The working conditions of engineering vehicles, particularly riding mowers, are mostly mountainous slopes with high and low heights, drivers need to sit on a driver seat for a large amount of time, the high and low road conditions are prone to causing discomfort of the drivers, the seat height of a traditional mowers is fixed, the situation of visual field shielding often occurs, the situation is not analyzed and corrected by the traditional riding mowers due to reasons more or less, firstly, the traditional seat is mainly characterized in that the comfort of the seat is adjusted through front and back sliding of the seat, the up and down adjustment of the seat is easy to ignore, secondly, the adjustment of the seat height is often the adjustment of the whole seat, the stability and the safety of the seat are easy to reduce, and moreover, the similar seat adjustment is also a connecting device for selecting rigid elements, the comfort of the seat is ignored, the driver's cab of the mowers seat is not shielded, the situation of mistaken touch often occurs, and safety accidents are easy to cause.

As shown in figure 1, the damping seat of the riding mower comprises a seat panel 1, a seat base 2, a connecting rear seat 3, a connecting base 4, a damping mechanism and a lifting mechanism, wherein the connecting rear seat 3 is connected with the connecting base 4, the seat base 2 is connected with the connecting rear seat 3 through a shaft rod 8 fixed by nuts and positioned above the connecting base 4, the seat panel 1 is arranged on the seat base 2, the damping mechanism comprises a damping spring 5 arranged between the connecting base 4 and the seat base 2 and a damper 6 (figure 2) arranged between the connecting rear seat 3 and the seat base 2, and the lifting mechanism comprises a rack 12 fixed in the connecting rear seat 3, a second rack 13 fixed in the connecting base 4, a stepping motor 7 arranged on the connecting base 4 and a gear 71 arranged on an output shaft of the stepping motor 7 and matched with the rack 12 and the second rack 13.
Two damping springs 5 are symmetrically arranged at the front end position between the connecting base 4 and the seat base 2.
The seat base 2 is provided with a second shaft rod 9 fixed by a nut, and two ends of the damper 6 are rotatably connected to the th shaft rod 8 and the second shaft rod 9 (figure 3).
The pressure sensor 10 is arranged below the seat panel 1, the pressure sensor 10 is electrically connected with a relay arranged in the seat base 2, the relay, the motion switch 11 and the motor part of the riding type mower form series circuits, denier when the pressure sensor 10 detects that the mass above the seat is lower than 30kg, the relay cannot work, the series circuits cannot be closed, the riding type mower cannot work, and therefore the situation that a child wants to operate the mower when climbing onto the seat curiously is avoided, and the safety of the mower is guaranteed.

It should be noted that the electrical connection between the pressure sensor and the relay, the electrical connection between the switch and the PLC controller, and the electrical connection between the PLC controller and the stepping motor are all electrical connection methods known to those skilled in the art.
The specific working process is as follows: after a driver sits on the seat, the pressure sensor 10 detects that the mass is more than 30kg, the pressure sensor 10 converts a pressure signal into an electric signal and transmits the electric signal to the relay, the relay starts to work, the circuit is closed, and the motor of the mower is started to operate; the switch 11 is turned on to control the operation of the lifting mechanism, and the PLC controller controls the stepping motor 7 to rotate forward and backward to adjust the height of the seat to a proper position; in the mowing process, the vibration reduction spring 5 and the damper 6 are matched with each other to reduce vibration reduction, and the vertical acceleration of the seat is reduced. In the working process, the height of the seat can be adjusted timely, and the visual field is prevented from being shielded.
