Abstract

The invention discloses a damping device for a rope head of an elevator, which comprises: a pair of vertical mounting plates; a rope hitch plate located between and fixed to the pair of bracket plates; a rope head rod passing through the rope hitch plate for connecting to a traction rope of an elevator; and the rope head spring is sleeved on the rope head rod and is supported on the rope head plate. The elevator rope head vibration damper still includes: a cord end plate to which one end of the cord end lever is fixed, the cord end spring being compressed between the cord end plate and the cord end plate; and a plurality of sets of elastic connection assemblies for elastically connecting both sides of the rope end cover plate to the bracket plates in a vertically movable manner, respectively, so that the rope end cover plate is elastically clamped between the pair of bracket plates and is movable in a vertical direction. Therefore, the dynamic stiffness of the rope head is close to zero when the elevator runs, the first-order natural frequency of an elevator system is greatly reduced, and the noise reduction and vibration isolation effects of the elevator are improved.

Background
In the prior art, a rope hitch of an elevator hoist rope generally includes a rope hitch bar, a rope hitch plate, and a rope hitch spring. The rope hitch plate is fixed to the bracket. The rope end rod passes through the rope end plate. The rope end spring is sleeved on the rope end rod and compressed between the rope end plate and the head of one end of the rope end rod. The rope head of the hoisting rope is connected to the other end of the rope head rod by a special connecting piece.
However, the conventional rope end vibration damping device has poor vibration isolation efficiency, and the dynamic stiffness of the rope end is high during the operation of the elevator, so that the first-order natural frequency of an elevator system is increased, and the transmission efficiency of vibration energy is increased, so that the noise reduction and vibration isolation effects of the conventional rope end vibration damping device are poor.

An object of the present invention is to solve at least one of the above problems and disadvantages in the prior art.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an elevator rope hitch damping device, comprising: a pair of vertical mounting plates; a rope hitch plate located between and fixed to the pair of bracket plates; a rope head rod passing through the rope hitch plate for connecting to a traction rope of an elevator; and the rope head spring is sleeved on the rope head rod and is supported on the rope head plate. The elevator rope head vibration damper still includes: a cord end plate to which one end of the cord end lever is fixed, the cord end spring being compressed between the cord end plate and the cord end plate; and a plurality of sets of elastic connection assemblies for elastically connecting both sides of the rope end cover plate to the bracket plates in a vertically movable manner, respectively, so that the rope end cover plate is elastically clamped between the pair of bracket plates and is movable in a vertical direction.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, each set of said resilient connecting members comprises: the sliding rod is slidably arranged on the support plate, can slide along the horizontal direction and is provided with a flange-shaped positioning end part; a connecting rod having one end rotatably connected to the positioning end of the sliding rod and the other end rotatably connected to the rope end cover plate; and the compression spring is sleeved on the sliding rod and compressed between the bracket plate and the positioning end part of the sliding rod.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, both ends of the connecting rod are respectively connected to the sliding rod and the rope cover in a hinged manner to be rotatable.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, each side of the rope hitch plate is connected to a corresponding one of the bracket plates by a set of elastic connection assemblies.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, each side of the rope hitch cover is connected to a corresponding one of the bracket plates by two or more sets of elastic connecting assemblies arranged side by side.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the sets of elastic connection assemblies are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the rope hitch plate.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, one end of the rope end rod is formed with a thread and is fixed to the rope end cover plate by a nut assembly.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the other end of the rope head lever is connected to the hoist rope through a hoist rope connection member.
In each of the foregoing exemplary embodiments according to the present invention, the rope hitch plate is connected to the bracket plate by a negative stiffness elastic connection assembly. Therefore, the dynamic stiffness of the rope head is close to zero when the elevator runs, the first-order natural frequency of an elevator system is greatly reduced, and the noise reduction and vibration isolation effects of the elevator are improved.

