Abstract
The invention discloses a method for processing a through hole on the inner wall of a cavity of a thin-wall sheet metal welding structural part, which comprises a first through hole which simultaneously penetrates through an installation seat and the inner wall of a closed cavity of a thin-wall sheet metal structure, and a second through hole which is parallel to the axis of the first through hole, intersects with the inner wall of the first through hole, extends into the closed cavity and penetrates through the inner wall of the closed cavity, wherein the aperture of the first through hole is larger than that of the second through hole. The invention solves the problem that the second through hole in the inner wall of the cavity of the thin-wall plate welding structural member is difficult to process by adopting a drill bit, realizes effective processing of the through hole in the inner wall of the cavity, reduces the processing risk and can meet the later assembly requirement.
