Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a bone conduction speaker 100, which includes a magnetic assembly 10, a voice coil 20, a vibrating element 30, a conducting element 40 and a supporting member 50, wherein the magnetic assembly 10 is used for providing a magnetic field to the voice coil 20, the voice coil 20 is used for cutting magnetic induction lines to generate electromotive force, the vibrating element 30 is used for connecting the voice coil 20, conducting a circuit to transmit vibration, and the conducting element 40 is used for vibrating and conducting sound waves.
In operation, the voice coil 20 is energized to generate vibration in the magnetic field generated by the magnetic assembly 10, and the diaphragm 30 and the conductor 40 vibrate accordingly. Because the magnetic component 10 at least comprises two combined magnetic parts, when the volume of the whole loudspeaker is reduced, the volume of the magnetic component 10 can be unchanged or enlarged, the influence on the volume of the magnetic component 10 is small, and the transmission effect of sound waves is not influenced when the volume of the whole loudspeaker is reduced, so that the sound quality is effectively ensured.
Referring to fig. 1, the magnetic assembly 10 includes a first magnetic member 11 and a second magnetic member 12, a through hole 13 is formed in a middle portion of the first magnetic member 11, and the second magnetic member 12 is installed in the through hole 13, so that a magnetic gap 14 is formed between two opposite sides of the first magnetic member 11 corresponding to the through hole 13 and the second magnetic member 12. The first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 can generate a strong magnetic field, and when the voice coil 20 is installed in the magnetic gap 14, the magnetic induction lines can be cut strongly, thereby ensuring a good sound quality.
The shapes of the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 may be set as required.
In one embodiment, the first magnetic member 11 is in a ring shape to form a through hole 13 in the middle of the first magnetic member 11, and the second magnetic member 12 is in a block shape and is installed in the through hole 13 without contacting the side wall of the first magnetic member 11, thereby forming the magnetic gap 14. The second magnetic member 12 may be in the shape of a ring, a block, a strip, etc., and may be matched with the first magnetic member 11.
One of the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 is a magnet, and the other is a magnet or a metal capable of generating magnetic attraction with the magnet. For example, the first magnetic member 11 is a magnet, the second magnetic member 12 is a metal iron, or the first magnetic member 11 is a metal iron, and the second magnetic member 12 is a magnet, or both the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 are magnets, which can achieve the purpose of generating a magnetic circuit.
Of course, the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 may have other shapes. The magnetic assembly 10 may also include three or more magnetic members. There is a tendency to select fewer magnetic members to form the magnetic assembly 10 so that the overall connection structure is more stable.
Further, the magnetic assembly 10 further includes a first magnetic conductive member 15 connected to an end of the first magnetic member 11 close to the vibrating member 30, and a second magnetic conductive member 16 connected to an end of the second magnetic member 12 close to the vibrating member 30. The first magnetic conductive member 15 and the second magnetic conductive member 16 can function as magnetic conductors. The first magnetic conductive member 15 and the second magnetic conductive member 16 may be a metal or a magnet that generates magnetic attraction, and preferably, the metal generates magnetic attraction, such as ferrous metal.
Further, the magnetic assembly 10 further includes a third magnetic conductive member 17, and the third magnetic conductive member 17 is installed at the end portions of the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 far away from the vibrating member 30. The third magnetic conductive member 17 can serve the purpose of mounting the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12, and can also serve a magnetic conductive function. The third magnetic conductive member 17 may be a metal that generates magnetic attraction, or may be a magnet, preferably a metal that cooperates with the magnet, such as iron.
The third magnetic conductive member 17 and the second magnetic member 12 may be provided separately or integrally. In this embodiment, the third magnetic conductive member 17 and the second magnetic member 12 are separately disposed.
The voice coil 20 is mounted in the magnetic gap 14 of the magnetic assembly 10. The voice coil 20 cuts magnetic lines of force to generate electromotive force, and the shape, structure, and material thereof are not limited as long as the function can be achieved.
In one embodiment, the voice coil 20 is in the shape of a ring and is directly mounted in the annular magnetic gap 14.