According to one general technical concept of the present invention, there is provided an elevator rope hitch damper comprising: a pair of vertical mounting plates; a rope hitch plate located between and fixed to the pair of bracket plates; a rope head rod passing through the rope hitch plate for connecting to a traction rope of an elevator; and the rope head spring is sleeved on the rope head rod and is supported on the rope head plate. The elevator rope head vibration damper still includes: a cord end plate to which one end of the cord end lever is fixed, the cord end spring being compressed between the cord end plate and the cord end plate; and a plurality of sets of elastic connection assemblies for elastically connecting both sides of the rope end cover plate to the bracket plates in a vertically movable manner, respectively, so that the rope end cover plate is elastically clamped between the pair of bracket plates and is movable in a vertical direction.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of an elevator rope hitch damping device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, in which a rope hitch plate is in a first position.
As shown in fig. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, the elevator rope shock absorbing device mainly includes a pair of vertical bracket plates 1, a rope hitch plate 200, a rope end lever 300, and a rope end spring 400. The rope hitch plate 200 is located between the pair of bracket plates 1 and fixed to the pair of bracket plates 1. The rope head pole 300 passes through the rope hitch plate 200 and is used to be connected to a hoist rope of an elevator. The rope end spring 400 is fitted over the rope end lever 300 and supported on the rope end plate 200.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of an elevator rope damping device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, in which the rope hitch is in the second position.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the elevator rope hitch vibration reducing apparatus further includes: a rope end cover plate 100 and a plurality of sets of elastic connecting components 10, 20 and 30. One end (upper end in the drawing) of the rope end lever 300 is fixed to the rope end cover 100, and the rope end spring 400 is compressed between the rope end cover 100 and the rope end plate 200. The sets of elastic connecting assemblies 10, 20, 30 serve to elastically connect both sides of the hitch plate 100 to the bracket plates 1, respectively, in a vertically movable manner, so that the hitch plate 100 is elastically clamped between the pair of bracket plates 1 and is movable in the vertical direction Z.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, each set of resilient connecting assemblies 10, 20, 30 comprises: a slide rod 10, a compression spring 20 and a connecting rod 30. The slide bar 10 is slidably mounted on the bracket plate 1 to be slidable in the horizontal direction X. The slide rod 10 has a flange-like positioning end 11. One end of the connecting rod 30 is rotatably connected to the positioning end portion 11 of the sliding rod 10, and the other end of the connecting rod 30 is rotatably connected to one side of the hitch cover 100. The compression spring 20 is fitted over the slide bar 10 and compressed between the holder plate 1 and the positioning end 11 of the slide bar 10.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, during the movement of the string head cover 100 in the vertical direction Z from the first position shown in fig. 1 to the second position shown in fig. 2, the sliding rod 10 slides in the horizontal direction X with respect to the bracket plate 1, and the connecting rod 30 rotates with respect to the sliding rod 10 about a horizontal axis perpendicular to the horizontal direction X. Therefore, during the movement of the rope end cover 100 along the vertical direction Z, the magnitude and direction of the force exerted on the rope end cover 100 by the compression spring 20 will change continuously, so as to ensure that the dynamic stiffness of the rope end is always close to zero.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, each side of the rope hitch 100 is connected to a corresponding one of the brace plates 1 by a set of resilient connecting assemblies 10, 20, 30. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, for example, in another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, each side of the rope hitch 100 may be connected to a corresponding one of the bracket plates 1 by more than two sets of the elastic connection assemblies 10, 20, 30 arranged side by side.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, multiple sets of elastic connecting assemblies 10, 20, 30 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the rope hitch 100.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, one end (upper end in the drawing) of the rope end rod 300 is formed with a screw thread and is fixed to the rope end cover 100 by a nut assembly 310.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the other end (lower end in the drawing) of the rope head lever 300 is connected to a hoist rope (not shown) through a hoist rope connector 320.

a pair of vertical bracket plates (1);
a rope hitch plate (200) located between the pair of bracket plates (1) and fixed to the pair of bracket plates (1);
a rope head rod (300) passing through the rope hitch plate (200) for connecting to a traction rope of an elevator; and
a rope end spring (400) which is sleeved on the rope end rod (300) and is supported on the rope end plate (200),
characterized in that, elevator fag end vibration damper still includes:
a rope hitch plate (100) to which one end of the rope lever (300) is fixed, the rope hitch spring (400) being compressed between the rope hitch plate (100) and the rope hitch plate (200); and
sets of elastic connection assemblies (10, 20, 30) for elastically connecting both sides of the rope hitch plate (100) to the bracket plates (1) in a vertically movable manner, respectively, so that the rope hitch plate (100) is elastically clamped between the pair of bracket plates (1) and is movable in a vertical direction (Z).
2. The elevator rope hitch arrangement of claim 1, wherein each set of said resilient connection assemblies (10, 20, 30) includes:
a sliding rod (10) which is slidably mounted on the support plate (1), can slide in the horizontal direction (X) and has a flange-shaped positioning end (11);
a connecting rod (30) having one end rotatably connected to the positioning end (11) of the sliding rod (10) and the other end rotatably connected to the rope hitch plate (100); and
and the compression spring (20) is sleeved on the sliding rod (10) and compressed between the bracket plate (1) and the positioning end part (11) of the sliding rod (10).
3. The elevator rope hitch vibration damping device of claim 2, wherein:
both ends of the connecting rod (30) are respectively connected to the sliding rod (10) and the rope end cover plate (100) in a hinged manner.
4. The elevator rope hitch vibration damping device of claim 1, wherein:
each side of the rope end cover plate (100) is connected to a corresponding support plate (1) through a set of elastic connecting components (10, 20, 30).
5. The elevator rope hitch vibration damping device of claim 1, wherein:
each side of the rope end cover plate (100) is connected to a corresponding support plate (1) through more than two sets of elastic connecting assemblies (10, 20, 30) which are arranged side by side.
6. The elevator rope hitch vibration damping device of claim 1, wherein:
the sets of elastic connecting assemblies (10, 20, 30) are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the rope end cover plate (100).
7. The elevator rope hitch vibration damping device of claim 1, wherein:
one end of the rope end rod (300) is formed with a screw thread and is fixed to the rope end cover plate (100) by a nut assembly (310).
8. The elevator rope hitch vibration damping device of claim 1, wherein:
the other end of the rope head lever (300) is connected to the hoist rope through a hoist rope connecting member (320).
