The invention discloses an automatic tunnel sewage treatment device which is provided with a medicine storage barrel for storing PAC solution; an input liquid level meter is arranged at the sewage discharge port, the input liquid level meter is connected to a liquid level changer, and the liquid level changer is connected to an intelligent light column measurement and control instrument; the intelligent light column measurement and control instrument is also connected with an adjustable flow pump, the inlet end of the adjustable flow pump is connected with a medicine suction pipe arranged in a medicine storage barrel, and the outlet end of the adjustable flow pump is connected with a medicine delivery pipe arranged at a sewage discharge port; and the sewage discharge port, the third-stage sedimentation tank and the clear water discharge port are connected in sequence. The device is safe and reliable, reduces energy consumption and saves construction cost; and the medicine is automatically added, so that the standard discharge of the tunnel sewage after treatment is realized.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tunnel sewage treatment equipment, in particular to an automatic tunnel sewage treatment device.
Background
Construction waste water, surrounding rock infiltration and the like inevitably appear at the excavation in-process of tunnel, and the construction of following slope tunnel generally adopts the mode of flowing automatically to flow out, and the adverse slope tunnel adopts water pump drainage mode to discharge. The tunnel drainage mainly comprises seepage of underground water of surrounding rocks in the tunnel, few pollutants in the wastewater are mostly underground seepage water with turbidity and suspended substances exceeding the standard, and the seepage water in the tunnel meets the discharge standard without disturbance according to sampling of a seepage water discharge outlet in the site tunnel. In the period of blasting and slag discharging in the tunnel, the water seepage in the tunnel causes suspended particles such as stone powder, silt and the like in a water collecting area in the tunnel to stir due to construction machine construction disturbance, and the water seepage turbidity and suspended matters exceed the standard.
In the tunnel engineering of a certain diversion project, the tunnel sewage has no natural discharge channel and needs to be discharged by a drainage system of the village. Because the suspended substances in the tunnel sewage exceed the standard, the color of the wastewater is milky white, so that the local villagers can strongly reflect the wastewater, and the wastewater cannot be discharged. In order to ensure that the tunnel construction is carried out smoothly, a water quality test is carried out on the water body, only suspended matters exceeding the standard are obtained after analysis, according to the addition of agents (PAC and PAM) and the results of a lab-on-a-trial experiment and the results of water quality test analysis, the economic and reasonable consideration is given, and the addition of the agent PAC flocculation precipitation into the wastewater of the type I can reach the discharge standard of the surface water of the type I. However, in the common tunnel sewage treatment process, the cost of the original sewage treatment equipment is high, the occupied area is large, the treatment capacity is insufficient, and the energy consumption is large.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an automatic treatment device for tunnel sewage, which solves the problem of adding drugs into the tunnel construction wastewater, is safe and reliable, reduces energy consumption and saves construction cost; and the medicine is automatically added, so that the standard discharge of the tunnel sewage after treatment is realized.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
an automatic tunnel sewage treatment device is provided with a medicine storage barrel for storing PAC solution; an input liquid level meter is arranged at the sewage discharge port, the input liquid level meter is connected to a liquid level changer, and the liquid level changer is connected to an intelligent light column measurement and control instrument; the intelligent light column measurement and control instrument is also connected with an adjustable flow pump, the inlet end of the adjustable flow pump is connected with a medicine suction pipe arranged in a medicine storage barrel, and the outlet end of the adjustable flow pump is connected with a medicine delivery pipe arranged at a sewage discharge port; and the sewage discharge port, the third-stage sedimentation tank and the clear water discharge port are connected in sequence.
Furthermore, the upper end surface of the medicine storage barrel is provided with a medicine feeding hole.
Furthermore, an automatic water pump controller is arranged and connected with the intelligent light beam measuring and controlling instrument, and the automatic water pump controller is connected with a probe arranged in the medicine storage barrel; an upper limit alarm and a lower limit alarm are respectively arranged according to the height of the inner liquid level of the medicine storage barrel.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the precise addition of the medicine is realized by controlling the medicine adding amount by adopting a high-precision flow pump, so that the optimal effect is achieved; only one adjustable flow pump is needed, and compared with the traditional complete set of sewage treatment equipment (the energy consumption is about 11 kw), the energy consumption is reduced; the manufacturing cost is low, the operation cost is low, and the installation of a single set of device is only about 6000 yuan.

