the ambrox, the musk T, the sandalwood 803, the methyl dihydrojasmonate and the dipropylene glycol are compounded to play a role in fixing fragrance, reduce the loss of effective fragrance components, prolong the long-acting property of the fragrance and improve the storage stability of the essence; the ambrox, the musk T, the sandalwood 803, the sandalwood 208 and the argentine lemon oil are compounded, so that the fragrance of the civet extract can be gained, and the excellent fragrance quality of the perfume essence can be improved. In the preparation process of the civet extract, the molecular distillation method is adopted, the civet extract is obtained by respectively carrying out primary molecular distillation, secondary molecular distillation and tertiary molecular distillation at 50 ℃, 60 ℃ and 80 ℃, and compounding the collected primary molecular distillation distillate, the secondary molecular distillation distillate and the tertiary molecular distillation distillate according to a certain proportion, so that the proportion of high-boiling-point and low-boiling-point aroma substances in the civet extract and the proportion of the aroma substances which have synergistic and gain effects with other components in the essence can be adjusted, the optimal proportion is obtained, the civet extract can be matched with components with a fixed aroma effect in the essence, the long-lasting property of the essence is further improved, and the excellent aroma quality of the perfume essence is better improved. The perfume essence disclosed by the invention not only has the attraction of perfume, but also has good fragrance quality, excellent long-acting property and storage stability, and very good popularization and application values.

The preparation method of the civet extract comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing civet and 80% ethanol water solution according to the weight ratio of 1: 4, uniformly mixing, and then respectively carrying out primary molecular distillation, secondary molecular distillation and tertiary molecular distillation at 50 ℃, 60 ℃ and 80 ℃, wherein the primary molecular distillation, the secondary molecular distillation and the tertiary molecular distillation are carried out in a wiped film type molecular distillation device, the feeding speed is 4ml/min, the operating pressure is 5Pa, the wiped film speed is 80r/min, and the primary molecular distillation distillate, the secondary molecular distillation distillate and the tertiary molecular distillation distillate are obtained by collection;

(2) mixing the first-stage molecular distillation distillate, the second-stage molecular distillation distillate and the third-stage molecular distillation distillate according to the weight ratio of 1: 3: 6 mixing uniformly to obtain the civet extract.

A preparation method of perfume essence comprises the following steps:

50 testers were arranged to perform sensory evaluation on the perfume essences prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5, respectively, wherein the full score was 10 points, and the result was recorded as sensory evaluation (before storage); after the perfume essences prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were stored at room temperature in the dark for 100 days, sensory evaluation was performed again, and the results were recorded as sensory evaluation (after storage), and the results of the sensory evaluation for two times are shown in the following table:
as can be seen from the table, the perfume essence of the present invention has high quality fragrance and excellent storage stability.
Claims (8)
1. The perfume essence is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
0.10-0.30 part of ambrox, 5.00-10.00 parts of musk T, 8030.10-0.25 part of sandalwood, 2.00-5.00 parts of methyl-hexyl cinnamaldehyde, 1.00-2.00 parts of methyl dihydrojasmonate, 2081.00-2.00 parts of sandalwood, 0.20-0.60 part of citronellol, 2.40-4.80 parts of phenethyl alcohol, 1.40-3.60 parts of linalool, 0.10-0.20 part of benzyl alcohol, 0.30-0.50 part of p-methyl anisole, 0.01-0.05 part of p-cresol acetate, 0.15-0.35 part of folic acid leaf alcohol ester, 0.20-1.20 part of alpha-irisone, 0.01-0.05 part of propyl dodecanol, 5.00-10.00 parts of civet extract, 0.01-0.05 part of nerol, 1.00-2.20 parts of Argentina lemon oil and 30.00-49.00 parts of dipropylene glycol.

The perfume essence according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 0.10 parts of ambrox, 5.00 parts of musk T, 8030.10 parts of sandalwood, 2.00 parts of methyl hexyl cinnamaldehyde, 1.00 parts of methyl dihydrojasmonate, 2081.00 parts of sandalwood, 0.20 part of citronellol, 2.40 parts of phenethyl alcohol, 1.40 parts of linalool, 0.10 part of benzyl alcohol, 0.30 part of p-methyl anisole, 0.01 part of p-cresol acetate, 0.15 part of folic acid salicylate, 0.20 part of alpha-ionone, 0.01 part of propyl dodecalactone, 5.00 parts of civet extract, 0.01 part of nerol, 1.00 part of Argentina lemon oil and 30.00 parts of dipropylene glycol.

5. The perfume essence of claim 1, wherein the civet extract is prepared by the following steps:
(1) mixing civet and ethanol water solution according to the weight ratio of 1: (4-5) uniformly mixing, then performing primary molecular distillation, secondary molecular distillation and tertiary molecular distillation at 50 ℃, 60 ℃ and 80 ℃ respectively, and collecting to obtain a primary molecular distillation distillate, a secondary molecular distillation distillate and a tertiary molecular distillation distillate;
(2) mixing the first-stage molecular distillation distillate, the second-stage molecular distillation distillate and the third-stage molecular distillation distillate according to the weight ratio of 1: (2-4): (5-7) mixing uniformly to obtain the civet extract.

The perfume essence according to claim 5, wherein in the step (1), the first molecular distillation, the second molecular distillation and the third molecular distillation are carried out in a wiped film type molecular distillation device, wherein the feeding speed is 4-5ml/min, the operating pressure is 5-10Pa, and the wiped film speed is 80-120 r/min.
7. The perfume essence according to claim 5, wherein the volume concentration of the ethanol aqueous solution is 80-90%.
8. A process for the preparation of a perfume fragrance according to any of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing ambrox, Moschus T, lignum Santali albi 803, radix Clematidis Finetianae extract and dipropylene glycol, dissolving, and stirring;
(2) adding the rest raw materials, stirring, homogenizing under high pressure, standing, and filtering to obtain perfume essence.
