Background
The instrument is an instrument or equipment for detecting, measuring, observing and calculating various physical quantities, material components, physical parameters and the like, is an important tool for scientific technology development, plays an important role in promoting the development of scientific technology and national economy in the modern times, belongs to a vacuum leak detector, a pressure gauge, a length measuring instrument, a microscope, a multiplier and the like, is an adjusting instrument for automatic control in an industrial production process, and also belongs to a distributed instrument control system.
When current instrument is examining mechanical equipment, be difficult to the installation and fix on the casing of equipment, the installation is comparatively inconvenient with the dismantlement, current instrument does not contain defogging mechanism mostly simultaneously, the inside electrical components during operation of instrument can produce the heat, when inside and outside difference in temperature is great, the panel outer wall of instrument can form water smoke, be unfavorable for personnel to observe the content that shows on the instrument panel, when using the instrument in summer, because outside ambient temperature is higher, can lead to the heat-sinking capability decline of another table, not only can reduce the precision of instrument, long-time work, can reduce the inside electrical components's of instrument life, there is certain not enough. Accordingly, a water mist resistant instrument is proposed to address the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving the above problems and providing a water mist resistant instrument.
The invention achieves the above purpose through the following technical scheme, a water-mist-proof instrument comprises a U-shaped mounting piece, short shafts, a bearing, a magnetic seat, a mist-removing mechanism and a refrigerating mechanism, wherein the centers of the outer walls of two side plates of an instrument shell, which correspond to each other, are fixedly connected with the short shafts, the two short shafts are respectively rotatably installed at the tops of the two side plates of the U-shaped mounting piece, which correspond to each other, through the bearing, two ends of a bottom plate of the U-shaped mounting piece are respectively and fixedly provided with the magnetic seat in a penetrating manner, the edge of a top plate of the instrument shell is transversely provided with a cavity, the bottom surface of the top plate of the instrument shell is uniformly and equidistantly provided with a plurality of nozzles, the input ends of the nozzles extend into the cavities, the top plate of the instrument shell is respectively provided with the mist-removing mechanism and the refrigerating mechanism, and one side plate of the U-shaped mounting piece is provided with a positioning bolt in a penetrating manner;
the defogging mechanism comprises a box body, a first fan, a heating cylinder, an air inlet joint and a heating core, wherein the box body is arranged on the top surface of the top plate of the instrument shell, the first fan and the air inlet joint are sequentially arranged on the top surface of the bottom plate of the box body, the bottom end of the air inlet joint extends into the cavity of the instrument shell, the output end of the first fan is connected with the top end of the air inlet joint through the heating cylinder, and the heating core is arranged in the heating cylinder;
refrigerating mechanism includes air inlet joint, water tank, refrigerator, condenser pipe and second fan, air inlet joint runs through and installs on the roof of meter housing, the top department at a meter housing curb plate inner wall is installed to the second fan, the input of second fan is connected with air inlet joint's bottom, the top surface at meter housing roof is installed to the water tank, horizontal installation has the condenser pipe between the mutual both sides board of correspondence of water tank, the both ends of condenser pipe extend to the outside of water tank, the one end of condenser pipe is connected with air inlet joint's top, with the polylith refrigerator is installed in the embedding on two blocks of curb plates that the mutual correspondence of water tank that the condenser pipe is parallel to each other.
Preferably, the contact part of the refrigerator and the water tank is coated with waterproof sealant, the refrigerator is composed of a semiconductor refrigeration sheet and two radiating sheets, the two radiating sheets are mutually buckled together, and the semiconductor refrigeration sheet is clamped between the two radiating sheets.
Preferably, a water adding head is arranged on a top plate of the water tank, and a cap is arranged on the water adding head in a threaded manner.
Preferably, the connectors are installed at two ends of the heating cylinder in a penetrating mode, and the connectors at two ends of the heating cylinder are connected with the output end of the first fan and the top end of the air inlet connector respectively.
Preferably, all open the fretwork hole on the curb plate of instrument housing and box, it has to open the inner wall of the instrument housing in fretwork hole and box curb plate is all attached to install air filter.
Preferably, the outer wall of one side plate of the meter shell is provided with two threaded holes, the two threaded holes are 90 included angles relative to the axis of the short shaft, and the outer wall of the side plate of the meter shell where the threaded holes are sprayed with a wear-resistant anti-slip coating.
