Abstract

The disclosure provides a sending request processing method, a sending request processing device, electronic equipment and a computer readable storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of computers. The method comprises the following steps: in response to receiving a mail request sent by a client, determining a user account which proposes the mail request; establishing a mail sending task of the user account according to the mail sending request; when the mail sending task comprises a packaging request, acquiring packaging information to be used of the user account; and processing the mail sending request according to the packaging information to be used. The method and the device can effectively process the mail sending request, improve the reuse rate of the mail sending package and reduce the waste of social resources.

Background
Along with the development of the e-commerce and the internet, the logistics technology is updated and optimized unprecedentedly, and the packages related to express delivery are more and more diversified along with the increase of the number of online purchases. However, after receiving the express package, the user typically discards the express package or disposes it as waste, which may include a large number of packages available for recycling. Therefore, not only is the social resource wasted greatly, but also the social environment is threatened. However, no method for processing a mail sending request related to the problem of express package exists in the prior art.
Therefore, how to effectively manage the package of the express delivery is a problem to be solved urgently in the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention
The present disclosure provides a method for processing a mail request, a device for processing a mail request, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium, so as to overcome the problems of social resource waste and inability to effectively manage express packages in the existing method for processing a mail request to at least a certain extent.

An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure first provides a method for processing a mail request, where an application scenario of the method of the present embodiment may be: when a user sends a mail, determining the package of the current article to be sent according to the information to be packaged in the account; or the courier sends the mail, manages the package of the goods to be sent according to the information to be packaged in the account of the sender, and the like.
Fig. 1 is a system architecture diagram illustrating an operating environment of the exemplary embodiment, and referring to fig. 1, the system 100 may include a first terminal 110, a second terminal 120 and a server 120. The first terminal 110 may be a tablet computer, a personal computer, a smart phone, or the like used by a mailing user, the second terminal 120 may be a tablet computer, a personal computer, or a portable all-in-one machine for mailing, or the like used by a courier, and the first terminal 110 and the second terminal 120 may input relevant information of an article to be mailed through a client and send the information to the server 130. The server 130 is configured to receive information sent by the first terminal 110 or the second terminal 130, perform corresponding processing in the user account, and return a processing result.
It should be understood that the data of each device shown in fig. 1 is only an example, and any number of first terminals, second terminals or servers may be provided according to actual needs, and a server may also be a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
Based on the above description, the method in the present exemplary embodiment may be applied to the server 130 shown in fig. 1.
The present exemplary embodiment is further described with reference to fig. 2, and as shown in fig. 2, the mail request processing method may include the following steps S210 to S240:
step S210, in response to receiving the sending request sent by the client, determining a user account that proposed the sending request.
The client can be installed on a first terminal used by a user or a second terminal used by a courier, and when the user needs to send a mail, the client can log in on a personal terminal to initiate a mail sending request, or a specific mail sending system can log in on a terminal used by the courier to initiate a mail sending request, and the like. And after acquiring the mail sending request, the client sends the mail sending request to the server. In an actual sending application scene, when sending, a user may prepare a package of an article to be sent by himself or herself, and an express company is not required to provide a packaging service for the user. The second client is a client installed on a second terminal used by express delivery personnel, the express delivery interface is a page used for presenting current express service data to the express delivery personnel in the first client, and the express delivery personnel can inquire, register or modify information of received express, express to be delivered and express being delivered through the express delivery interface, or submit a package recycling request, register, modify and inquire package recycling information and the like. Fig. 5 shows another interactive flowchart for updating the information of the package to be used in the present exemplary embodiment, and on the second terminal 510, after the courier completes the due delivery, step S511 may be executed to determine whether the user has a package to be recycled; if yes, after the express personnel checks the recovered package, step S512 may be executed, and a package recovery request is sent to the server 520 through the express delivery interface of the second client; the server 520 executes step S521 to receive the package recycling request, and executes step S522 to obtain the package recycling request and obtain the package recycling information; then step S523 is executed to determine an account corresponding to the package recycling request; and step S524 is executed to add the package recycling information to the account, and update the package information to be used of the account, that is, which user submits the recyclable package, and the corresponding package information to be used is added to the account of the user.
