Abstract
The invention relates to a gas heating device for a dyeing vat and a use method thereof, which comprises a heat supply part and a heat exchange part which are mutually connected, wherein the heat supply part comprises a natural gas burner, the natural gas burner is connected with a flue gas pipe, the outside of the flue gas pipe is provided with a water flowing pipe, the water flowing pipe is connected with a water inlet connecting pipe, the heat exchange part comprises a heat exchange pipe, the outside of the heat exchange pipe is provided with a heat exchange barrel, the heat exchange barrel is provided with a water outlet connecting pipe and a pipe plate, the water outlet connecting pipe is provided with a water outlet, and the pipe plate is provided with a flue gas outlet.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to heating devices, in particular to a gas heating device for a printing and dyeing dye vat and a using method thereof.
Background
The dye vat heating device in the prior art adopts steam or heat conduction oil and electric heating, a heat conduction medium is preheated through fuel to serve as a heat carrier (heat conduction oil or steam), and then the heat carrier releases energy to heat circulating water in the dye vat, so that the purpose of heating materials in the dye vat is achieved, and the dye vat heating device belongs to secondary energy heating. In the heating and conveying process of the heat-conducting carrier, heat loss (more than 15%) is usually inevitably generated, and meanwhile, the heating equipment of the heat medium needs to occupy additional fields and operation management personnel, so that the energy consumption and the use cost are high.
Accordingly, the present invention is set forth.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide gas heating devices for a printing and dyeing dye vat and a using method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
method for using the gas heating device of the dyeing vat, comprising the following steps:
(1) the natural gas combustor loads heat generated after natural gas and combustion-supporting air are mixed and combusted into the heat supply part through flue gas, and the flue gas travels in the flue gas pipe;
(2) circulating water in the dye vat enters the heat supply part, flows between the interlayer of the water flow pipe and the flue gas pipe, and exchanges heat with the flue gas in the flowing process, so that the water temperature is increased, and the flue gas temperature is reduced;
(3) circulating water and flue gas of the dye vat enter the heat exchange part from the heat supply part, the flue gas travels in the heat exchange tube, water flows travel in the heat exchange tube and the interlayer of the heat exchange barrel, and heat exchange is continuously carried out in the flowing process;
(4) discharging low-temperature flue gas subjected to heat exchange with water flow from the heat exchange pipe, then entering an external air heat exchanger to heat combustion-supporting air, so that the temperature of the combustion-supporting air is increased, the temperature of the flue gas is reduced, steps are carried out by utilizing flue gas waste heat, the low-temperature flue gas can be intensively discharged outdoors through a pipeline, and the temperature of a working environment is reduced;
(5) the heated combustion-supporting air and natural gas are mixed and combusted in the natural gas combustor to generate heat, and the heat is exchanged between the flue gas serving as a heat carrier and circulating water in the dye vat to heat the circulating water;
(6) the operation is repeated in this way, and the purpose of heating the materials in the dye vat is achieved.

The heat supply part and the heat exchange part are connected through an elbow.

