The bottom of the tank body 2 is provided with a cleaning hole 11, and because the tail gas is introduced into the liquid, dust can be settled at the bottom of the tank body 2, and the cleaning hole 11 is arranged to conveniently clean the sediment in the tank body 2.
The liquid level meter 7 can measure the height of the liquid level in the tank body 2, the inlet pressure gauge 8 can measure the negative pressure after the liquid is decompressed, the outlet pressure gauge 9 can measure the negative pressure at the end of the vacuum equipment, and the staff controls the height of the liquid level in the tank body 2 by controlling the switches of the liquid replenishing valve 4 and the liquid discharging valve 6 according to the readings of the inlet pressure gauge 8, the outlet pressure gauge 9 and the liquid level meter 7, thereby controlling the pressure regulating effect.