In an exemplary embodiment, updating the package to be used information of the user account according to the package recycling information includes:
determining a preset number of packages to be used and virtual resources corresponding to the packages to be used according to the acquired package recycling information;
and updating the information of the package to be used of the user account according to the package to be used and the virtual resource.
In order to promote the enthusiasm of the user for submitting the recycle package, the exemplary embodiment may convert the package recycle information into a corresponding to-be-used package and a certain number of virtual resources when acquiring the package recycle information. The virtual resources refer to resources such as virtual coins and credits which can be used for packaging processing of the mail sending task. In the exemplary embodiment, after the package of the user is recycled, the recycled package to be used and a certain amount of virtual resources can be updated into the account of the user together, so that the user can offset the package in the mail sending task through the package to be used and the virtual resources in the account.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method for processing the mail request further includes the following steps:
step S610, in response to receiving a resource conversion request submitted by a user account, converting at least a part of packages to be used of the user account into virtual resources according to the resource conversion request;
step S620, updating the package information to be used of the user account into the remaining packages to be used and the virtual resources;
further, the step S240 may include:
step S630, updating the packaging cost and/or the transportation cost of the dispatch request according to the virtual resource.
In the exemplary embodiment, in order to facilitate management of the package of the mail task, the package to be used in the user account may also be converted into a specific form for unified measurement. Specifically, the user may submit a resource conversion request to the server, and request to convert part or all of the packages to be used in the account into virtual resources, such as virtual coins or credits. And after receiving the resource conversion request, the server performs resource conversion and updates the information in the user account, and when the user manages the mail sending task later, the server can update the packaging cost or the transportation cost of the express delivery through the converted virtual resources, such as reducing certain cost. In addition, the user can select how many virtual resources to offset the cost of which part in a customized manner, which is not specifically limited by the present disclosure. The package to be used in various forms is converted into measurable virtual resources, so that the package management method and the package management system are more visual and convenient to manage the sending task.
Fig. 7 shows an interaction flowchart of a method for processing a mail request in the present exemplary embodiment, which may specifically include: step 711, the terminal 710 sends a mail sending request to the server 720, where the terminal may be a sender terminal or a courier terminal; step S721, after receiving the mail sending request, the server 720 determines a user account corresponding to the mail sending request; step S722 is executed to establish a sending task; step S723, inquiring whether the mail sending task contains a packaging request; if yes, executing step S724 to obtain packaging information to be used; and executing step S725, processing the packaging request according to the packaging information to be used; finally, step S712 is executed to return the processing result.
In step S723, if the mail sending task does not include a package request, the processing result may be directly returned to the terminal, and the package request does not need to be processed according to the package information to be used in the user account. In addition, in step S725, the package of the mail task may be subjected to fee deduction processing or the like according to the point or virtual coin to be exchanged using the package among the users.
An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure also provides a mail request processing apparatus. Referring to fig. 8, the apparatus 800 may include an account determining module 810, configured to determine, in response to receiving a mail request sent by a client, a user account that made the mail request; a task establishing module 820, configured to establish a mail sending task of the user account according to the mail sending request; the information acquisition module 830 is configured to acquire package information to be used of the user account if the mail sending task includes a package request; and the request processing module 840 is used for processing the mail request according to the packaging information to be used.
In an exemplary embodiment, the information obtaining module may include: a packaging determining unit for determining a packaging type and a packaging size from the packaging request if the mail task includes the packaging request; and the quantity acquisition unit is used for acquiring the quantity of the packages to be used which meet the package size under the package type in the user account.
In an exemplary embodiment, the request processing module may include: and the comparison unit is used for comparing the number of the packages to be used with the number of the packages in the packaging request and performing the reduction and the avoidance processing on the packaging cost of the sending request according to the comparison result.
In an exemplary embodiment, the mail request processing apparatus may further include: and the first updating module is used for updating the packaging information to be used of the user account according to the processing result after the sending request is processed according to the packaging information to be used.
In an exemplary embodiment, the mail request processing apparatus may further include: the recovery information acquisition module is used for responding to a package recovery request submitted by a user account and acquiring package recovery information; and the second updating module is used for updating the packaging information to be used of the corresponding account according to the packaging recycling information.