The invention relates to a tunnel sewage automatic treatment device, which has the following structure: a medicine storage barrel 1 for storing PAC solution 3 is arranged; an input liquid level meter 10 is arranged at a sewage discharge port 12, the input liquid level meter 10 is connected to a liquid level transmitter 5, and the liquid level transmitter 5 is connected to an intelligent light column measuring and controlling instrument 6; the intelligent light column measurement and control instrument 6 is also connected with an adjustable flow pump 8, the inlet end of the adjustable flow pump 8 is connected with a medicine suction pipe 14 arranged in the medicine storage barrel 1, and the outlet end of the adjustable flow pump is connected with a medicine delivery pipe 9 arranged in a sewage discharge port 12; the sewage discharge port 12, the third-stage sedimentation tank 13 and the clear water discharge port 16 are connected in sequence.
Aiming at the liquid level change in the medicine storage barrel 1, when the liquid level rises to the upper limit, the corresponding relay is attracted, the upper limit alarm 18 gives an alarm, and when the liquid level falls to the lower limit, the corresponding relay is attracted, and the lower limit alarm 19 gives an alarm. Aiming at the input type liquid level meter 10 at the sewage discharge port 12, when the liquid level rises to the upper limit, the corresponding relay is closed, the flow-adjustable pump 8 is started, and when the liquid level drops to the lower limit, the corresponding relay is disconnected, and the flow-adjustable pump 8 is stopped.
The adopted medicament is 2.5 percent PAC (polyaluminium chloride medicament), and the medicament is added through a medicament adding hole 4 formed in the upper end surface of the medicament storage barrel 1; the medicine storage barrel 1 is made of HDPE (high density polyethylene). A Canoe-Tong DFD-03-07-M electromagnetic pump can be used as the adjustable flow pump 8 in the present invention. The liquid level changer 5 can adopt YW-136P liquid level changer.
As optimization, an automatic water pump controller 2 is arranged and connected to the intelligent light beam measuring and controlling instrument 6, and the automatic water pump controller 2 is connected to a probe 15 arranged in the medicine storage barrel 1; an upper limit alarm 18 and a lower limit alarm 19 are respectively arranged according to the height of the liquid level in the medicine storage barrel 1.
The device measures the flow of the tunnel sewage by using the input type liquid level meter 10, and controls the automatic opening and the disconnection of the adjustable flow pump 8 through the height of the water level so as to realize the automatic extraction and the addition; and determining the optimal medicine input amount under the flow rate condition according to a small sample test. The medicine is put in a liquid state, and a medicine delivery pipe 9 of the adjustable flow pump 8 is inserted into a sewage discharge port 12 during putting, so that the medicine flows into a three-stage sedimentation tank 13 after full mixing flocculation reaction.
In particular, the installation and use of the device of the invention is achieved from the following steps:
the first step is as follows: the drainage port of the original tunnel is simply transformed, a forebay is formed by building bricks, and the water level difference between the tunnel sewage discharge period and the drainage stopping period is ensured. A small opening (a sewage discharge port 12) is drilled at the sewage discharge pipe opening of the tunnel, and a medicine feeding pipe 9 (a PVC pipe can be adopted) is inserted into the sewage discharge port 12.
The second step is that: the simple medicine storage barrel 1 is installed, and the whole set of distribution box is installed on the upper portion of the barrel body. The liquid level transmitter 5 is connected with an intelligent light column measuring and controlling instrument 6 and an adjustable flow pump 8.
The third step: the drop-in type liquid level meter 10 is fixed in the front pool, so that the water level and the flow can be measured during the tunnel sewage discharge period. The intelligent light column measuring and controlling instrument 6 can automatically control and regulate the opening and closing of the flow pump 8 and the amount of the medicine to be put in.
The fourth step: PAC solution 3 and sewage are fully mixed and then flow into a third-stage sedimentation tank 13 for full reaction and flocculation, and finally the sewage is discharged after reaching the standard after being treated.
The automatic tunnel sewage treatment device is suitable for tunnel drainage, mainly comprises seepage of underground water of surrounding rocks in a tunnel, and is mainly used for underground water seepage with turbidity and excessive suspended matters due to less pollutants in the wastewater. The labor cost is effectively saved, the accuracy of adding the medicine is improved, and the optimal treatment effect is achieved; meanwhile, the device has the characteristics of low cost, low operation cost, low energy consumption and the like, and construction cost is saved manyfold.
