The gridding service management system for key personnel is characterized in that: the system comprises an area dividing unit, an information acquisition unit, a camera monitoring unit, a background processing center and an information feedback unit, wherein the area dividing unit, the information acquisition unit and the camera monitoring unit are all in communication connection with the background processing center, and the background processing center is connected with the information feedback unit;
the region dividing unit is used for gridding and dividing the whole administered region into a plurality of grid regions and carrying out gridding planning on each grid region;
the information acquisition unit acquires real-time state information of key personnel in the whole area and uploads the information to the background processing center;
the camera monitoring unit is used for carrying out camera monitoring on the whole area and uploading the camera monitoring unit to the background processing center;
the background processing center stores the information of all key personnel, marks the key personnel in the monitoring video uploaded by the camera monitoring unit, and analyzes the real-time state information of the key personnel uploaded by the information acquisition unit to obtain the result of whether danger or crime exists;
and the information feedback unit feeds back the monitoring video and the state analysis result of key personnel processed by the background processing center to the corresponding responsible person.
2. The key personnel grid-based service management system according to claim 1, wherein: the region division unit performs gridding division on the whole administered region, and the division into a plurality of grid regions comprises the following steps:
dividing the whole area into an administrative sub-area, a town road sub-area and a business district sub-area according to the administrative region sub-area, the town road sub-area and the business district sub-area, and defining a staggered area among the administrative sub-area, the town road sub-area and the business district sub-area as a grid area.
3. The key personnel grid-based service management system according to claim 1, wherein: the grid planning of each grid area by the area dividing unit comprises the following steps: and designating a supervisor of the corresponding grid area and an assistant of the non-grid area.

The key personnel grid-based service management system according to claim 1, wherein: the background processing center comprises a database, the database is connected with the area dividing unit and the information acquisition unit, and the database is used for storing identity card information, head portrait information, equipment communication numbers and IMEI codes of key personnel and forbidding entering a grid area.

The key personnel grid-based service management system according to claim 6, wherein: the background processing center also comprises a data vectorization module and a data analysis module, the data vectorization module is connected with the database and the data analysis module, and the data analysis module is connected with the information feedback unit;
the data vectorization module converts real-time positioning and moving tracks uploaded by the information acquisition unit into space vectors, represents each key person as a vector matrix, wherein each column of the matrix represents the track of one key person, each row represents a grid area, one element of the matrix represents the number of times of the key person appearing in the grid area, and performs singular value decomposition and dimension reduction reconstruction on the matrix to obtain a matrix of potential danger or crime, and transmits the matrix to the data analysis module;
the data analysis module compares whether the IMEI code uploaded by the information acquisition unit is consistent with that of the database according to IMEI code information of key personnel stored in the database, if so, the data analysis module compares a matrix of potential danger or crime with a preset threshold value to obtain a result of whether the key personnel have danger or crime and sends the result to the information feedback unit; if the abnormal alarm information is inconsistent with the preset abnormal alarm information, the abnormal alarm information is directly output to the information feedback unit, whether the real-time positioning uploaded by the information acquisition unit is in the forbidden grid area is determined according to the comparison of the forbidden grid area of key personnel stored in the database, if so, the abnormal alarm information is output to the information feedback unit, and if not, the abnormal alarm information is ignored.

The key personnel grid-based service management system according to claim 6, wherein: the background processing center also comprises a video analysis module and a video marking module, the video analysis module is connected with the database and the video marking module, and the video marking module is connected with the information feedback unit;
the video analysis module extracts the characteristics of the monitoring video uploaded by the camera monitoring unit according to the head portrait information of key personnel stored in the database, judges whether the head portrait of the key personnel stored in the database exists or not, sends the head portrait to the video marking module if the head portrait of the key personnel stored in the database exists, and ignores the head portrait if the head portrait of the key personnel does not exist;
the video marking module marks key personnel stored in the database in the monitoring video transmitted by the video analysis module and sends the screenshot or the dynamic graph of the monitoring video to the information feedback unit.
9. The key personnel gridding service management system according to claim 7 or 8, wherein: the information feedback unit feeds back monitoring video screenshots or dynamic images transmitted by the video marking module to the key personnel to position the supervisor or assistant personnel in the corresponding grid area in real time.
