Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in further detail by steps through examples in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which the same reference numerals indicate the same or similar components throughout the specification, and the following description of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings is intended to explain the general inventive concept of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the present invention to .
In the following detailed description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the disclosure, however, it will be apparent that or more embodiments may be practiced without these specific details.
FIG. 1 illustrates a perspective view of a circuit board and a light socket of a lighting and/or signaling device in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, as can be seen in FIG. 1, the wiring harness 20 on the circuit board is close to the light socket 30, and thus, if good positioning of the wiring harness 20 is not achieved, it is easy to cause the wiring harness to scrape against the light socket, resulting in breakage of the wiring harness.
According to the general inventive concept, circuit boards are provided, wherein a groove 1 is formed on the circuit board, the groove 1 defines a deformable tongue piece 2, the groove 1 comprises a th sub-groove 11 located at a side of the tongue piece 2 and a second sub-groove 12 located at a second side of the tongue piece 2 opposite to the side, wherein the deformable tongue piece 2 is configured to press against a wire harness 20 which penetrates from of the th sub-groove 11 and the second sub-groove 12 and penetrates out from the other of the th sub-groove 11 and the second sub-groove 12 to achieve a position limitation of the wire harness 20, according to the general inventive concept, the deformable tongue piece is formed on the circuit board itself by forming a groove to limit the wire harness between the deformable tongue piece 2 and the circuit board body, the position limitation structure is formed by the circuit board itself, no additional component is required to limit the wire harness, space and cost are saved, and the structure directly positions the wire harness on the circuit board, and the separation of the wire harness from the circuit board is effectively avoided.
For the material of the circuit board, it is common to use a material such as epoxy fiberglass cloth board, for example FR-4, FR-5, which itself has a flexibility of , the thickness of the circuit board is also , which is generally thin, for example between 0.8 and 1.6mm, when the tongue 2 is formed by forming a groove through its periphery, this tongue 2 has a deformable nature due to its shape in sheet form and its material, so that it is possible to lift the free end of the tongue 2 away from the body of the circuit board, to pass said wire harness 2 around said tongue 2 and out the other side of the tongue, and due to the deformable nature of the tongue 2, after completing the above action, the tongue returns to its original position, achieving the retention of the wire harness between the circuit board and the tongue 2.
The method of forming the above-described groove 1 may be, for example, a process of punching, cutting, or dicing, as examples, the conductive traces of the circuit board are arranged in the region of the circuit board other than the tab to prevent damage to the conductive traces due to bending during cutting of the conductive traces or positioning of the wire harness when the groove is formed.
The structure of the present invention is described below in terms of various embodiments, however, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structures described in the various embodiments can be freely combined without conflict in structure or principle, thereby realizing more various circuit boards on the basis of solving the technical problems of the present invention.
A circuit board 10 according to an th embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 1-4, in which the th and second sub-grooves 11 and 12 are configured to be open toward the edge of the circuit board so that the tongue is formed at the position of the edge of the circuit board, the number of the tongues shown in the embodiment is , however, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the tongues may be two or more depending on the number of wire harnesses to be fixed, and that the same tongues may be used to fix a plurality of different wire harnesses.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the width of the th sub-groove 11 is suitable for accommodating the wiring harness, so that the wiring harness 20 can penetrate into the circuit board through the th sub-groove 11, and the width of the th sub-groove 12 formed on the other side of the tongue piece is suitable for accommodating the wiring harness, so that the wiring harness 20 passes through the circuit board through the second sub-groove 12, and the wiring harness is limited between the tongue piece 2 and the circuit board by bypassing the tongue piece.
As examples, in order to prevent steps from sliding the wiring harness 20 out of the th subslot 11 and the second subslot 12, the free end of the tongue is provided with two tongue protrusions 22, and the two tongue protrusions 22 extend toward the th subslot 11 and the second subslot 12, respectively, so as to limit the wiring harness from moving out of the th subslot 11 and the second subslot 12.
, sub-groove protrusions 101 are respectively disposed at edges of the sub-groove 11 and the second sub-groove 12 opposite to the tongue to cooperate with the tongue protrusion 22 to restrict the wire harness 20 from being removed from the sub-groove 11 and the second sub-groove 12.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2-4, tab projections are shown formed on both the tab 2 and the slot 11, 12 at the edge opposite the tab, with each two opposing tab projections 22, 101 cooperating to limit the removal of the wiring harness from the th sub-slot 11 or the second sub-slot 12, however, tab projections may alternatively be formed only on the tab 2 or only at the edge of the th sub-slot 11 or the second sub-slot 12 opposite the tab, that is, only on a single side of the th sub-slot 11 and/or the second sub-slot 12, so long as the tab projections have a projection height that ensures that the wiring harness cannot pass through.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the wire harness accommodating portion 111 is composed of two semicircular-like half grooves, however, in other examples, a square-shaped half groove, an arc-shaped half groove, or the like may be employed, and thus, the wire harness accommodating portion 111 may be provided only on edges.
, in order to better limit the wire harness, as shown in fig. 6, a protection member 50 can be provided in the wire harness accommodating part 111 to separate the wire harness 20 from the wall of the wire harness accommodating part 111. the protection member 50 can be made of a common protection material such as rubber gasket, etc. by this means, not only the movement of the wire harness can be better limited, but also the friction between the wire harness accommodating part 111 and the wire harness 20 can be avoided, and the breakage of the wire harness can be avoided.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that guards may also be provided in the th sub-groove 11 and the second sub-groove 12 in the th embodiment shown in fig. 2 to 4 and the second embodiment shown in fig. 5 to prevent damage to the wiring harness 20, as an example of , a guard may also be provided only in the th sub-groove 11 or the second sub-groove 12.
As examples, rounded corners may be formed at corners of the sub-groove 11, the second sub-groove 12, and the wire harness accommodating part 111 (if the wire harness accommodating part is square-shaped), so as to avoid breakage of the wire harness caused by friction when the wire harness moves or twists in these grooves.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide lighting and/or signaling devices for a motor vehicle, such as a signal light, front light, or rear light of a vehicle.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide motor vehicles having lighting and/or signaling devices according to the examples described above.
In the circuit board obtained by adopting the or the combination and modification of the features based on the above-described embodiments, since the deformable tongue piece for limiting the harness is formed on the circuit board itself, the effective limitation of the harness can be realized without an additional harness limiting structure, the damage of the harness is avoided, the cost and the occupied space are saved, and the separation of the harness from the circuit board is avoided.
Although the present invention has been described in connection with the accompanying drawings, the embodiments disclosed in the drawings are intended to be illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and should not be construed as limitations of the present invention.
Although embodiments of the present general inventive concept have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the general inventive concept, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