With reference to fig. 1, a vibration member 30 is installed near one end of the magnetic assembly 10, the vibration member 30 is connected to the voice coil 20 and is electrically connected to the voice coil 20, so that the entire speaker is electrically connected, and the vibration member 30 vibrates when the voice coil 20 vibrates, so that the vibration is transmitted to the conductive member 40.
In one embodiment, the outer end of the vibrating member 30 is provided with a pad through which an external circuit is connected, thereby conducting the circuit of the entire speaker. Of course, the vibrating member 30 may be connected to an external circuit in other ways. For example, external circuits are conducted through the circuit board.

In one embodiment, the vibrator 30 is made of a hard material and houses a circuit element, and the voice coil 20 is connected to the vibrator 30 and electrically connected to the circuit element. Since the voice coil 20 is directly connected to the vibrating member 30, the vibrating member 30 is made of a hard material, so that stability when the vibrating member 30 is connected to the voice coil can be ensured, and stability when the vibrating member 30 vibrates with the voice coil 20 can be ensured. In contrast, in a general soft vibrator, the voice coil 20 needs to be connected to an auxiliary member or a gap needs to be provided between the voice coil 20 and the auxiliary member.
For example, the vibrating member 30 is a steel sheet, a plastic sheet, or a carbon fiber sheet with a built-in circuit element.
Of course, the vibrating member 30 may be made of other elastic members, such as a common metal sheet, but the stability effect is not as good as that of a hard material.
The conductive member 40 is connected to the vibration member 30 and is an element for vibration conduction of sound. When the vibrating member 30 vibrates, the vibration is transmitted to the conductive member 40. The conductive element 40 may be a piezoelectric ceramic sheet, a PC conductive sheet, or other conductive elements.
In one embodiment, the conducting element 40 is connected to an end of the vibrating element 30 away from the magnetic assembly 10.
The supporting member 50 serves to support the vibrator 30 and the magnetic assembly 10, and provides support to stabilize the installation structure of the vibrator 30 and the magnetic assembly 10. The support member 50 may be made of, for example, plastic, iron, low carbon steel, or the like. The connection between the support member 50 and the vibrator 30 and the magnetic assembly 10 can be made by gluing, connecting members, etc.
The support member 50 may be made of metal, plastic, and other hard materials.
The supporting member 50 may be supported only between the magnetic assembly 10 and the vibrator 30, may cover both sides of the magnetic assembly 10, or may cover only one side of the magnetic assembly 10. In this embodiment, the supporting member 50 has a ring shape and is installed between the magnetic assembly 10 and the vibrator 30.
In one embodiment, the bone conduction speaker 100 further includes a circuit board 60, the circuit board 60 is mounted on a side of the third magnetic conductive member 17 away from the magnetic assembly 10, and the vibrating member 30 is electrically connected to the circuit board 60 through the conductive member. The circuit board 60 can be used to more conveniently connect with external circuitry. In an embodiment, a first wire slot is formed outside the supporting component 50, a second wire slot is formed outside the first magnetic conducting member 15, third wire slots are formed outside the first magnetic member 11, and the conductive member is guided to the circuit board 60 sequentially through the first wire slot, the second wire slot, and the third wire slot. The wire groove is arranged, on one hand, the conductive piece can be conveniently guided to the circuit board 60, on the other hand, the conductive piece can be hidden and not exposed, so that the volume of the shell for wrapping the whole loudspeaker can be reduced, and the miniature loudspeaker can be conveniently prepared. The conductive member is, for example, a wire, a conductive sheet, etc.
The bone conduction speaker 100 may further include a housing covering the above components, so that the entire speaker is prevented from magnetic leakage. The casing can be provided with a sound amplifying hole, and the sound generated by the loudspeaker can be emitted to human ears through the sound amplifying hole.

At this time, since both the third magnetic conductive member 17 and the second magnetic member 12 can conduct magnetism, the second magnetic conductive member 16 needs to be removed.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 2, the bone conduction speaker of the present embodiment is substantially the same as the bone conduction speaker of the first or second embodiment, except that the supporting member 50 is annular and is located between the magnetic element 10 and the vibrating element 30 and covers one side of the magnetic element 10.
