The hole sealing method comprises the steps of firstly spraying and reinforcing the wall surface of a roadway, then constructing bedding gas extraction drill holes and injecting glue for sealing holes, and finally injecting glue for sealing fracture zones into the glue injection drill holes on the two sides of the gas extraction drill holes through glue injection pipes; and (5) when the gas concentration is gradually reduced to a certain value along with the extraction, injecting colloid into the injection drill hole through the injection pipe again to plug the secondary cracks. Background
With the gradual exhaustion of shallow coal resources, the mining of deep coal resources will become a normal state in the future. But after entering the deep part, the coal bed has high gas content and high pressure, and seriously threatens the safe production of the mine. The coal bed gas is a clean and efficient energy source and strong greenhouse gas, and according to statistics, the amount of coal bed gas resources buried more than 2000m in China is about 36.81 trillion m3And the third place in the world. The coal bed gas resource with the burial depth of 1000-2000 m accounts for 61.2% of the total amount of the coal bed gas resources in China, and the method has extremely high mining value. Therefore, the realization of the efficient development of the coal bed gas has important significance for guaranteeing the mining safety, realizing the resource utilization and protecting the environment.
After the coal seam roadway is excavated, the stress balance state of the coal body is broken, and further the coal body around the roadway is broken under the action of stress to form a fracture zone. After the construction of the gas extraction drill hole and the grouting drill hole is completed, due to the disturbance and pressure relief effect in the drilling process, more cracks are formed around the drill hole on the basis of the original crack zone, and the gas extraction effect is influenced. Based on the problem, people propose to improve the gas extraction effect and the extraction concentration of the coal seam drill hole by means of grouting and hole sealing. But the traditional slip casting hole sealing mode is mostly disposable slip casting, and the hole sealing effect is poor, and is not obvious to the effect that improves gas drainage.
Therefore, in order to improve the coal seam borehole gas extraction effect and the extraction concentration, a brand new gas extraction borehole sealing method is urgently needed to meet the requirements of underground coal mine borehole sealing.

And S7, continuing gas extraction until the extraction work is finished.

(2) The two-stage glue injection mode can well block secondary cracks generated by coal matrix shrinkage due to desorption and flowing of coal seam gas, remarkably improve the coal seam drilled gas extraction effect and extraction concentration, save coal seam gas extraction and further improve the coal seam mining efficiency.

In conclusion, the coal seam spraying reinforcement and grading glue injection cooperative hole sealing method disclosed by the invention realizes the plugging of the drilled hole in a way of combining the spraying reinforcement of the roadway wall and the glue injection of the drilled hole, and has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, high safety and good effect. Meanwhile, a two-stage glue injection mode is adopted, secondary cracks generated by coal matrix shrinkage due to desorption and flowing of coal bed gas are better plugged, and the coal bed drilled gas extraction effect and the extraction concentration are further improved.
