Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides the virtual code for the user by setting the third-party platform server, so that the user can order on the online shopping platform through the virtual code, after the commodity of the transaction order of the user reaches the intermediate terminal shopping address corresponding to the virtual delivery address, the intermediate terminal sends a request for acquiring the real information of the user to the third-party platform server based on the virtual code of the user, and the third-party platform server returns the real name, the real delivery address and the virtual user telephone of the user to the intermediate terminal according to the virtual code, so that the commodity of the transaction order can be delivered to the real delivery address of the user; the virtual user phone is associated with a real phone number of the user, and is used for generating binding with the real phone number of the user in real time to access the real phone number after the commodity of the transaction order reaches the virtual delivery address, and unbinding with the real phone number after the commodity of the transaction order is delivered to the real delivery address of the user. Therefore, the privacy of the personal information of the user to the merchant can be ensured, the situation that the merchant harasses the user is avoided, and the good shopping experience of the user can be ensured. The invention has another advantage that when the user makes a trade order, the evaluation result can be provided for the customer and the similar commodities with higher price ratio and shorter route than the original order can be recommended based on the commodity evaluation request of the user. If the user selects the commodity recommended by the platform, the original order is automatically invalid, and the new order takes effect. The invention has the advantages that the commodity quality inspection center of the commodity which can be used for inspecting the transaction order is used as the intermediate terminal, the inspection center is used as the proxy consignee, the online purchased commodity which is entrusted by the user to carry out commodity inspection is inspected, and the commodity is delivered to the user when the commodity is qualified, and the inspection qualified result is provided. If the product is not qualified, the product is returned to the merchant and claims for the customer, thereby effectively ensuring the shopping safety of the customer.

As shown in fig. 1, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a method for purchasing goods, which is applied to a third-party platform server, and includes the steps of:

Specifically, after the user successfully registers in the third-party platform, the virtual information corresponding to the user may be generated. Preferably, the virtual code may be an ID number uniquely representing the user and usable as an order placing account and a recipient name for the transaction order.
The transaction order can be generated by a user directly ordering and placing an order on the online shopping platform, and can also be generated by linking and accessing the online shopping platform through the online shopping platform provided on the third party platform and then placing an order. Preferably, the third party platform is provided with a plurality of online shopping platform links, and then the method further comprises the steps of:
responding to a request of the user terminal for accessing any online shopping platform, and accessing the online shopping platform through a corresponding link on the third-party platform;
and generating a transaction order according to the ordering operation of the user terminal on the online shopping platform.

When the virtual delivery address is an express company website address, the commodities of the transaction order are delivered to the express company website address according to the receiving address (namely the virtual delivery address) on the order, and then are transferred. In an embodiment, the express company website needs to be authorized by a third-party platform, and when the intermediate terminal related to the express company website sends a request for obtaining the real information of the user to the third-party platform, the third-party platform needs to verify whether the express company website is an authorized website. When the intermediate terminal needs to log in the third-party platform first to acquire the real information of the user, the third-party platform determines whether the third-party platform is authorized or not by verifying the password of the third-party platform; when the express company network is a cell, a community or a region where the real delivery address is located, the third-party platform verifies whether the third-party platform is authorized or not by verifying the location of the telephone number of the third-party platform. It should be noted that, when the virtual delivery address is an address of an express company website, the contact way of the transaction order is a telephone number of the express company website.
In addition, in order to further avoid the problems that all real information of a user is acquired by the intermediate terminal, particularly, the real telephone number of the user is not required to be acquired by too many people to cause telephone harassment and the like, when the third-party platform server receives a request of the intermediate terminal, a virtual user telephone is generated in real time based on the real telephone number of the user, and the virtual user telephone is bound with the real telephone number of the user in real time to access the real telephone number of the user, so that the intermediate terminal acquires the real name, the real delivery address and the virtual user telephone of the user. That is, the intermediate terminal may also obtain the virtual user phone of the user by scanning the ID number, which is associated with the real phone number and assigned to the virtual phone number of the user for the third party platform. Preferably, after the goods of the transaction order are delivered to the real delivery address of the user, the virtual user telephone and the real telephone number are automatically disassociated, or the virtual user telephone is automatically disassociated within a preset time period; or the user actively applies for the virtual user telephone from the third-party platform, and actively eliminates the association between the virtual user telephone and the real telephone number on the third-party platform. Preferably, the virtual subscriber telephone is used for free trial use for a predetermined period of time (e.g., 20 days), but is charged for use beyond that period.
Preferably, when the user needs to evaluate or score the goods, the method further comprises:
receiving a login request of the user terminal, and acquiring information of the trading order according to the virtual code input by the user;
and receiving the evaluation and/or the score of the trading order input by the user, and sending the evaluation and/or the score of the trading order to a corresponding online shopping platform according to the virtual code of the user.
According to the steps, the online shopping platform cannot see the real information of the user related to evaluation and/or scoring, even if the evaluation is negative and/or the score is low, a merchant cannot harass the user through a telephone or cause personal threat and injury to the user according to the real address, and the privacy and the safety of the user are effectively protected.
Specifically, the user firstly delivers the commodity to a collecting center of the third-party platform, and then the collecting center transports the commodity to the merchant on the name of the virtual code, so that the privacy of the user is effectively protected, and the merchant is prevented from striking and replying the user.
When the user needs to check whether the product is a counterfeit product or a non-qualified product, the user needs to entrust the third party platform to perform the check, as shown in fig. 2, the step S101 further includes:

