    step , placing the pipe (100) to be washed on a supporting bracket (24), clamping the pipe (100) to be washed by a clamping bottom plate (23) and a clamping plate (231) through bolts, driving a hollow shaft (221) to extend into the pipe (100) to be washed by a second hydraulic cylinder (22), flushing the pipe (100) to be washed by high-pressure water flow through a water pipe (222), enabling the water flow to flow into a sewage discharge cavity (1) from the other side of the pipe (100) to be washed through an opening (25), driving the hollow shaft (221) by the second hydraulic cylinder (22) to draw out the pipe (100) to be washed, driving a hairbrush shaft (211) by a hydraulic cylinder (21) to drive a hairbrush (212) to reciprocate in the pipe (100) to be washed, repeatedly brushing the inner wall of the pipe (100) to be washed by bristles of the hairbrush (212), driving the hairbrush (212) to be drawn out from the pipe (100) to be washed by the second hydraulic cylinder (21), driving the hollow shaft (221) to extend into the pipe (100) to be washed through the water pipe (222) to be washed again, flushing the inner wall of the pipe (100) to be washed by the high-pressure water flow through the opening () to be washed, and;
    secondly, the water outlet pipe (371) is flushed with cleaning liquid by the compression pump (372), the cleaning liquid covers the outer surface of the pipe (100) to be cleaned, the lifting plate (31) is driven by the third hydraulic cylinder (32) to move downwards, the lifting plate (31) drives the scrubbing block (364) to contact the outer surface of the pipe (100) to be cleaned, the screw (35) is driven by the motor (33) to move left and right by the screw rod (34), the lifting plate (31) is lifted after the scrubbing block (364) is driven to clean the pipe (100) to be cleaned repeatedly, and the water outlet pipe (371) is flushed with the cleaning liquid by the compression pump (372) again to flush the outer surface of the pipe (100) to be cleaned;
