Description

Auxiliary mud cleaning device for pile pulling of ocean platform
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of ocean platforms, and relates to an auxiliary mud cleaning device for pile pulling of an ocean platform.
Background
At present, most of offshore platform pile legs are steel structure cylinders or square columns, and pile shoes are protected at the lower parts of the pile legs. When the platform is inserted into the pile, the inserted pile damages the soil body to form slurry and back silting again, forms a new attached soil body to be stabilized on the pile leg, and has great strength after long-time consolidation. This results in pile pulling resistance that greatly exceeds the ultimate pile pulling capability that the platform structure can withstand when pulling the pile. Therefore, the resistance is reduced when the pile is pulled out through flushing or other methods, and the pile pulling efficiency is improved. The common platform can be designed into a pipe-connected flushing system inside a pile leg, but the flow and the pressure are difficult to quickly flush soil attached to a pile shoe, and because the pressure is too low, a water outlet pipe spray head is easy to plug when a pile is inserted, the operation is difficult, and the effect of high-speed pile pulling is difficult to achieve.
