1. a PVC section bar formula, is characterized in that: by mass parts, formula comprises:
PVC(SG-5): 80-140 part,
Titanium dioxide (rutile-type): 3-8 part,
Complex lead salt stabilizer: 3-6 part,
ACR:2-5 part,
CPE:8-15 part,
CaCO
3: 3-9 part.
2. PVC section bar formula as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: by mass parts, formula comprises:
PVC(SG-5): 90-120 part,
Titanium dioxide (rutile-type): 4-7 part,
Complex lead salt stabilizer: 4-5 part,
ACR:2-4 part,
CPE:8-12 part,
CaCO
3: 4-8 part.
3. PVC section bar formula as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: by mass parts, formula comprises:
PVC(SG-5): 100 parts,
Titanium dioxide (rutile-type): 5.5 parts,
Complex lead salt stabilizer: 4.5 parts,
ACR:2.5 part,
CPE:10 part,
CaCO
3: 6 parts.

1) press PVC, stablizer, CPE, ACR, titanium dioxide, CaCO
3order of addition(of ingredients) be dosed in high-speed mixer, drop temperature is 120 ℃, is cooled to 30-40 ℃,

3) major ingredient after granulation is added to forcing machine, section bar is extruded from the mould mouth of design, and the barrel temperature of forcing machine is respectively:
1st district: 160-175 ℃, 2nd district: 160-175 ℃, 3rd district: 165 ℃, 4th district: 170 ℃, 5th district: 170-180 ℃, 6th district: 180-190 ℃, 7th district: 185-195 ℃, 8th district: 185-195 ℃, screw speed: 20-25r/min, coolant water temperature: 15 ℃.
5. working method as claimed in claim 4, is characterized in that: comprise the steps:
