The hydrophilic modified aliphatic polyisocyanate is Bayhydur 304 which is commercially available from Costa.
The polyurethane grade ester solvent is Propylene Glycol Diacetate (PGDA) of Dow chemical sold in the market.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

7. The preparation method of the water-based two-component airbag cover decorative elastic feel coating according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) mixing the aliphatic hydroxyl functional polyester polyurethane dispersion and the aliphatic anionic polyurethane dispersion according to the formula amount, sequentially adding an organic silicon defoaming agent, a polyether modified siloxane wetting and leveling agent, an ultra-high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane dispersion hand feeling agent, 70% of deionized water, an acetylenic diol molecular level defoaming agent and a wetting and dispersing agent according to the formula amount under the low-speed stirring of 500-700 r/min, and stirring for 10-20 minutes;
(2) under the stirring state at low speed of 300-;
(3) adding the rest 30 percent of deionized water according to the formula amount, and stirring for 40-60 minutes at the rotating speed of 2000-3000 r/min;
(4) under the low-speed stirring of 500-700 r/min, the anionic polycarbonate polyurethane dispersoid with the formula amount is added, and the stirring is continued for 10 to 20 minutes.

The waterborne two-component elastic hand feeling coating for decorating the air bag cover according to claim 8, wherein the curing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 75-85 parts of hydrophilic modified aliphatic polyisocyanate; 15-25 parts of polyurethane-grade ester solvent.
