本发明三维砌块,由砌块边板、砌块腹板组成,可以同时在水平面和垂直方向搭砌,使得砌体形成三维结构,整体性好;不用或少用粘合材料;为空腔结构,可以安装钢筋和浇筑混凝土形成承重结构构件;填充泡沫混凝土或有机泡沫保温材料,作为建筑的填充墙;砌块边板和砌块腹板可以分开预制再装配成三维砌块,组装更加灵活,可以用于墙、柱和梁构件。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑领域,更具体地说,涉及建筑砌体。
背景技术
目前砌体通常采用规格240mm×115mm×53mm的标准砖或砌块砌筑,砌筑时只在水平面上搭砌,而垂直方向没有搭砌,在垂直方向仅依靠水平灰缝砂浆或粘合剂固定,使得砌体的整体性差,砌体常因承载力不足沿水平灰缝破坏倒塌,即传统的砌体是二维结构。本发明可以克服传统砌体二维结构的缺点,采用三维砌块砌筑成砌体,水平面采用三维砌块边板搭砌,垂直方向采用砌块腹板搭砌,形成三维结构,使得砌体整体性更好。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术的不足,本发明三维砌块有以下优点:形成三维结构,整体性好;不用或少用粘合材料;为空腔结构,可以安装钢筋和浇筑混凝土形成承重结构构件;填充泡沫混凝土或有机泡沫保温材料,作为建筑的填充墙;砌块边板和砌块腹板可以分开预制再装配成三维砌块,组装更加灵活,可以用于墙、柱和梁构件。
本发明的技术方案,包括:砌块边板和砌块腹板,所述砌块边板四周有砌块边板凹凸槽,用于两侧和上下三维砌块的对接,砌块边板内侧有砌块边板凸槽,用于连接砌块腹板,与砌块腹板凹槽互相卡紧,砌块边板可以制作成单格、两格、三格或多格,用于三维砌块在水平方向错缝搭砌,每块砌块边板之间使用砌块腹板卡紧在一起;所述砌块腹板一半与下部三维砌块连接,另一半与上部三维砌块连接,用于三维砌块在垂直方向搭砌。砌筑时不用或少用粘合材料。
砌块边板凸槽和砌块腹板凹槽形状为优弧,即大于半圆的弧和弦组成的图形,用于砌块边板凸槽与砌块腹板凹槽互相卡紧。
所述砌块边板设计成L型,用于T型墙体转角和L型墙体转角内侧。
所述砌块边板端头设置砌块边板凹槽,用于L型墙体转角外侧。
所述砌块腹板上有砌块腹板通孔,砌块腹板上有钢筋卡孔,用于水平钢筋的固定;砌块腹板上不开孔,用于端部封堵;砌块腹板上的砌块腹板凹槽为每侧一道或两道。
由两块砌块边板和两块砌块腹板组成方形三维砌块(1),用于柱的砌筑。
由两块砌块边板和一块砌块腹板组成U形三维砌块(1),作为梁的模板。
在三维砌块砌筑成的墙体、柱和梁内安装钢筋并浇筑混凝土,作为建筑的承重构件;在三维砌块砌筑成的墙体内安装钢筋并浇筑泡沫混凝土或有机泡沫保温材料,作为建筑的填充墙。
砌块边板和砌块腹板可以分开预制再装配成三维砌块。
在砌块边板上加肋,从而可以减少板的厚度。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:形成三维结构,整体性好;不用或少用粘合材料;为空腔结构,可以安装钢筋和浇筑混凝土形成承重结构构件;填充泡沫混凝土或有机泡沫保温材料,作为建筑的填充墙;砌块边板和砌块腹板可以分开预制再装配成三维砌块,组装更加灵活,可以用于墙、柱和梁构件。

实施例1,如图1、图2、图3和图9所示本发明三维砌块,包括:砌块边板11和砌块腹板12,所述砌块边板11四周有砌块边板凹凸槽111,用于两侧和上下三维砌块1的对接,砌块边板11内侧有砌块边板凸槽112,用于连接砌块腹板12,与砌块腹板凹槽121互相卡紧,砌块边板11可以制作成单格、两格、三格或多格,用于三维砌块1在水平方向错缝搭砌,每块砌块边板11之间使用砌块腹板12卡紧在一起;所述砌块腹板12一半与下部三维砌块1连接,另一半与上部三维砌块1连接,用于三维砌块1在垂直方向搭砌。砌筑时不用或少用粘合材料。

实施例7,如图8所示本发明三维砌块,由两块砌块边板11和一块砌块腹板12组成U形三维砌块1,作为梁的模板。
实施例8,如图9所示本发明三维砌块,在三维砌块1砌筑成的墙体、柱和梁内安装钢筋并浇筑混凝土,作为建筑的承重构件;在三维砌块1砌筑成的墙体内安装钢筋并浇筑泡沫混凝土或有机泡沫保温材料,作为建筑的填充墙。
实施例9,如图1所示本发明三维砌块,砌块边板11和砌块腹板12可以分开预制再装配成三维砌块1。
实施例10,如图1所示本发明三维砌块,可以在砌块边板11上加肋,从而可以减少板的厚度。

1.本发明三维砌块,其特征在于,包括:砌块边板(11)和砌块腹板(12),所述砌块边板(11)四周有砌块边板凹凸槽(111),用于两侧和上下三维砌块(1)的对接,砌块边板(11)内侧有砌块边板凸槽(112),用于连接砌块腹板(12),与砌块腹板凹槽(121)互相卡紧,砌块边板(11)可以制作成单格、两格、三格或多格,用于三维砌块(1)在水平方向错缝搭砌,每块砌块边板(11)之间使用砌块腹板(12)卡紧在一起;所述砌块腹板(12)一半与下部三维砌块(1)连接,另一半与上部三维砌块(1)连接,用于三维砌块(1)在垂直方向搭砌;砌筑时不用或少用粘合材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述三维砌块,其特征在于,砌块边板凸槽(112)和砌块腹板凹槽(121)形状为优弧,即大于半圆的弧和弦组成的图形,用于砌块边板凸槽(112)与砌块腹板凹槽(121)互相卡紧。
3.根据权利要求1所述三维砌块,其特征在于,所述砌块边板(11)设计成L型,用于T型墙体转角和L型墙体转角内侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述三维砌块,其特征在于,所述砌块边板(11)端头设置砌块边板凹槽(113),用于L型墙体转角外侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述三维砌块,其特征在于,所述砌块腹板(12)上有砌块腹板通孔(122),砌块腹板(12)上有钢筋卡孔(123),用于水平钢筋的固定;砌块腹板(12)上不开孔,用于端部封堵;砌块腹板(12)上的砌块腹板凹槽(121)为每侧一道或两道。
6.根据权利要求1和5所述三维砌块,其特征在于,由两块砌块边板(11)和两块砌块腹板(12)组成方形三维砌块(1),用于柱的砌筑。
7.根据权利要求1和5所述三维砌块,其特征在于,由两块砌块边板(11)和一块砌块腹板(12)组成U形三维砌块(1),作为梁的模板。
8.根据权利要求1至7所述三维砌块,其特征在于,在三维砌块(1)砌筑成的墙体、柱和梁内安装钢筋并浇筑混凝土,作为建筑的承重构件;在三维砌块(1)砌筑成的墙体内安装钢筋并浇筑泡沫混凝土或有机泡沫保温材料,作为建筑的填充墙。