In this embodiment, the virtual delivery address may be a verification center, for example, a drug verification office when the goods are medications. The drug inspection room inspects the drugs and then issues inspection information or provides inspection information, if the drugs are qualified, issues a qualification report, repackages the drugs, scans the ID number of the customer by a special instrument, finds out the real information of the customer, carries out secondary delivery according to the real name, the real delivery address, the real telephone number or the virtual ignition number of the customer, and finally delivers the commodities to the user. When the user needs to entrust the third-party platform server to evaluate the merchant credit and the commodity price/performance ratio first to confirm whether to place an order, the step S101 further includes:
when a commodity evaluation request is contained in a request for purchasing by adopting an intermediate terminal when a receiving user terminal formulates a transaction order on any online shopping platform, evaluating the online shopping platform, a merchant and/or commodities corresponding to the transaction order, and sending an evaluation result to the user terminal, so that the user can continuously generate the transaction order or abandon the transaction order according to the evaluation result;

It should be noted that the evaluation content includes merchant credit, commodity price, and commodity price/performance ratio. For example, when the price of the commodity is far lower than the cost price, the commodity is judged to be a fake and fake product, a prompt that the transaction is not recommended to be confirmed is automatically provided, and meanwhile, other commodities of merchants are recommended to be selected by the customer. the score of the recommended commodity is higher than the average value, and the difference between the price of the recommended commodity and the market price is in a preset range;
the credit value/score of the merchant corresponding to the recommended commodity is higher than the credit mean value of the merchant;
and the credit value of the online shopping platform corresponding to the recommended commodity is higher than the average value of the credits of the online shopping platform.

the intermediate terminal is also used for checking the commodity when receiving the commodity of the trade order of the user;

As a preferred scheme of this embodiment, the intermediate terminal is further configured to send a commodity inspection result when sending a request for obtaining the real information of the user to the third-party platform server;
the third-party platform server is further used for judging a commodity inspection result which is simultaneously sent by the intermediate terminal and related to the trading order when receiving a request that the intermediate terminal acquires real information of the user based on the virtual code;
when the commodity inspection result of the transaction order is judged to be qualified, marking the transaction order as an inspection qualified state, and returning the real name, the real delivery address and the virtual user telephone of the user to the intermediate terminal according to the virtual code so that the commodity of the transaction order can be delivered to the real delivery address of the user;
when the commodity inspection result of the transaction order is judged to be unqualified, marking the transaction order as an unqualified inspection state, and executing any one of the following steps:

when the commodity inspection result of the trade order is judged to be qualified, carrying out scoring operation on the credit value of a merchant and/or an online shopping platform corresponding to the trade order;
and when the commodity inspection result of the transaction order is judged to be unqualified, carrying out a deduction operation on the credit value of the merchant and/or the online shopping platform corresponding to the transaction order.
As a preferred scheme of this embodiment, the user terminal is further configured to request to evaluate a commodity in a trade order when a request for purchasing is made by using an intermediate terminal when any online shopping platform formulates the trade order;
the third-party platform server is further used for evaluating the online shopping platform, the merchant and/or the commodity corresponding to the trading order when receiving the commodity evaluation request sent by the user terminal, and sending an evaluation result to the user terminal, so that the user can continue to generate the trading order or abandon the trading order according to the evaluation result;
the evaluation of the online shopping platform, the merchant and/or the commodity corresponding to the transaction order comprises evaluating based on multiple aspects of credit value of the online shopping platform, credit value of the merchant, address distance between the merchant and the user and/or comparison between price of the commodity and market price.
As a preferred scheme of this embodiment, the evaluation result sent to the user terminal further includes a recommendation list of the same-style goods in the transaction order, where the recommendation list includes a link address of each recommended goods;
wherein each recommended commodity in the recommendation list meets the following conditions:
the score of the recommended commodity is higher than the average value, and the difference between the price of the recommended commodity and the market price is in a preset range;
the credit value/score of the merchant corresponding to the recommended commodity is higher than the credit mean value of the merchant;