Preferably, one end of the positioning bolt is installed in one of the threaded holes in the outer wall of the side plate of the instrument shell in a threaded manner.
Preferably, a box door is hinged to one side face of the box body, and a sealing strip is arranged at the contact position of the box door and the box body.
Preferably, the water tank is a plastic water tank, and a polyurethane heat-insulating layer is installed on the outer wall of the water tank in a coating mode.
Preferably, the heating cylinder is a stainless steel heating cylinder, and the inner wall of the instrument shell is sprayed with an insulating coating.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the U-shaped mounting piece is easily fixed on the top or side plates of the shells of various devices through the magnetic seat, the fixing of the device is convenient, the surface of the instrument shell can be easily adjusted to be parallel or vertical to the horizontal plane, and the observation after the instrument is fixed is facilitated;
2. the invention comprises a demisting mechanism which has a simple structure and can blow hot air to the panel of the instrument, when the demisting mechanism works, the demisting mechanism can demist the panel of the instrument, and the demisting mechanism continuously works, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing fogging and facilitating the observation of the display content of the panel of the instrument;
3. the invention contains a refrigeration mechanism, when the instrument is continuously used in summer, the refrigeration mechanism can ensure that the air blown into the instrument shell is gas with lower temperature, which is beneficial to improving the heat dissipation capacity of the device when used in summer and is convenient to ensure the precision of the instrument and the service life of internal electrical elements.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a water mist proof instrument comprises a U-shaped mounting member 1, a short shaft 2, a bearing 3, a magnetic seat 12, a mist removing mechanism and a refrigerating mechanism, the instrument shell 4 is fixedly connected with short shafts 2 at the centers of the outer walls of the two corresponding side plates, the two short shafts 2 are respectively rotatably arranged at the tops of the two corresponding side plates of the U-shaped mounting piece 1 through bearings 3, the two ends of the bottom plate of the U-shaped mounting piece 1 are respectively fixedly provided with a magnetic seat 12 in a penetrating way, the edge of the top plate of the instrument shell 4 is transversely provided with a cavity 16, a plurality of nozzles 10 are uniformly and equidistantly arranged on the bottom surface of the top plate of the instrument shell 4, the input ends of the nozzles 10 extend into the cavity 16, a defogging mechanism and a refrigerating mechanism are respectively arranged on a top plate of the instrument shell 4, and a positioning bolt 11 is arranged on one side plate of the U-shaped mounting piece 1 in a threaded penetrating manner;
the demisting mechanism comprises a box body 9, a first fan 13, a heating cylinder 14, an air inlet connector 15 and a heating core 19, wherein the box body 9 is installed on the top surface of the top plate of the instrument shell 4, the first fan 13 and the air inlet connector 15 are sequentially installed on the top surface of the bottom plate of the box body 9, the bottom end of the air inlet connector 15 extends into a cavity 16 of the instrument shell 4, the output end of the first fan 13 is connected with the top end of the air inlet connector 15 through the heating cylinder 14, and the heating core 19 is installed in the heating cylinder 14;
refrigerating mechanism includes air inlet joint 5, water tank 6, refrigerator 7, condenser pipe 8 and second fan 17, air inlet joint 5 runs through and installs on the roof of meter housing 4, second fan 17 installs the top department at 4 curb plate inner walls of meter housing, the input of second fan 17 is connected with air inlet joint 5's bottom, water tank 6 installs the top surface at meter housing 4 roof, horizontal installation has condenser pipe 8 between 6 mutual corresponding both sides boards of water tank, condenser pipe 8's both ends extend to the outside of water tank 6, condenser pipe 8's one end is connected with air inlet joint 5's top, air screen is installed to condenser pipe 8's the other end, with polylith refrigerator 7 is installed in the embedding on 8 mutual parallel two blocks of curb plates of 6 mutual correspondences of water tank of condenser pipe.
