Specifically, at the end of the S-shaped dewatering section 100, two dewatering rolls 110 of the smallest outer diameter are provided, the outer diameter of which is 245 mm.

When the sludge dewatering device is used, sludge is poured between the upper filter cloth and the lower filter cloth, the upper filter cloth and the lower filter cloth wrap the sludge to form a dewatering belt , the dewatering belt enters the S-shaped dewatering section 100, the periphery of the dewatering roller 110 is tightly pressed, the sludge is subjected to filter pressing under the reaction force of the dewatering roller 110, and moisture in the sludge is squeezed out.
According to embodiments of the present invention, an arcuate pre-press section 300 is provided upstream of the S-shaped dewatering section 100. the dewatering section 412 and the second dewatering section 512 enter the S-shaped dewatering section 100 after the arcuate pre-press section 300 merges.