That is, the computer storage medium stores a computer program that, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to execute the commodity purchasing method according to any one of the above embodiments.
As shown in fig. 10, an embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device 300, which includes a memory 310 and a processor 320, where the memory 310 is configured to store one or more computer instructions, and the processor 320 is configured to call and execute the one or more computer instructions, so as to implement any one of the above-mentioned commodity purchasing methods.
That is, the electronic device 300 includes: a processor 320 and a memory 310, the memory 310 having stored therein computer program instructions, wherein the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor 320 to perform any of the article purchasing methods described above.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the electronic device 300 further includes a network interface 330, an input device 340, a hard disk 350, and a display device 360.
The various interfaces and devices described above may be interconnected by a bus architecture. A bus architecture may be any architecture that may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges. Various circuits of one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs), represented in particular by processor 320, and one or more memories, represented by memory 310, are coupled together. The bus architecture may also connect various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like. It will be appreciated that a bus architecture is used to enable communications among the components. The bus architecture includes a power bus, a control bus, and a status signal bus, in addition to a data bus, all of which are well known in the art and therefore will not be described in detail herein.
The network interface 330 may be connected to a network (e.g., the internet, a local area network, etc.), and may obtain relevant data from the network and store the relevant data in the hard disk 350.
The input device 340 may receive various commands input by an operator and send the commands to the processor 320 for execution. The input device 340 may include a keyboard or a pointing device (e.g., a mouse, a trackball, a touch pad, a touch screen, or the like).
The display device 360 may display the result of the instructions executed by the processor 320.
The memory 310 is used for storing programs and data necessary for operating the operating system, and data such as intermediate results in the calculation process of the processor 320.
It will be appreciated that memory 310 in embodiments of the invention may be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, or may include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. The nonvolatile memory may be a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), or a flash memory. Volatile memory can be Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache memory. The memory 310 of the apparatus and methods described herein is intended to comprise, without being limited to, these and any other suitable types of memory.
In some embodiments, memory 310 stores the following elements, executable modules or data structures, or a subset thereof, or an expanded set thereof: an operating system 311 and application programs 312.
The operating system 311 includes various system programs, such as a framework layer, a core library layer, a driver layer, and the like, and is used for implementing various basic services and processing hardware-based tasks. The application programs 312 include various application programs, such as a Browser (Browser), and are used for implementing various application services. A program implementing methods of embodiments of the present invention may be included in application 312.
The processor 320 receives positioning information of the security guided vehicle and generates a track of the security guided vehicle when invoking and executing an application program and data stored in the memory 310, specifically, the application program or the data may be a program or an instruction stored in the application program 312, searches for a low-point camera and a high-point camera around the security guided vehicle according to the positioning information and feeds back the search information, and opens the searched high-point camera to position the security guided vehicle according to the search information.
The commodity purchasing method disclosed by the above embodiment of the invention can be applied to the processor 320, or implemented by the processor 320. Processor 320 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 320. The processor 320 may be a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf programmable gate array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or any combination thereof, and may implement or perform the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present invention may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in the memory 310, and the processor 320 reads the information in the memory 310 and completes the steps of the method in combination with the hardware.
It is to be understood that the embodiments described herein may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, middleware, microcode, or any combination thereof. For a hardware implementation, the processing units may be implemented within one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), general purpose processors, controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors, other electronic units designed to perform the functions described herein, or a combination thereof.
For a software implementation, the techniques described herein may be implemented with modules (e.g., procedures, functions, and so on) that perform the functions described herein. The software codes may be stored in a memory and executed by a processor. The memory may be implemented within the processor or external to the processor.
Specifically, the processor 320 is further configured to read the computer program and execute any one of the above-mentioned commodity purchasing methods.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed method and apparatus may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may be physically included alone, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
The integrated unit implemented in the form of a software functional unit may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The software functional unit is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute some steps of the transceiving method according to various embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (10)

