The invention discloses an lifting type riding mower vibration reduction seat which comprises a seat panel, a seat base, a connecting back seat, a connecting base, a vibration reduction mechanism and a lifting mechanism, wherein the connecting back seat is connected with the connecting base, the seat base is connected with the connecting back seat and positioned above the connecting base, the seat panel is arranged on the seat base, the vibration reduction mechanism comprises a vibration reduction spring arranged between the connecting base and the seat base and a damper arranged between the connecting back seat and the seat base, the lifting mechanism comprises a rack fixed in the connecting back seat, a second rack fixed in the connecting base, a stepping motor arranged on the connecting base and a gear arranged on an output shaft of the stepping motor and matched with a rack and a second rack.

Background
The method of filling foam material in the seat is adopted for the vibration reduction of the vehicle seat, the uncomfortable feeling of the vehicle to the driver caused by bumping is relieved through the buffer action brought by the soft foam material, however, for the heavy driver or the situation of large external impact force, the damping of the foam material is small, the foam material is easy to be completely compressed, and the uncomfortable feeling of the driver is easy to be caused by long-time driving.
The working conditions of engineering vehicles, particularly riding mowers, are mostly mountainous slopes with high and low heights, drivers need to sit on a driver seat for a large amount of time, the high and low road conditions are prone to causing discomfort of the drivers, the seat height of a traditional mowers is fixed, the situation of visual field shielding often occurs, the situation is not analyzed and corrected by the traditional riding mowers due to reasons more or less, firstly, the traditional seat is mainly characterized in that the comfort of the seat is adjusted through front and back sliding of the seat, the up and down adjustment of the seat is easy to ignore, secondly, the adjustment of the seat height is often the adjustment of the whole seat, the stability and the safety of the seat are easy to reduce, and moreover, the similar seat adjustment is also a connecting device for selecting rigid elements, the comfort of the seat is ignored, the driver's cab of the mowers seat is not shielded, the situation of mistaken touch often occurs, and safety accidents are easy to cause.

The invention aims to solve the problems, the liftable riding type mower damping seats can reduce vertical acceleration experienced by a driver, reduce vibration, provide comfort, adapt to drivers with different heights and prevent visual field shielding.
The lifting type vibration reduction seat of the riding mower comprises a seat panel, a seat base, a connecting back seat, a connecting base, a vibration reduction mechanism and a lifting mechanism, wherein the connecting back seat is connected with the connecting base, the seat base is connected with the connecting back seat and located above the connecting base, the seat panel is arranged on the seat base, the vibration reduction mechanism comprises a vibration reduction spring arranged between the connecting base and the seat base and a damper arranged between the connecting back seat and the seat base, and the lifting mechanism is a gear-rack transmission system and comprises a rack fixed in the connecting back seat, a second rack fixed in the connecting base, a stepping motor arranged on the connecting base and a gear arranged on an output shaft of the stepping motor and matched with the rack and the second rack.
Preferably, the seat base is connected with a th shaft rod fixed by a nut.
Preferably, a second shaft rod fixed by a nut is arranged on the seat base, and two ends of the damper are rotatably connected to the th shaft rod and the second shaft rod.

