Abstract
The invention relates to a snow melting vehicle and a snow melting cover device thereof, which are used for solving the problem that the driving safety is influenced by secondary icing caused by the influence of steam overflow on the driving sight and the water cross flow after melting in the prior art. The snow melting vehicle comprises a vehicle body and a snow melting cover device arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body, wherein the snow melting cover device comprises a snow melting cover, the snow melting cover is provided with a snow melting chamber, and the snow melting cover is also respectively provided with a dirt absorbing chamber at the left side and the right side of the snow melting chamber. The invention aims to provide a snow melting cover device for a snow melting vehicle, which aims to solve the problems that the driving sight is influenced by steam overflow and the driving safety is influenced by secondary icing caused by water cross flow after melting in the prior art; the invention also provides a snow melting vehicle provided with the snow melting cover device.

As shown in fig. 3, the snow melting device 6 includes a link mechanism 8 and a snow melting cover device including a snow melting cover including a snow melting chamber 23 and a first soil suction chamber 22 and a second soil suction chamber 24 provided on left and right sides of the snow melting chamber 23, respectively. The snow melting vehicle can absorb hot steam and snow water overflowing to the dirt absorption cavity during snow melting operation, so that the steam is prevented from continuously overflowing to influence the driving sight, the melted snow water is prevented from flowing transversely and further being frozen again, and the driving safety is protected.
The snow melting cavity in the embodiment is enclosed by a first inner side sealing rubber strip 18, a second inner side sealing rubber strip 19 and a top plate 9, the dirt absorbing cavity is enclosed by a sealing plate welding joint 10, a sealing plate 11, a first outer side sealing rubber strip 17 and a second outer side sealing rubber strip 20, the sealing plate welding joint 10 is welded on two side plates of a snow melting cavity 23, and the sealing plate 11 is arranged on the sealing plate welding joint 10 through standard bolts and nuts; a first outer sealing rubber strip 17 is arranged at the bottom of the sealing plate welding joint 10 by adopting a standard bolt, a standard nut and a standard pressing strip 16, and a second outer sealing rubber strip 20 is arranged at the periphery of a second inner sealing rubber strip 19, so that the mounting mode has a simple and reliable structure, and is easy to mount and convenient to dismount; also here the dirt-pick-up chamber may be enclosed by other parts or structures as long as the enclosed dirt-pick-up chamber is capable of performing the function of absorbing the overflow steam and the cross flow snow water from the snow-melting chamber 23. The length of the dirt suction chamber in the front-rear direction is equal to the length of the snow melting chamber 23 in the front-rear direction in the present embodiment; the device adopts the structure that the front and back directions of the dirt absorbing cavity and the snow melting cavity 23 are equal, and can comprehensively absorb steam and snow water overflowing from the snow melting cavity 23 on the premise of optimizing the structure of the device. Further, the height in the longitudinal direction within the soil-sucking chamber is larger than the height in the longitudinal direction within the snow-melting chamber 23 in the present embodiment; the device adopts the structure that the depth of the dirt absorbing chamber is greater than the depth of the snow melting chamber 23, and can reduce the width of the snow melting cover as far as possible on the premise of fully ensuring the enough volume of the dirt absorbing chamber, thereby facilitating the overall layout on the vehicle structure space.
In this embodiment, the first dirt absorbing chamber 22 and the second dirt absorbing chamber 24 are respectively connected with two air ducts uniformly distributed in the front-back direction, and the air ducts are connected with a dirt absorbing pipe of the dirt absorbing device 7 through the hoop 13 and the hose 14 and are used for absorbing steam and snow water overflowing from the snow melting chamber 23; also, other parts or structures can be adopted to connect the air duct and the sewage suction pipe, and if the hose 14 is replaced by a telescopic pipe with the same length capable of being adjusted, the effect of lifting the snow melting device 6 while communicating can be achieved; in addition, the device adopts the structure of two dirt absorbing air ducts equipartition in the front and back direction, can fully guarantee that the suction in the dirt absorbing cavity is sufficient, and steam and snow water absorb totally in enough the dirt absorbing cavity. The structure that the front and back of the air ducts in three or more numbers are uniformly distributed can also be adopted, the effect of sufficient suction in the dirt absorbing chamber can be also achieved, and the overflowing steam and the cross flow snow water can be fully absorbed, so that the road surface can not be frozen, and the vehicle can safely run. Finally, the snow melting device 6 is mounted on a girder of the vehicle body 1 through the link mechanism 8, and the mounting is completed.
The snow melting vehicle of the invention has the following operation process: as shown in fig. 4, when the snow melting vehicle is in operation, hot steam generated by the steam boiler 5 is introduced into the snow melting device 6 which is closely attached to the road surface, and the snow melting device 6 forms three chambers, namely a snow melting chamber 23 and two dirt absorbing chambers, with the road surface through the snow melting cover device, and the dirt absorbing chambers can seal and protect the snow melting chamber 23. A snow melting chamber 23 surrounded by the first inner side sealing rubber strip 18, the second inner side sealing rubber strip 19 and the top plate 9 is tightly pressed on the road surface to melt snow at the lower part of the snow melting chamber 23; the first outer side sealing rubber strip 17 and the second outer side sealing rubber strip 20 tightly press the road surface, so that the overflowing steam and the melted snow water which flows transversely are absorbed by the dirt absorbing cavity through the air guide tube; meanwhile, the dirt absorbing device 7 works to pump away the steam and the snow water in the dirt absorbing cavity through the first air duct 12, the second air duct 15, the hose 14 and the dirt absorbing pipe 21, so that negative pressure is formed in the dirt absorbing cavity, the steam in the dirt absorbing cavity is prevented from continuously overflowing and the snow water in transverse flow is prevented from continuously transverse flow, the snow water on the ground is sucked cleanly by the dirt absorbing device 7 next to the dirt absorbing cavity, the road surface is guaranteed not to be iced, and the vehicle can run safely. The snow melting cover device can effectively prevent steam in the snow melting chamber 23 from overflowing through a gap between the snow melting device 6 and the road surface to form fog and influence the driving sight when the snow melting device 6 melts snow, and can prevent melted snow water from crossing the gap and causing secondary icing to influence the driving safety. Through this kind of structure, can reach the effect of cleaing away ice and snow, clean road surface, and the device has simple structure, easily characteristics of operation.