1. A commodity purchasing method is characterized by being applicable to a third-party platform server and comprising the following steps:
s1, receiving a request of a user terminal for purchasing by adopting an intermediate terminal when a trading order is formulated by any online shopping platform, obtaining virtual information of the user according to real information of the user and returning the virtual information to the user terminal to generate the trading order; the virtual information comprises a virtual code number, a virtual delivery address and a virtual delivery telephone, wherein the virtual code number, the virtual delivery address and the virtual delivery telephone are respectively used as a receiver, a receiver address and a receiver telephone number of the transaction order; the real information comprises a real name, a real delivery address and a real telephone number; each transaction order has a unique order number after being generated;
s2, when a request that the intermediate terminal acquires the real information of the user based on the virtual code number is received, returning the real name, the real delivery address and the virtual user telephone of the user to the intermediate terminal according to the virtual code number so that the commodity of the trade order can be delivered to the real delivery address of the user;
the virtual user phone is associated with a real phone number of the user, and is used for generating binding with the real phone number of the user in real time to access the real phone number after the commodity of the transaction order reaches the virtual delivery address, and unbinding with the real phone number after the commodity of the transaction order is delivered to the real delivery address of the user.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step S1 further comprises:
when a request of a user terminal for purchasing by adopting an intermediate terminal when a trading order is formulated by any online shopping platform is received, judging whether the commodity of the trading order is in the checking catalog or not, if so, passing the commodity checking request, generating cost information, current queuing information and predicted checking time information, and sending the cost information, the current queuing information and the predicted checking time information to the user terminal;
when verification confirmation information sent by the user terminal is received, marking the trade order as a state to be verified, so that the commodity of the trade order reaches an intermediate terminal corresponding to the virtual delivery address to verify the commodity;
the intermediate terminal corresponding to the virtual delivery address is a commodity quality inspection center which accords with commodities capable of inspecting the trade orders; or after the commodity of the trade order reaches the intermediate terminal corresponding to the virtual delivery address, the commodity is sent to a commodity quality inspection center capable of inspecting the commodity of the trade order by the intermediate terminal to inspect the commodity.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the step S2 further comprises:
when a request that an intermediate terminal acquires real information of the user based on a virtual code is received, judging a commodity inspection result related to the trading order, which is sent by the intermediate terminal at the same time;
when the commodity inspection result of the transaction order is judged to be qualified, marking the transaction order as an inspection qualified state, and returning the real name, the real delivery address and the virtual user telephone of the user to the intermediate terminal according to the virtual code so that the commodity of the transaction order can be delivered to the real delivery address of the user;
when the commodity inspection result of the transaction order is judged to be unqualified, marking the transaction order as an unqualified inspection state, and executing any one of the following steps:
sending the commodity inspection result to the user terminal, and returning the commodity of the trade order to a merchant address corresponding to the trade order when receiving a return request sent by the user terminal;
and returning the commodities of the trade order to the merchant address corresponding to the trade order according to the setting of unqualified inspection, namely returned goods, which is pre-made by the user for the commodities of the trade order.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the step S1 further comprises:
when a commodity evaluation request is contained in a request for purchasing by adopting an intermediate terminal when a receiving user terminal formulates a transaction order on any online shopping platform, evaluating the online shopping platform, a merchant and/or commodities corresponding to the transaction order, and sending an evaluation result to the user terminal, so that the user can continuously generate the transaction order or abandon the transaction order according to the evaluation result;
the evaluation of the online shopping platform, the merchant and/or the commodity corresponding to the transaction order comprises evaluating based on multiple aspects of credit value of the online shopping platform, credit value of the merchant, address distance between the merchant and the user and/or comparison between price of the commodity and market price.

s2, receiving the virtual information of the user returned by the server to generate the trade order;
when the commodities of the trade order are delivered to the intermediate terminal corresponding to the virtual delivery address, the intermediate terminal sends a request for acquiring real information of the user to the server based on the virtual code, and receives the real name, the real delivery address and the virtual user telephone of the user returned by the server, so that the commodities of the trade order can be delivered to the real delivery address of the user; the virtual user phone is associated with a real phone number of the user, and the virtual user phone is used for generating binding with the real phone number of the user in real time to access the real phone number after the commodity of the transaction order reaches the virtual delivery address, and unbinding with the real phone number after the commodity of the transaction order is delivered to the real delivery address of the user.
