the second step is that: sludge subjected to primary dehydration by the sludge dehydrator (1) enters the drying box (4) through the feed hopper (5), the second screw rod (29) is driven to rotate through the work of the second motor (28) to guide the sludge, the first air suction pump (19) works, air enters the box body (12) through the first air suction pump (19) and the pipeline (20), the air is heated by the heating column (16) and the heating wire (17), and the heated air enters the drying box (4) through the communicating pipe (13) to be dried;
the third step: the first motor (6) works to drive the rotating shaft (7) to rotate, the rotating shaft (7) drives the scraper (9) to rotate through the connecting rod (8), sludge is driven to move, meanwhile, the second air pump (22) works to guide air of the drying box (4) into the box body (12) through the second connecting pipe (24) and the first connecting pipe (23), the air is recycled, and the air is discharged from the discharging pipe (25) after being dried by opening the discharging valve (26).
