acquiring personnel statistical information of couriers in a preset time period, wherein the personnel statistical information comprises at least of the total number of the couriers in a preset area and the number of the scheduling people, the number of the attendance people and the number of people for starting a positioning system, and the positioning system is used for acquiring position information required by forming a moving track of the couriers;
calculating the attendance index of the couriers in the preset time period according to the acquired personnel statistical information, and determining the attendance condition of the couriers in the preset area according to the attendance index, wherein the attendance index comprises at least items in the scheduling rate, the attendance rate and the positioning system opening rate.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after calculating the attendance indicator of the courier within the preset time period according to the acquired personnel statistics, the method further comprises:
and judging whether any items in the attendance indexes within a preset time period have the ring ratio reduction, if so, outputting prompt information indicating that the attendance condition of the courier is abnormal.
The monitoring device for the transregional behaviors of couriers is characterized by comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the work information of the courier, wherein the work information of the courier comprises a receiving and dispatching area for the courier, receiving and dispatching order data of the courier and a moving track of the courier in the receiving and dispatching process;
and the behavior monitoring module is used for counting the activity information and the quantity of the received and dispatched items of the courier outside the receiving and dispatching area according to the receiving and dispatching area and the moving track, judging whether the activity information and the quantity of the received and dispatched items meet a preset rule, and if so, outputting prompt information indicating that cross-region behaviors exist in the courier receiving and dispatching process.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the activity information comprises a total duration of the courier moving outside the dispatch area, and the predetermined rule is that the total duration is greater than set threshold and the number of dispatched items is less than a second set threshold, or a ratio of the number of dispatched items to the total duration is less than a third set threshold.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the activity information comprises a total mileage of the courier moving outside the dispatch area, and the preset rule is: the total mileage is larger than a fourth set threshold and the number of collected and dispatched is smaller than a fifth set threshold, or the ratio of the number of collected and dispatched to the total mileage is smaller than a sixth set threshold.
