funding transaction information is sent to the crowd funding device based on the block chain;
each crowd-funding platform is used for obtaining crowd-funding transaction information of crowd-funding corresponding to the crowd-funding information on the crowd-funding platform, and the obtained crowd-funding transaction information is sent to the crowd-funding device based on the block chain.