As shown in figure 1, the gas heating device for the printing and dyeing dye vat comprises a heat supply part and a heat exchange part which are connected with each other, wherein the heat supply part and the heat exchange part are connected through an elbow, the elbow comprises an elbow 12 and a second elbow 13, the elbow 12 is used for flowing water, and the second elbow 13 is used for flowing smoke.
The heat supply part 14 comprises a natural gas combustor 1, the natural gas combustor 1 is connected with a flue gas pipe, the flue gas pipe comprises a flue gas pipe 2-1 and a flue gas pipe II 2-2, a water flowing pipe is arranged outside the flue gas pipe and connected with a water inlet connecting pipe 4, the water flowing pipe comprises a water flowing pipe 3-1 and a water flowing pipe II 3-2, the water flowing pipe 3-1 is provided with a water flowing connecting cylinder 11-1, the water flowing pipe II 3-2 is provided with a water flowing connecting cylinder II 11-2, the water flowing pipe 3-1 and the water flowing pipe II 3-2 are connected through an elbow 12, the heat exchange part 15 comprises a heat exchange pipe 5, a heat exchange cylinder 6 is arranged outside the heat exchange pipe 5, the heat exchange cylinder 6 is provided with a water outlet connecting pipe 7 and a pipe plate 8, the water outlet connecting pipe 7 is provided with a water outlet 9, the pipe plate 8 is provided with a flue gas outlet 10, and.
The use method of the gas heating device for the printing and dyeing dye vat comprises the following steps:
(1) the natural gas combustor 1 loads heat generated after natural gas and combustion-supporting air are mixed and combusted into the heat supply part 14 through flue gas, and the flue gas travels in a flue gas pipe;
(2) circulating water in the dye vat enters the heat supply part 14, flows between the interlayer of the water flow pipe and the flue gas pipe, and exchanges heat with the flue gas in the flowing process, so that the water temperature is increased, and the flue gas temperature is reduced;
(3) circulating water and flue gas in the dye vat enter a heat exchange part 15 from a heat supply part 14, the flue gas travels in a heat exchange tube, water flows in an interlayer of the heat exchange tube and a heat exchange barrel, and heat exchange is continuously carried out in the flowing process;
(4) as shown in fig. 2, the low-temperature flue gas after heat exchange with the water flow is discharged from the heat exchange pipe and then enters the external air heat exchanger 17 to heat the combustion-supporting air, so that the temperature of the combustion-supporting air is increased, the temperature of the flue gas is reduced, steps are carried out to utilize the waste heat of the flue gas, the low-temperature flue gas can be intensively discharged to the outdoor through a pipeline, and the temperature of the working environment is reduced;
the external air heat exchanger 17 is not a structural component of the present invention, belongs to an external device to be connected when in use, and is a device known in the art. For example, the outside air heat exchanger 17 may be of the structure shown in fig. 3: the heat exchange tube comprises a heat exchange tube 17-2 and a baffle plate 17-3, and is provided with a heat recovery gas inlet 17-1 and a low-temperature flue gas outlet 17-4, and two ends of the heat exchange tube are also provided with a combustion air inlet 17-5 and a combustion air outlet 17-6. The more detailed structure of the outside air heat exchanger 17 and its operation principle are not described in detail in the present invention.
(5) The heated combustion-supporting air and natural gas are mixed and combusted in the natural gas combustor to generate heat, and the heat is exchanged between the flue gas serving as a heat carrier and circulating water in the dye vat to heat the circulating water;
(6) the operation is repeated in this way, and the purpose of heating the materials in the dye vat is achieved.
The invention utilizes the flue gas generated after the combustion of natural gas and the circulating water of the dye vat to carry out direct heat exchange in the heat exchanger, so that the water temperature is raised to the temperature of the printing and dyeing process, and simultaneously, the flue gas discharged after the heat exchange is used for heating combustion-supporting air required by the combustion of fuel gas through the air heat exchanger, so that the combustion heat energy is fully utilized, the fuel is saved, the exhaust temperature of the flue gas is reduced, and the utilization efficiency of energy is improved.

- The use method of the fuel gas heating device of the printing and dyeing dye vats is characterized by comprising the following steps:(1) the natural gas combustor loads heat generated after natural gas and combustion-supporting air are mixed and combusted into the heat supply part through flue gas, and the flue gas travels in the flue gas pipe;(2) circulating water in the dye vat enters the heat supply part, flows between the interlayer of the water flow pipe and the flue gas pipe, and exchanges heat with the flue gas in the flowing process, so that the water temperature is increased, and the flue gas temperature is reduced;(3) circulating water and flue gas of the dye vat enter the heat exchange part from the heat supply part, the flue gas travels in the heat exchange tube, water flows travel in the heat exchange tube and the interlayer of the heat exchange barrel, and heat exchange is continuously carried out in the flowing process;(4) discharging low-temperature flue gas subjected to heat exchange with water flow from the heat exchange pipe, then entering an external air heat exchanger to heat combustion-supporting air, so that the temperature of the combustion-supporting air is increased, the temperature of the flue gas is reduced, steps are carried out by utilizing flue gas waste heat, the low-temperature flue gas can be intensively discharged outdoors through a pipeline, and the temperature of a working environment is reduced;(5) the heated combustion-supporting air and natural gas are mixed and combusted in the natural gas combustor to generate heat, and the heat is exchanged between the flue gas serving as a heat carrier and circulating water in the dye vat to heat the circulating water;(6) the operation is repeated in this way, and the purpose of heating the materials in the dye vat is achieved.
- The gas heating device for the printing and dyeing dye vat according to claim 1, 2 and , comprising a heat supply part and a heat exchange part which are connected with each other, wherein the heat supply part comprises a natural gas burner, the natural gas burner is connected with a flue gas pipe, a water flowing pipe is arranged outside the flue gas pipe, the water flowing pipe is connected with a water inlet connecting pipe, the heat exchange part comprises a heat exchange pipe, a heat exchange barrel is arranged outside the heat exchange pipe, the heat exchange barrel is provided with a water outlet connecting pipe and a pipe plate, the water outlet connecting pipe is provided with a water outlet, and the pipe plate is provided with a flue gas outlet.
- 3. The gas heating device for the printing and dyeing dye vat according to claim 2, wherein the flue gas pipe comprises a flue gas pipe and a flue gas pipe II, the water flowing pipe comprises a water flowing pipe and a water flowing pipe II, and the water flowing pipe is connected with the water flowing pipe II through an elbow.
