Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of laser films, in particular to a fixing device for a laser film tension test.
Background
The laser film is generally divided from the composition of product components by adopting a computer dot matrix photoetching technology, a 3D true color holographic technology, a multiple and dynamic imaging technology and the like, and laser film products can be roughly divided into an OPP laser film, a PET laser film and a PVC laser film.
The laser film is mainly characterized by three aspects:
1. inherent fragrance, strong anti-counterfeiting performance, beautiful appearance, green and environmental protection; 2. the ink corrosion resistance, water vapor and carbon dioxide resistance and the like are high; 3. the laser film has high gloss for cigarettes, the holographic layer endows the film with better antistatic property, and the anti-adhesion property and the machining adaptability are high.
After the laser film is produced and formed, the tensile force of the laser film needs to be detected, and the laser film fixing device of the conventional laser film tensile force testing machine only clamps and fixes the laser film and cannot fix the laser film with excessive length after being rolled, so that the cutting difficulty of a worker on the laser film for testing is improved, and the working efficiency of the worker is greatly reduced.
Based on this, the invention designs a fixing device for a laser film tension test, so as to solve the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a fixing device for a laser film tension test, which solves the problems that the laser film fixing device of the existing laser film tension test machine in the background technology only clamps and fixes the laser film and can not fix the laser film with redundant length after being rolled, so that the cutting difficulty of a worker on the laser film for test is improved, and the working efficiency of the worker is greatly reduced.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a fixing device for a laser film tension test comprises a supporting plate, wherein fixed blocks are symmetrically and fixedly connected with the front side and the rear side of the left side of the bottom of the supporting plate, a film rolling roller is rotatably connected between two groups of fixed blocks, a hand-turning rocker is fixedly sleeved on the front end of the film rolling roller, extension blocks are fixedly connected with the bottoms of the two groups of fixed blocks, abutting blocks are fixedly connected with the right sides of the two groups of extension blocks, a vertical plate is fixedly connected with the right side of the bottom of the supporting plate, a pressing block is arranged on the right side of the abutting block, an electric push rod is uniformly and fixedly installed between the pressing block and the vertical plate, a ratchet wheel is fixedly sleeved on the rear end of the film rolling roller, a protruding block positioned on the rear fixed block is arranged above the ratchet wheel, a pawl is hinged on the protruding block, the right lower end of the pawl abuts against the ratchet wheel, the top rigid coupling of depression bar has the pressure head, the rigid coupling has the spring of cup jointing on the depression bar between pressure head and the backup pad, electric putter passes through control switch and external power electric connection.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, is suitable for being used in a laser film tension test, fixedly clamps the laser film, inserts one end of the laser film into the clamping groove, enables the supporting pressing plate to clamp the laser film through the elastic force generated by the elastic piece, and accordingly realizes the pre-fixing of the laser film. Wherein when the film roller is rotatory, the film roller can drive the ratchet and rotate, and the pawl can prescribe a limit to turning to of ratchet, avoids film roller reverse rotation, relaxs the radium-shine membrane of centre gripping, when the test is accomplished, can press the pressure head, and the right lower extreme of pawl will upwards perk, breaks away from to the prescribe a limit to turning to of film roller.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.
