Further, a selection operation can be received, so that batch processing of the electronic archive file is realized, and the processing efficiency of the electronic archive file is improved.

judging whether the electronic archive file contains preset information or not;
if the electronic filing file does not contain the preset information, judging whether the temporary storage request is received or not;
and if the temporary storage request is received, temporarily storing the electronic archive file.
Specifically, after displaying the preset content of the classified electronic archive file on a page in a preset manner, before archiving the electronic archive file, judging whether the information in the electronic archive file such as the mail and the sign report contains preset information, if the mail and the sign report do not contain the preset information, that is, the electronic archive file is incomplete, the electronic archive file is not suitable for being archived, only the operation of temporarily storing the electronic archive file is received, so that the electronic archive file such as the mail and the sign report is temporarily stored, and the user is not allowed to perform the archiving operation such as submitting or storing to archive the electronic archive file. For example, whether the mail or the sign report information contains the information of the submitter is judged to determine whether the mail or the sign report information is complete, if the mail or the sign report information is judged not to contain the information of the submitter, the mail or the sign report information is judged to be incomplete, only the user is allowed to temporarily store the mail and the sign report, and the user is not allowed to conduct filing operations such as submission or storage and the like so as to file the electronic filing file. That is, for the electronic archive files such as the uploaded mails and the signboards, if the necessary information preset in the uploaded electronic archive files is not complete, the electronic archive files are not allowed to be submitted or saved to be archived, the electronic archive files can only be temporarily stored, the final archive operations such as submitting are not performed, and after the information of the electronic archive files is completely supplemented, the user is allowed to submit the electronic archive files for archiving. If the electronic archive file does not contain the preset information and the temporary storage request is not received, the electronic archive file is not temporarily stored, and meanwhile, the electronic archive file is not allowed to be archived.
It should be noted that, the processing method of the electronic archive file described in each embodiment may be used to recombine the technical features included in different embodiments according to the need, so as to obtain a combined embodiment, which is within the scope of protection claimed in the present application.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic block diagram of an apparatus for processing an electronic archive file according to an embodiment of the present application. Corresponding to the above method for processing the electronic archive file, the embodiment of the application also provides a device for processing the electronic archive file. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus for processing an electronic archive file includes a unit for executing the above-described processing method of an electronic archive file, and may be configured in a computer device such as a terminal. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the processing apparatus 300 for electronic archive file includes a first receiving unit 301, an analyzing unit 302, an extracting unit 303, an obtaining unit 304, a classifying unit 305, a display unit 306, and an archiving unit 307.
The first receiving unit 301 is configured to receive an electronic archive file uploaded by a user;

an obtaining unit 304, configured to obtain, according to the presenter information, a home department of the electronic archive file from a stored preset matching relationship, where the matching relationship refers to a correspondence between a presenter and the home department;
a classifying unit 305, configured to classify the electronic archive file according to the sequence of the home department and the preset content of the electronic archive file;
the display unit 306 is configured to display preset contents included in the categorized electronic archive file on a page in a preset manner, so that a user can perform an operation on the electronic archive file, where the operation includes an archive request;
and an archiving unit 307 configured to archive the electronic archive file when the archiving request is received.
In one embodiment, the preset content further includes an attribute and an occurrence time of the electronic archive file, where the attribute of the electronic archive file includes a sign report type and a mail type;
The classifying unit 305 is configured to classify the electronic archive file according to a preset sequence according to the home department, the attribute, the occurrence time and the text title of the electronic archive file.
In one embodiment, the classifying unit 305 includes:
a first classifying subunit, configured to classify the electronic archive file into a corresponding department according to the home department of the electronic archive file;
the second classifying subunit is used for classifying the electronic archive files according to the attributes of the electronic archive files in the same department;
the third classifying subunit is configured to classify the electronic archive files according to the occurrence time of the electronic archive files in the order from the near to the far within the category of the same attribute;
and the fourth classifying subunit is used for classifying the electronic archive files according to the content similarity of the text titles of the electronic archive files within the same date.
In one embodiment, the display unit 306 is configured to display the electronic archive file on the page in a list form according to the text title, the occurrence time and the home portal included in the electronic archive file.
In one embodiment, the operations further include an edit request and/or a query request, and the processing device 300 for electronic archive file further includes:
the second receiving unit is used for editing the electronic archive file according to the editing request if the editing request is received; and/or
And if the query request is received, querying the electronic archive file according to the query request.
In one embodiment, the operations further include a scratch request, and the processing apparatus 300 for electronic archive file further includes:

In one embodiment, the home department includes a plurality of levels, and the classifying unit 305 is configured to classify the electronic archive file step by step according to the levels of the home department according to the home department of the electronic archive file.
It should be noted that, as those skilled in the art can clearly understand, the specific implementation process of the processing device and each unit of the electronic archive file may refer to the corresponding description in the foregoing method embodiment, and for convenience and brevity of description, the detailed description is omitted herein.
Meanwhile, the division and connection manners of the units in the electronic archive processing device are only used for illustration, and in other embodiments, the electronic archive processing device may be divided into different units according to needs, or different connection orders and manners of the units in the electronic archive processing device may be adopted to complete all or part of functions of the electronic archive processing device.
The processing means of the electronic archive file as described above may be implemented in the form of a computer program which is executable on a computer device as shown in fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic block diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present application. The computer device 400 may be a desktop computer or a computer device such as a server, or may be a component or part of another device.
With reference to FIG. 4, the computer device 400 includes a processor 402, a memory, and a network interface 405, which are connected by a system bus 401, wherein the memory may include a non-volatile storage medium 403 and an internal memory 404.
The non-volatile storage medium 403 may store an operating system 4031 and a computer program 4032. The computer program 4032, when executed, causes the processor 402 to perform a method of processing an electronic archive file as described above.
The processor 402 is used to provide computing and control capabilities to support the operation of the overall computer device 400.
The internal memory 404 provides an environment for the execution of a computer program 4032 in the non-volatile storage medium 403, which computer program 4032, when executed by the processor 402, causes the processor 402 to perform a method of processing an electronic archive file as described above.
The network interface 405 is used for network communication with other devices. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 4 is merely a block diagram of a portion of the architecture in connection with the present application and is not intended to limit the computer device 400 to which the present application is applied, and that a particular computer device 400 may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components. For example, in some embodiments, the computer device may include only a memory and a processor, and in such embodiments, the structure and function of the memory and the processor are consistent with the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and will not be described again.

1. A method of processing an electronic archive file, the method comprising:
receiving an electronic archive file uploaded by a user;
analyzing the fields contained in the electronic filing file through a preset method to obtain an analysis result;
extracting assignment corresponding to the preset field according to the analysis result to obtain preset content of the electronic filing file, wherein the preset content comprises a text title and submitter information;
acquiring a home department of the electronic archive file from a stored preset matching relationship according to the presenter information, wherein the matching relationship refers to a corresponding relationship between the presenter and the home department;
classifying the electronic archive files according to the sequence of the attribution departments and the preset contents of the electronic archive files;
Displaying preset contents contained in the classified electronic archive files on a page in a preset mode so as to enable a user to operate the electronic archive files, wherein the operation comprises an archive request;
if the archiving request is received, archiving the electronic archiving file;
the preset content also comprises the attribute and the occurrence time of the electronic filing file, wherein the attribute of the electronic filing file comprises a signature type and a mail type;
the step of classifying the electronic archive file according to the sequence of the attribution department and the preset content of the electronic archive file comprises the following steps:
classifying the electronic archive files according to a preset sequence according to the attribution department, the attribute, the occurrence time and the text title of the electronic archive files;
the step of classifying the electronic archive file according to the home department, the attribute, the occurrence time and the text title of the electronic archive file according to a preset sequence comprises the following steps:
classifying the electronic archive files into corresponding departments according to the attribution department of the electronic archive files;

judging whether the electronic archive file contains preset information or not;
if the electronic filing file does not contain the preset information, judging whether the temporary storage request is received or not;
and if the temporary storage request is received, temporarily storing the electronic archive file.
