Abstract
The invention provides a multi-desktop USB equipment distribution management method and a multi-desktop USB equipment distribution management system for an IDV cloud terminal, wherein the distribution management method comprises the following steps: s1, an administrator creates a cloud desktop on the cloud desktop server and deploys the cloud desktop to the IDV cloud terminal; s2, the administrator performs USB physical port distribution on the cloud desktop deployed to the IDV cloud terminal through the cloud desktop server; and S3, the user inserts the USB equipment into the USB physical port distributed by the administrator, and the USB equipment can be normally used on the desktop of the user. The invention realizes the corresponding relation between the physical port of the IDV cloud terminal and the cloud desktop of the user, is more convenient for the user to use the cloud desktop, and solves the technical problem that the USB equipment is inconvenient to use when the existing IDV cloud terminal runs on multiple desktops.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of IDV cloud desktops, in particular to a multi-desktop USB equipment distribution management method and system for an IDV cloud terminal.
Background
IDV (Intelligent Desktop virtualization) is an innovative framework-intelligent Desktop virtualization proposed by Intel corporation.
The IDV and the virtual desktop infrastructure VDI have the advantages that the desktop computing resources are highly concentrated in a data center and sent to different terminal equipment through interfaces, the IDV adopts more distributed methods to meet the requirements of operation technologies, and meanwhile, the management and deployment functions are concentrated and simplified. Significant challenges that are typically presented by VDI include up-front costs, storage-related technical challenges, uncertain TCO, and in many cases network dependence, making offline use very difficult. Furthermore, VDI has certain limitations on the variety of available peripherals. After all, peripheral devices that consume large amounts of bandwidth resources can expose problems that arise at low bandwidths.
Compared with a VDI cloud desktop, the IDV cloud desktop has the advantages that the computing resources of the IDV are local, better video experience can be provided, the capabilities of 3D operation, peripheral compatibility and the like can be better supported, and the IDV cloud desktop can continue to operate when a network is interrupted. However, the operation of the IDV cloud desktop requires that all images of the desktop operation are downloaded to the cloud terminal, and if the cloud terminal is replaced, a new image needs to be downloaded from the server again to start and use the cloud desktop. Along with the performance of the IDV cloud terminal is stronger and stronger, the performance of the virtualization technology is improved, a single IDV cloud terminal can support 2 or even more cloud desktops to operate 2 desktops, two displays are connected simultaneously to display different desktops respectively, two sets of keyboard and mouse are connected to support two users to use simultaneously, and the utilization rate of the IDV cloud terminal can be greatly improved. However, based on the management manner of the conventional IDV cloud terminal for the USB device, the USB device accessed on one IDV cloud terminal may be accessed to any desktop, or may be restricted to be not connected (disabled), or may be configured according to the ID of the device and the user desktop, so that the newly added device needs to be configured with assistance of an administrator, which is very troublesome. The user can not access a specific desktop by plugging a USB device into a USB port as in a common PC.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a USB device distribution management method and system for multiple desktops of an IDV cloud terminal.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a multi-desktop USB device distribution management method for an IDV cloud terminal comprises the following steps:
s1, an administrator creates a cloud desktop on the cloud desktop server and deploys the cloud desktop to the IDV cloud terminal;
s2, the administrator performs USB physical port distribution on the cloud desktop deployed to the IDV cloud terminal through the cloud desktop server;
and S3, the user inserts the USB equipment into the USB physical port distributed by the administrator, and the USB equipment can be normally used on the desktop of the user.
Further, in S2, the administrator specifically includes that the administrator allocates the ID and the path name of the USB physical port to the cloud desktop deployed on the cloud terminal according to the USB physical port information of the cloud terminal, and records the configuration information into the configuration file of the cloud desktop using the USB port.
Further, S3 includes that the cloud desktop running module on the cloud terminal compares, according to the information in the USB port configuration file used by the cloud desktop, the physical port to which the current USB device is connected and the path in the configuration file, if the physical port and the path are completely matched, the current USB device is connected to the corresponding cloud desktop for the user to use, and if the physical port and the path are not completely matched, the current USB device is prohibited from being used.
The invention also provides a distribution management system based on the distribution management method, which comprises a cloud desktop system, wherein the cloud desktop system comprises a cloud terminal, a cloud desktop and a cloud desktop server;
the cloud terminal comprises a user login management module, a cloud desktop operation module, a cloud desktop agent module and a USB management module; the user login management module is used for providing a user login operation interface and completing a login authentication function of a user together with the cloud desktop server; the cloud desktop running module provides a running interface of the cloud desktop virtual machine, and running of the cloud desktop at the cloud terminal is realized; the cloud desktop agent module is used for providing a cloud desktop operation interface for a user to start, and completing functions of adding, starting and closing a cloud desktop of the user together with the cloud desktop server; the USB management module is used for completing management of a USB physical port of the IDV cloud terminal, performing matching check on the inserted USB equipment according to the configuration file information, and then switching the USB equipment to a corresponding cloud desktop through a virtualization technology;
the cloud desktop is a virtual computer running at a cloud terminal and provides the same operation function as the personal computer for a personal user;
the cloud desktop server comprises a cloud user management module, a cloud terminal management module and a cloud desktop management module; the cloud user management module is used for providing functions of creating, modifying and authenticating users; the cloud terminal management module is used for completing authentication access of the cloud terminal, cloud terminal equipment management and remote starting functions of the cloud terminal and the cloud desktop; the cloud desktop management module is used for completing the functions of creating and distributing the cloud desktop and completing the physical port configuration of the cloud desktop according to the cloud terminal USB port information acquired by the cloud terminal management module.
Furthermore, each cloud terminal can operate at least 2 cloud desktops, each cloud desktop can use the USB physical port of the cloud terminal according to the setting of an administrator, and therefore the USB equipment can be reasonably used when a plurality of cloud desktop users share one cloud terminal.
Further, the cloud terminal device manages configuration including acquisition of hardware resources of the cloud terminal, recording of states, and use modes.
The method and the system for the distribution management of the USB equipment with the plurality of IDV cloud terminals and the plurality of user cloud desktops realize the corresponding relation between the physical ports of the IDV cloud terminals and the user cloud desktops, are more convenient for cloud desktop users to use, are convenient for the cloud desktop users to use the USB ports as required when the IDV cloud terminals are operated on the plurality of cloud desktops, reduce the maintenance workload of cloud desktop managers, improve the working efficiency and improve the user experience.