In an exemplary embodiment, the recycling information acquiring module may include: the verification unit is used for verifying the package recovery request when receiving the package recovery request submitted by the first client through the express information interface, and acquiring package recovery information according to the package recovery request when the verification is passed; the second update module includes: the information adding unit is used for adding the packaging recycling information into the account of the first client so as to update the packaging information to be used of the account; the first client is a client used by a user.
In an exemplary embodiment, the recycling information acquiring module may include: the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring package recovery information according to the package recovery request when receiving the package recovery request submitted by the second client through the express delivery interface; the second update module includes: the information adding unit is used for determining an account corresponding to the package recycling request and adding the package recycling information to the account so as to update the package information to be used of the account; and the second client is a client used by express delivery personnel.
In an exemplary embodiment, the second updating module may include: the determining unit is used for determining a preset number of packages to be used and virtual resources corresponding to the packages to be used according to the acquired package recycling information; and the updating unit is used for updating the packaging information to be used of the user account according to the packaging to be used and the virtual resource.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method for processing a mail request may further include: the resource conversion module is used for responding to a received resource conversion request submitted by a user account and converting at least one part of to-be-used package of the user account into a virtual resource according to the resource conversion request; the third updating module is used for updating the packaging information to be used of the user account into the residual packaging and virtual resources to be used; the request processing module comprises: and the expense updating unit is used for updating the packaging expense and/or the transportation expense of the sending request according to the virtual resources.
The specific details of each module/unit in the above-mentioned apparatus have been described in detail in the embodiment of the method section, and the details that are not disclosed may refer to the contents of the embodiment of the method section, and therefore are not described herein again.
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure also provide an electronic device capable of implementing the above method.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, aspects of the present disclosure may be embodied as a system, method or program product. Accordingly, various aspects of the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of: an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment (including firmware, microcode, etc.) or an embodiment combining hardware and software aspects that may all generally be referred to herein as a "circuit," module "or" system.
An electronic device 900 according to such an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 9. The electronic device 900 shown in fig. 9 is only an example and should not bring any limitations to the functionality or scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 9, the electronic device 900 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. Components of electronic device 900 may include, but are not limited to: the at least one processing unit 910, the at least one storage unit 920, a bus 930 connecting different system components (including the storage unit 920 and the processing unit 910), and a display unit 940.
Where the storage unit stores program code, the program code may be executed by the processing unit 910 to cause the processing unit 910 to perform the steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure described in the above-mentioned "exemplary methods" section of this specification. For example, processing unit 910 may execute steps S210 to S240 shown in fig. 2, may execute steps shown in fig. 3 to 7, and the like.
The storage unit 920 may include readable media in the form of volatile memory units, such as a random access memory unit (RAM)921 and/or a cache memory unit 922, and may further include a read only memory unit (ROM) 923.
Storage unit 920 may also include a program/utility 924 having a set (at least one) of program modules 925, such program modules 925 including, but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which, or some combination thereof, may comprise an implementation of a network environment.
Bus 930 can be any of several types of bus structures including a memory unit bus or memory unit controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processing unit, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures.
The electronic device 900 may also communicate with one or more external devices 1100 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, bluetooth device, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 900, and/or with any devices (e.g., router, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 900 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur via input/output (I/O) interface 950. Also, the electronic device 900 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN) and/or a public network, such as the Internet) via the network adapter 960. As shown, the network adapter 960 communicates with the other modules of the electronic device 900 via the bus 930. It should be appreciated that although not shown, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with the electronic device 900, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the exemplary embodiments described herein may be implemented by software, or by software in combination with necessary hardware. Therefore, the technical solution according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.) or on a network, and includes several instructions to enable a computing device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a terminal device, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure.
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a program product capable of implementing the above-described method of the present specification. In some possible embodiments, various aspects of the disclosure may also be implemented in the form of a program product comprising program code for causing a terminal device to perform the steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the disclosure described in the above-mentioned "exemplary methods" section of this specification, when the program product is run on the terminal device.