The contact part of the refrigerator 7 and the water tank 6 is coated with waterproof sealant, the refrigerator 7 consists of a semiconductor refrigeration piece and two radiating fins, the two radiating fins are mutually buckled together, and the semiconductor refrigeration piece is clamped between the two radiating fins, so that the refrigeration effect of the semiconductor refrigeration piece is convenient to ensure; a water adding head is arranged on a top plate of the water tank 6, so that water can be conveniently added into the water tank 6, and a cap is arranged on the water adding head in a threaded manner, so that the water adding head can be conveniently sealed; connectors 18 are respectively installed at two ends of the heating cylinder 14 in a penetrating manner, and the connectors 18 at the two ends of the heating cylinder 14 are respectively connected with the output end of the first fan 13 and the top end of the air inlet connector 15, so that the heating cylinder 14 can be conveniently connected; hollow holes are formed in one side plate of the instrument shell 4 and one side plate of the box body 9, so that heat dissipation inside the instrument shell 4 is facilitated, air filter screens are attached to the inner walls of the instrument shell 4 and the side plate of the box body 9, which are provided with the hollow holes, so that dust in the air can be reduced to enter the instrument shell 4, two threaded holes are formed in the outer wall of one side plate of the instrument shell 4, the two threaded holes form an included angle of 90 degrees with respect to the axis of the short shaft 2, and a wear-resistant anti-slip coating is sprayed on the outer wall of the side plate of the instrument shell 4 where the threaded holes are located; one end of the positioning bolt 11 is installed in one of the threaded holes in the outer wall of one side plate of the instrument shell 4 in a threaded manner, so that the instrument shell 4 can be fixed conveniently; a box door is hinged to one side surface of the box body 9, and a sealing strip is arranged at the contact position of the box door and the box body 9, so that the box body 9 can be conveniently sealed; the water tank 6 is a plastic water tank, and a polyurethane heat-insulating layer is coated on the outer wall of the water tank 6; the loss of the water temperature in the water tank 6 is reduced; the heating cylinder 14 is a stainless steel heating cylinder, and the inner wall of the instrument shell 4 is coated with an insulating coating, so that the insulating capability of the instrument shell 4 is improved conveniently.
When the U-shaped mounting piece is used, the electric elements are externally connected with a power supply and a control switch, when the U-shaped mounting piece is used, the instrument shell 4 of the U-shaped mounting piece is mounted on the U-shaped mounting piece 1 through the bearing 3, the magnetic seat 12 is mounted on the bottom plate of the U-shaped mounting piece 1, the U-shaped mounting piece 1 can be easily fixed on the top or side plate of the shell of various equipment through the magnetic seat 12, the U-shaped mounting piece is convenient to fix, the surface of the instrument shell 4 can be easily adjusted to be parallel to or vertical to the horizontal plane, and observation after the instrument is fixed is facilitated;
the device contains a demisting mechanism, when the device is used outdoors, because the electric elements in the instrument shell 4 work to generate heat, when the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the instrument shell 4 is large, the outer wall of the panel of the instrument shell 4 is easy to fog, at the moment, a first fan 13 of the demisting mechanism and a heating core 19 in a heating cylinder 14 can work through a control switch, when the heating core 19 works, the gas passing through the heating cylinder 14 is heated, when the first fan 13 works, the gas passes through the heating cylinder 14 to be heated, then is blown into a cavity 16 of the instrument shell 4 through an air inlet connector 15, and finally is blown onto the panel of the instrument through a nozzle 10, because the blown air is hot air, the demisting on the panel of the instrument can be realized, the demisting mechanism continuously works, the aim of preventing the fogging can be achieved, and the observation of the instrument is convenient;
the device comprises a refrigeration mechanism, when the instrument is continuously used in summer, the heat dissipation capacity of the instrument is reduced due to higher external environment temperature, at the moment, a proper amount of water is added into the water tank 6, then the refrigerator 7 and the second fan 17 are operated by controlling the switch, and when the refrigerator 7 is operated, so that the temperature of the water in the water tank 6 is reduced, when the second fan 17 works, the external air is sucked from one end of the condensation pipe 8 and then blown into the instrument shell 4 from the output end of the second fan 17, since the condensation duct 8 is installed in the water tank 6, when air passes through the condensation duct 8, heat in the air is absorbed by the water having a relatively low temperature in the water tank 6, and then make the air that blows into in the meter case 4 be the gas of lower temperature, be favorable to improving the heat-sinking capability of device when using in summer, be convenient for guarantee the precision of instrument and the life of inside electrical components.
It is well within the skill of those in the art to implement and protect the present invention without undue experimentation and without undue experimentation that the present invention is directed to software and process improvements.