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a method for allocating and managing USB devices of multiple desktops of an IDV cloud terminal according to the present invention is described, including the following steps:
s1, an administrator creates a cloud desktop on the cloud desktop server and deploys the cloud desktop to the IDV cloud terminal;
s2, the administrator performs USB physical port distribution on the cloud desktop deployed to the IDV cloud terminal through the cloud desktop server;
specifically, an administrator allocates an ID and a path name of a USB physical port to a cloud desktop deployed on a cloud terminal according to the USB physical port information of the cloud terminal, and records configuration information into a configuration file of the USB port used by the cloud desktop;
in a preferred embodiment, the configuration information is recorded in a configuration file of the cloud desktop using the USB port according to the following format.
The cloud desktop 1 and the cloud desktop 2 are marks for identifying the cloud desktop, and can be cloud desktop names or UUIDs; the USB port 1/2/3/4 path is a real USB port path queried according to an actual cloud end system, and is, for example, similar to the following character strings: (xxix)/sys/bus/usb/devices/pci 0000:00/0000:00:11.0/0000:02:00.0/usb 2/2-1/.
S3, the user inserts the USB device into the USB physical port distributed by the administrator, the USB device can be normally used on the user desktop, otherwise the USB device can not be used or the USB device can be accessed to other user desktops distributed with the USB physical port;
specifically, the cloud desktop running module on the cloud terminal compares the information in the USB port configuration file used by the cloud desktop with the physical port accessed by the current USB device and the path in the configuration file, if the information is completely matched, the current USB device is accessed to the corresponding cloud desktop for the user to use, and if the information is not completely matched, the use is forbidden.
The invention also provides an allocation management system based on the allocation management method, which comprises a cloud desktop system, wherein the cloud desktop system comprises a cloud terminal, a cloud desktop and a cloud desktop server, and is shown in fig. 2;
the cloud terminal comprises a user login management module, a cloud desktop operation module, a cloud desktop agent module and a USB management module; the user login management module is used for providing a user login operation interface and completing a login authentication function of a user together with the cloud desktop server; the cloud desktop running module provides a running interface of the cloud desktop virtual machine, and running of the cloud desktop at the cloud terminal is realized; the cloud desktop agent module is used for providing a cloud desktop operation interface for a user to start, and completing functions of adding, starting and closing a cloud desktop of the user together with the cloud desktop server; the USB management module is used for completing management of a USB physical port of the IDV cloud terminal, performing matching check on the inserted USB equipment according to the configuration file information, and then switching the USB equipment to a corresponding cloud desktop through a virtualization technology;
the cloud desktop is a virtual computer running at a cloud terminal and provides the same operation functions as those of a personal computer for a personal user, such as office, entertainment and other functions;
the cloud desktop server comprises a cloud user management module, a cloud terminal management module and a cloud desktop management module; the cloud user management module is used for providing functions of creating, modifying and authenticating users; the cloud terminal management module is used for completing authentication access of the cloud terminal, cloud terminal equipment management and remote starting functions of the cloud terminal and the cloud desktop; the cloud desktop management module is used for completing the functions of creating and distributing the cloud desktop and completing the physical port configuration of the cloud desktop according to the cloud terminal USB port information acquired by the cloud terminal management module.
Furthermore, each cloud terminal can operate at least 2 cloud desktops, each cloud desktop can use the USB physical port of the cloud terminal according to the setting of an administrator, and therefore the USB equipment can be reasonably used when a plurality of cloud desktop users share one cloud terminal.
Further, the cloud terminal device manages configuration including acquisition of hardware resources of the cloud terminal, recording of states, and use modes.
Examples
In a student training classroom of a certain school, a high-performance IDV cloud terminal is used, and each terminal can run two cloud desktops simultaneously for two students to use simultaneously.
However, in the student training process, different USB access devices such as card readers and experimental instruments need to be used, physical ports are evenly distributed to different desktops when the students are initially deployed, a teacher does not need to modify configuration when the students use the different USB devices for access, and the use of the two students is not interfered with each other. The utilization efficiency of the IDV terminal is effectively improved.
The following is a configuration file of a USB port of a terminal, which indicates that UUIDs corresponding to two desktops respectively use USB devices with different paths (indicating different USB physical interfaces):

s2, the administrator performs USB physical port distribution on the cloud desktop deployed to the IDV cloud terminal through the cloud desktop server;
and S3, the user inserts the USB equipment into the USB physical port distributed by the administrator, and the USB equipment can be normally used on the desktop of the user.

The IDV cloud terminal multi-desktop USB device allocation management method according to claim 1, wherein: the S2 specifically includes that the administrator allocates the USB physical port information including the ID and the path name of the USB physical port to the cloud desktop deployed on the cloud terminal according to the USB physical port information of the cloud terminal, and records the configuration information in the configuration file of the cloud desktop using the USB port.