Referring to fig. 10, a program product 1000 for implementing the above method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is described, which may employ a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM) and include program code, and may be run on a terminal device, such as a personal computer. However, the program product of the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and in this document, a readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The program product may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. A readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium include: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable disk, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A readable signal medium may also be any readable medium that is not a readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Program code for carrying out operations for the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computing device, partly on the user's device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computing device and partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server. In the case of a remote computing device, the remote computing device may be connected to the user computing device through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computing device (e.g., through the internet using an internet service provider).
Furthermore, the above-described figures are merely schematic illustrations of processes included in methods according to exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not intended to be limiting. It will be readily understood that the processes shown in the above figures are not intended to indicate or limit the chronological order of the processes. In addition, it is also readily understood that these processes may be performed synchronously or asynchronously, e.g., in multiple modules.
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several modules or units of the device for action execution are mentioned, such a division is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functions of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules or units.

Claims (11)

1. A method for processing a mail request, comprising:
in response to receiving a sending request sent by a client, determining a user account for proposing the sending request, wherein the sending request is requirement information which is initiated by a user and needs to be sent;
establishing a mail sending task of the user account according to the mail sending request;
when the sending task comprises a packaging request, acquiring packaging information to be used of the user account, wherein the packaging request is indication information for packaging an article to be sent;
processing the sending request according to the packaging information to be used;
the method further comprises the following steps:
in response to receiving a package recycling request, obtaining package recycling information;
and updating the packaging information to be used of the corresponding account according to the packaging recovery information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining packaging information to be used for the user account comprises:
determining a package type and a package size from the package request;
and acquiring the number of packages to be used which meet the package size under the package type in the user account.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein said processing said mail request according to said packaging information to be used comprises:
and comparing the number of the packages to be used with the number of the packages in the packaging request, and updating the packaging cost of the mail sending request according to the comparison result.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein after processing the mail request according to the packaging information to be used, the method further comprises:
and updating the packaging information to be used of the user account according to the processing result.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining package recycling information in response to receiving a package recycling request comprises:
after the express order is put in, when a package recovery request submitted by a first client through an express information interface is received, auditing the package recovery request, and acquiring package recovery information according to the package recovery request when the package recovery request passes the auditing;
the updating of the package information to be used of the corresponding account according to the package recycling information includes:
adding the package recycling information to an account of the first client to update package information to be used of the account;
the first client is a client used by a user.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining package recycling information in response to receiving a package recycling request comprises:
after the express order is put in, when a package recovery request submitted by a second client through an express delivery interface is received, package recovery information is obtained according to the package recovery request;
the updating of the package information to be used of the corresponding account according to the package recycling information includes:
determining an account corresponding to the package recycling request, and adding the package recycling information to the account to update the package information to be used of the account;
the second client is a client used by express delivery personnel.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the updating the packaging information to be used of the user account according to the packaging recycling information comprises:
determining a preset number of packages to be used and virtual resources corresponding to the packages to be used according to the obtained package recycling information;
and updating the information of the package to be used of the user account according to the package to be used and the virtual resource.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
in response to receiving a resource conversion request submitted by the user account, converting at least a part of the to-be-used packages of the user account into virtual resources according to the resource conversion request;
updating the packaging information to be used of the user account into the residual packaging to be used and the virtual resource;
the processing the mail request according to the packaging information to be used comprises the following steps:
and updating the packaging cost and/or the transportation cost of the mail sending request according to the virtual resources.
9. A mail request processing apparatus, comprising:
the account determining module is used for responding to a received sending request sent by a client and determining a user account for providing the sending request, wherein the sending request is the requirement information which is initiated by a user and needs to be sent;
the task establishing module is used for establishing a mail sending task of the user account according to the mail sending request;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the packaging information to be used of the user account when the sending task comprises a packaging request, wherein the packaging request is indication information for packaging an article to be sent;
the request processing module is used for processing the sending request according to the packaging information to be used;
the apparatus is further configured to:
in response to receiving a package recycling request, obtaining package recycling information;
and updating the packaging information to be used of the corresponding account according to the packaging recovery information.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to perform the method of any of claims 1-8 via execution of the executable instructions.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
