Description

Automobile exhaust purifying equipment based on plasma
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile environmental protection, in particular to automobile exhaust purification equipment based on plasma.
Background
The existing automobile exhaust mainly adopts a catalytic conversion method, and researchers seek a more efficient exhaust treatment scheme due to the defects of poisoning and inactivation of a catalyst, narrow effective working window parameters and the like. At present, tail gas purification products mainly comprise three-way catalysts: the purifying agent in the three-way catalyst can enhance the activity of three gases of CO, HC and NOx to promote the three gases to carry out certain oxidation-reduction chemical reaction; however, the existing exhaust gas purification products have the following defects: (1) the PM2.5 particles are not crushed and decomposed; (2) the particles and carbon are condensed on the surface of the purifying agent in a short time to cause purification failure; (3) the cleaning and maintenance are very troublesome and frequent, and the effective period of the catalyst is short. The existing various tail gas purifiers also have the defects, and the concept of real environmental protection cannot be realized. The plasma has strong oxidizing property, can effectively remove sulfur dioxide in automobile exhaust, and can oxidize particulate matters, thereby having higher application value. The plasma technology needs a high-voltage power supply, and the application of the plasma technology in automobile exhaust treatment is limited by the characteristics of difficult discharge under atmospheric pressure, and the like, so that the plasma technology is a new exhaust treatment technology. However, the reaction needs a certain time, the exhaust speed of the automobile exhaust is high, and particularly when the real-time treatment effect is to be achieved, the retention time of the exhaust components in the purifier is short, the treatment capacity of the plasma on macromolecules is reduced, and the effect of removing macromolecular carbon particles in the exhaust is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for solving the technical problem. The continuous reaction improves the purification efficiency, reduces the energy consumption, reduces the volume of equipment, increases the flow of gas, and continuously creates a low-pressure condition, so that the reaction is more sufficient.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the plasma-based automobile exhaust purification equipment comprises an exhaust passage, an upper plasma generation bag and a lower plasma generation bag which are communicated with the inside of the exhaust passage and are made of flexible materials and are arranged on the side wall of an exhaust pipeline, an upper movement connecting rod hinged on the upper plasma generation bag and a lower movement connecting rod hinged on the lower plasma generation bag, wherein cathodes and anodes are arranged in the upper plasma generation bag and the lower plasma generation bag.
The technical scheme of the invention is further improved as follows:
due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the technical progress that:
the invention utilizes the high-speed airflow of the automobile exhaust to form a low-pressure environment, thereby discharging under low pressure, leading the generated plasma and strong oxide substances into the smoke channel, realizing the purpose of purifying pollutants, realizing continuous reaction by the alternate work of the two plasma generating bags, improving the purification efficiency, reducing the energy consumption and reducing the equipment volume.
The movable flexible material bag-shaped plasma generating device increases the flowing of gas, continuously creates a low-pressure condition, increases the amount of plasma, makes the reaction more sufficient, and improves the purification efficiency.
The upper plasma generating bag and the lower plasma generating bag are arranged in a row and are arranged oppositely, so that the number of times of plasma entering the exhaust channel and the number of the plasma are increased, the gas convection effect is increased, the gas can react with the plasma generated by the upper plasma generating bag and the lower plasma generating bag for many times, the reaction time is shortened, and the purification efficiency is increased. The openings of the upper plasma generating bag and the lower plasma generating bag in the exhaust channel are arranged in a staggered mode, so that the gas in the upper plasma generating bag and the plasma in the lower plasma generating bag flow in sequence, reaction imbalance in the exhaust channel is prevented, the process of purification reaction is controlled favorably, and equipment damage caused by unstable air pressure in the upper plasma generating bag and the lower plasma generating bag is prevented.
The inner structure of the upper plasma generating bag and the lower plasma generating bag ensures that the discharge at low pressure and the pollutant purification process are stably carried out after the generated plasma and strong oxide are introduced into the flue gas channel, the equipment structure is simplified, the equipment is firmer, and the service life is prolonged.
