Abstract
The production and preparation method of the resin plate comprises the steps of blending powdery raw materials according to a proportion determined by , mixing the blended powdery raw materials, plasticizing the mixed powdery raw materials, inputting the molten raw materials into a forming die for extrusion forming to obtain a sheet material, inputting the sheet material into a calender, performing calender processing by the sheet material which is attached to the calender to perform S-shaped movement to obtain the resin plate, and performing antibacterial treatment on the resin plate.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of resin boards, in particular to a production and preparation method of resin boards.
Background
The medical building has high requirements on the antibacterial, pollution-resistant and impact-resistant properties of the interior wall facing material, has special requirements on the construction speed of the interior wall facing and the flatness, safety and reliability of the installation of the facing board, the independent disassembly of the facing board and the like, although the resin board is widely applied to decoration, the impact resistance and other aspects of the currently produced resin board are still required to be improved.

The production and preparation method of the resin plate comprises the following steps:
step 1, blending powdery raw materials according to a certain proportion of ;

and step 3: plasticizing the mixed powdery raw materials to obtain molten raw materials;
and 4, step 4: inputting the molten raw materials into a forming die for extrusion forming to obtain a sheet;
and 5: inputting the sheet into a calender, and calendering the sheet by winding the sheet around the calender to obtain a resin board;
the powdery raw materials in the step 1 comprise a toner, a polyvinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, a stabilizer and a calcium silicate powder, wherein the stabilizer comprises of calcium-zinc monomer stabilizer, calcium-zinc composite stabilizer, lead salt monomer stabilizer, lead salt composite stabilizer or a combination thereof, the plasticizer comprises of epoxidized soybean oil, dioctyl phthalate, diisononyl phthalate, dioctyl terephthalate or a combination thereof, the resin layer further comprises an auxiliary agent, the auxiliary agent comprises acrylate copolymer, methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer, of chlorinated polyethylene or a combination thereof, the resin layer further comprises a lubricant, and the lubricant comprises stearic acid, of polyethylene wax or a combination thereof.
The step 5 specifically comprises inputting the sheet material between the second roller and the third roller, outgoing from between the th roller and the second roller around the second roller, and outputting from the tangent direction of the 0 th roller around the th roller, wherein the calender comprises a th roller, a second roller and a third roller, the radius of the th roller, the radius of the second roller and the radius of the third roller are the same, the central axis of the th roller, the central axis of the second roller and the central axis of the third roller are positioned on the same vertical plane and are parallel to each other in pairs, the distance between the central axis of the th roller and the central axis of the second roller is equal to the distance between the central axis of the second roller and the central axis of the third roller, the rotation direction of the th roller is opposite to the rotation direction of the second roller, the rotation direction of the second roller is opposite to the rotation direction of the third roller, and the distance between the central axis of the th roller and the central axis of the second roller is larger than the diameter of the third roller .
As a preferred embodiment, the mixing in step 2 includes a hot mixing process and a cold mixing process, wherein the hot mixing process includes adding a plasticizer when raw materials including the toner, the polyvinyl chloride resin, the stabilizer and the calcium silicate powder are stirred to 85 ℃ and stirring to 120 ℃; the cold mixing process includes reducing the temperature of the raw materials from 120 ℃ to 45 ℃.

Compared with the prior art, the production and preparation method of the resin plate has the beneficial technical effects that the powdery raw materials are blended according to the proportion of , the blended powdery raw materials are mixed, the mixed powdery raw materials are plasticized, the molten raw materials are input into a forming die to be extruded and formed to obtain a sheet, the sheet is input into a calender, the sheet is wound around the calender to carry out S-shaped movement for calendering treatment to obtain the resin plate, and the resin plate is subjected to antibacterial treatment.

the powdery raw materials in the step 1 comprise a toner, a polyvinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, a stabilizer and a calcium silicate powder, wherein the stabilizer comprises of calcium-zinc monomer stabilizer, calcium-zinc composite stabilizer, lead salt monomer stabilizer, lead salt composite stabilizer or a combination thereof, the plasticizer comprises of epoxidized soybean oil, dioctyl phthalate, diisononyl phthalate, dioctyl terephthalate or a combination thereof, the resin layer further comprises an auxiliary agent, the auxiliary agent comprises acrylate copolymer, methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer, of chlorinated polyethylene or a combination thereof, the resin layer further comprises a lubricant, and the lubricant comprises stearic acid, of polyethylene wax or a combination thereof.
The step 5 specifically comprises inputting the sheet material between the second roller and the third roller, outgoing from between the th roller and the second roller around the second roller, and outputting from the tangent direction of the 0 th roller around the th roller, wherein the calender comprises a th roller, a second roller and a third roller, the radius of the th roller, the radius of the second roller and the radius of the third roller are the same, the central axis of the th roller, the central axis of the second roller and the central axis of the third roller are positioned on the same vertical plane and are parallel to each other in pairs, the distance between the central axis of the th roller and the central axis of the second roller is equal to the distance between the central axis of the second roller and the central axis of the third roller, the rotation direction of the th roller is opposite to the rotation direction of the second roller, the rotation direction of the second roller is opposite to the rotation direction of the third roller, and the distance between the central axis of the th roller and the central axis of the second roller is larger than the diameter of the third roller .

- The production and preparation method of the resin plates is characterized by comprising the following steps:step 1, blending powdery raw materials according to a certain proportion of ;step 2: mixing the blended powdery raw materials;and step 3: plasticizing the mixed powdery raw materials to obtain molten raw materials;and 4, step 4: inputting the molten raw materials into a forming die for extrusion forming to obtain a sheet;and 5: inputting the sheet into a calender, and calendering the sheet by winding the sheet around the calender to obtain a resin board;the powdery raw materials in the step 1 comprise a toner, a polyvinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, a stabilizer and a calcium silicate powder, wherein the stabilizer comprises of calcium-zinc monomer stabilizer, calcium-zinc composite stabilizer, lead salt monomer stabilizer, lead salt composite stabilizer or a combination thereof, the plasticizer comprises epoxidized soybean oil, dioctyl phthalate, diisononyl phthalate, of dioctyl terephthalate or a combination thereof, the resin layer further comprises an auxiliary agent, the auxiliary agent comprises an acrylate copolymer, a methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer, of chlorinated polyethylene or a combination thereof, the resin layer further comprises a lubricant, and the lubricant comprises stearic acid, polyethylene wax or a combination thereof.
- 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step 5 comprises feeding the sheet material between the second and third rollers, feeding the sheet material around the second roller from between and the second roller, and feeding the sheet material around from a tangent of , wherein the calender comprises , second and third rollers, the radius of , second roller and third roller are the same, the central axis of , second roller and third roller are on a plane perpendicular to and parallel to each other, the distance between the central axis of and second roller is equal to the distance between the central axis of second roller and third roller, the rotation direction of is opposite to the rotation direction of the second roller, the rotation direction of second roller is opposite to the rotation direction of third roller, and the distance between the central axis of and second roller and the central axis of second roller is greater than the diameter of .
