Abstract
The invention discloses a heat-resistant PVC sheet and a production method thereof, wherein the heat-resistant PVC sheet comprises the following components in parts by weight: PVC 70-80%, plasticizer 30-45%, CPVC 10-20%, methyl tin stabilizer 2-3%, lubricant 1-2%, filler 4-6%, processing aid 1-2%, and high-temperature heat-resistant fiber 2-3%. According to the invention, by mixing PVC and CPVC, the heat resistance of the PVC sheet is improved, and the use of the cooling tower filler in a high-temperature tower is increased; according to the method, the raw materials are mixed and then directly injected into the mold, and compared with the traditional method of firstly preparing particles and then carrying out subsequent melting injection molding, the method is higher in efficiency and saves the cost; by adopting the high-temperature heat-resistant fiber, the integral rigidity of the product can be improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of PVC sheets, in particular to a heat-resistant PVC sheet and a production method thereof.
Background
PVC is a thermoplastic resin formed by the polymerization of vinyl chloride under the action of an initiator. Is a homopolymer of vinyl chloride. Vinyl chloride homopolymers and vinyl chloride copolymers are collectively referred to as vinyl chloride resins. PVC is white powder with an amorphous structure and has small branching degree. The molecular weight of the PVC produced industrially is generally within the range of 5-12 ten thousand, and the PVC has larger polydispersity, and the molecular weight is increased along with the reduction of polymerization temperature; without a fixed melting point, softening begins at 80-85 ℃, the temperature of 130 ℃ becomes a viscoelastic state, and the temperature of 160-180 ℃ begins to change into a viscous state; the alloy has good mechanical properties, the tensile strength is about 60MPa, and the impact strength is 5-10 kJ/m; has excellent dielectric properties. But the stability to light and heat is poor, and the hydrogen chloride is decomposed to generate hydrogen chloride at the temperature of more than 100 ℃ or after long-time sun exposure, and further the hydrogen chloride is automatically catalyzed and decomposed to cause color change, and the physical and mechanical properties are also rapidly reduced, so that a stabilizer is required to be added in practical application to improve the stability to heat and light. PVC is very hard and has poor solubility, can only be dissolved in a few solvents such as cyclohexanone, dichloroethane, tetrahydrofuran and the like, is stable to organic and inorganic acids, alkalis and salts, and the chemical stability is reduced along with the rise of the use temperature.
The cooling tower cools by the evaporation and heat dissipation of water, and the hot gas is exhausted out of the tower by air draft. When the existing circulating water cooling tower works, after cold air is contacted with hot water in the cooling tower for heat exchange, a large amount of water drops can be inevitably taken away except for taking away heat in water, so a water receiver is usually arranged in the cooling tower. The blades of the existing water collector of the cooling tower are basically made of PVC materials.
However, the existing PVC sheet has poor heat resistance and is not beneficial to being used in a cooling tower, so that a heat-resistant PVC sheet and a production method thereof are provided.

The invention aims to provide a heat-resistant PVC sheet and a production method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the PVC sheet in the prior art is poor in heat resistance and is not beneficial to use in a cooling tower.

Preferably, the processing aid is an MMA/acrylate copolymer.
A production method of a heat-resistant PVC sheet comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing materials: weighing PVC 70-80 wt%, plasticizer 30-45 wt%, CPVC 10-20 wt%, methyl tin stabilizer 2-3 wt%, lubricant 1-2 wt%, stuffing 4-6 wt%, processing assistant 2-3 wt% and high temperature heat resisting fiber 2-3 wt%;
s2: melting and mixing materials: placing the weighed ingredients into a high-speed mixer for mixing until the temperature of the ingredients is raised to 100-300 ℃;
s3: injection molding: adding the raw materials melted in the step S2 into a mould, cooling and forming, and then demoulding to obtain a product; or the materials stirred in the step S2 are sequentially placed in an extruder and a calender, and the calendered product is rolled after being subjected to separation, embossing and cooling to obtain the PVC sheet.
Preferably, in the step S2, the CPVC, the PVC and the plasticizer are mixed and stirred, and then the methyl tin stabilizer, the lubricant, the filler, the processing aid and the high-temperature heat-resistant fiber are added for mixing and stirring, and the melting and mixing standards in the step S2 are met under the standard that no particulate material is contained.
Preferably, the mold in step S3 can be designed as required.
Preferably, after the raw material in the molten state is filled in the mold cavity in step S3, the pressure in the mold cavity is maintained until the raw material in the molten state is solidified.
Preferably, the mold needs to be cleaned before injection molding in step S3, and the mold is dried after cleaning.
Preferably, the extruder extrusion temperature in the step S3 is controlled to be 190 ℃ and the calender temperature is controlled to be 190 ℃ and 180 ℃.