Preferably, in order to ensure a better vibration damping effect, the number of the vibration damping springs is two, and the two vibration damping springs are symmetrically arranged at the front end between the connecting base and the seat base.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated in the following description with reference to the figures and examples.
As shown in figure 1, the damping seat of the riding mower comprises a seat panel 1, a seat base 2, a connecting rear seat 3, a connecting base 4, a damping mechanism and a lifting mechanism, wherein the connecting rear seat 3 is connected with the connecting base 4, the seat base 2 is connected with the connecting rear seat 3 through a shaft rod 8 fixed by nuts and positioned above the connecting base 4, the seat panel 1 is arranged on the seat base 2, the damping mechanism comprises a damping spring 5 arranged between the connecting base 4 and the seat base 2 and a damper 6 (figure 2) arranged between the connecting rear seat 3 and the seat base 2, and the lifting mechanism comprises a rack 12 fixed in the connecting rear seat 3, a second rack 13 fixed in the connecting base 4, a stepping motor 7 arranged on the connecting base 4 and a gear 71 arranged on an output shaft of the stepping motor 7 and matched with the rack 12 and the second rack 13.
Two damping springs 5 are symmetrically arranged at the front end position between the connecting base 4 and the seat base 2.
The seat base 2 is provided with a second shaft rod 9 fixed by a nut, and two ends of the damper 6 are rotatably connected to the th shaft rod 8 and the second shaft rod 9 (figure 3).
The pressure sensor 10 is arranged below the seat panel 1, the pressure sensor 10 is electrically connected with a relay arranged in the seat base 2, the relay, the motion switch 11 and the motor part of the riding type mower form series circuits, denier when the pressure sensor 10 detects that the mass above the seat is lower than 30kg, the relay cannot work, the series circuits cannot be closed, the riding type mower cannot work, and therefore the situation that a child wants to operate the mower when climbing onto the seat curiously is avoided, and the safety of the mower is guaranteed.
As shown in figure 4, the lifting adjustment of the seat is realized through a gear rack transmission system, the lifting device is arranged in the connecting rear seat 3, the th rack 12 is fixed inside the connecting rear seat 3, the second rack 13 is fixed with the connecting base 4, the gear 71 arranged on the output shaft of the stepping motor 7 on the connecting base 4 is matched with the th rack 12 arranged on the connecting rear seat 3 and the second rack 13 arranged on the connecting base 4, the switch 11 for controlling the vertical movement of the connecting rear seat 3 is arranged on the side surface of the seat panel 1, the switch 11 is electrically connected with the PLC controller, the PLC controller is electrically connected with the stepping motor 7, the PLC controller controls the stepping motor 7 to rotate forwards and backwards through the control signal of the switch 11, and the th rack 12 ascends or descends along with the rotation, so as to achieve the effect of adjusting the height of the connecting rear seat 3 and the seat.
It should be noted that the electrical connection between the pressure sensor and the relay, the electrical connection between the switch and the PLC controller, and the electrical connection between the PLC controller and the stepping motor are all electrical connection methods known to those skilled in the art.
The specific working process is as follows: after a driver sits on the seat, the pressure sensor 10 detects that the mass is more than 30kg, the pressure sensor 10 converts a pressure signal into an electric signal and transmits the electric signal to the relay, the relay starts to work, the circuit is closed, and the motor of the mower is started to operate; the switch 11 is turned on to control the operation of the lifting mechanism, and the PLC controller controls the stepping motor 7 to rotate forward and backward to adjust the height of the seat to a proper position; in the mowing process, the vibration reduction spring 5 and the damper 6 are matched with each other to reduce vibration reduction, and the vertical acceleration of the seat is reduced. In the working process, the height of the seat can be adjusted timely, and the visual field is prevented from being shielded.
Claims (7)
- The vibration reduction seat of the lifting riding type mower is characterized by comprising a seat panel (1), a seat base (2), a connecting rear seat (3), a connecting base (4), a vibration reduction mechanism and a lifting mechanism, wherein the connecting rear seat (3) is connected with the connecting base (4), the seat base (2) is connected with the connecting rear seat (3) and located above the connecting base (4), the seat panel (1) is arranged on the seat base (2), the vibration reduction mechanism comprises a vibration reduction spring (5) arranged between the connecting base (4) and the seat base (2) and a damper (6) arranged between the connecting rear seat (3) and the seat base (2), and the lifting mechanism comprises a rack (12) fixed in the connecting rear seat (3), a second rack (13) fixed in the connecting base (4), a stepping motor (7) arranged on the connecting base (4) and a gear (71) arranged on an output shaft of the stepping motor (7) and matched with the second rack (12) and the second rack (13).
- 2. The lift riding mower damper seat according to claim 1, wherein the seat base (2) is connected to a shaft (8) to which the rear seat (3) is attached by a nut.

The lift riding mower vibration reduction seat according to claim 4, wherein a pressure sensor (10) is arranged below the seat panel (1), the pressure sensor (10) is electrically connected with a relay built in the seat base (2), and the relay, the switch (11) and a motor of the mower form a series circuit.

- 7. The lift riding mower shock absorbing seat as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two shock absorbing springs (5) are symmetrically arranged at the front end between the connection base (4) and the seat base (2).
