In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 7 and 8, the vehicle 100 further includes a jacking assembly 6. The jacking assembly 6 is arranged on the vehicle body 1 and connected with the rear windshield assembly 312 to drive the roof assembly 31 to pivot in the up-down direction, specifically, the rear end part of the roof assembly 31 is connected with the front end part of the rear windshield assembly 312, so that when the jacking assembly 6 plays a role of jacking the rear windshield assembly 312, the roof assembly 31 can move together to control the switching of the opening and closing states of the roof assembly 31.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, two sets of jacking assemblies 6 are installed inside the vehicle 100 in the embodiment of the present invention, and the two sets of jacking assemblies 6 are spaced apart from each other at the rear of the vehicle 100 in the left-right direction.
Specifically, when the roof module 31 is in the open position, the rear end thereof rises upward around the front end thereof, so that the rear compartment of the vehicle 100 can be enlarged, and the riding comfort can be improved. When the roof assembly 31 is in the closed position, the wind resistance of the vehicle 100 during driving can be reduced, and the maneuverability of the vehicle 100 can be improved.
Alternatively, the jacking assembly 6 may include a base 61, a sliding arm 62, and a drive assembly 64.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the base 61 is connected to the vehicle body 1, alternatively, the base 61 is connected to an inner structure of the vehicle body 1, in other words, the base 61 is not visible outside the vehicle 100.
The base 61 extends in the up-down direction and defines a sliding cavity therein, and the base 61 may be a cylindrical structure, and the sliding cavity is defined in the base 61. The sliding arm rod 62 is slidably disposed in the sliding cavity up and down, a connecting seat 63 pivotally connected to the sliding arm rod 62 is disposed at the top of the sliding arm rod 62, the connecting seat 63 is connected to the rear windshield assembly 312, and specifically, the connecting seat 63 is connected to the rear portion of the rear windshield assembly 312. The tops of the connecting seat 63 and the sliding arm lever 62 are pivotable, that is, the connecting seat 63 and the sliding arm lever 62 are in a pivoting connection mode, so that in the jacking process of the jacking assembly 6, the connecting seat 63 is pivotable relative to the sliding arm lever 62, and further, the top cover assembly 31 is pivotable relative to the sliding arm lever 62, which is beneficial to increasing the movement stroke of the sliding arm lever 62 and further increasing the opening angle of the top cover assembly 31.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the connecting base 63 and the rear windshield assembly 312 may be pivotally connected, so that the flexibility of connection between components can be further improved, and the opening range can be enlarged.
Meanwhile, the driving assembly 64 is used for driving the sliding arm rod 62 to slide up and down in the internal sliding cavity of the base 61, so that the degree of automation of the vehicle 100 can be improved, the operation complexity of a driver can be reduced, and the vehicle 100 can be more automated.
Specifically, the driving assembly 64 may include a motor 641, a lead screw 643 and a lead screw nut 642, the motor 641 is disposed at a lower end portion of the base 61, the lead screw nut 642 is fixedly connected to a lower end portion of the sliding arm rod 62, and a lower end portion of the lead screw 643 is connected to an end portion of an output shaft of the motor 641, wherein an interior of the sliding arm rod 62 may be hollow, so that at least a portion of the lead screw 643 may be disposed in an interior cavity of the sliding arm rod 62, and the interior cavity of the sliding arm rod 62 may provide a certain protection effect for the lead screw 643. In other words, the threaded hole of the lead screw nut 642 corresponds to the interior hollow location of the slide arm rod 62, whereby the lead screw 643 mates with the lead screw nut 642 and the lead screw 643 may extend into the interior cavity of the slide arm rod 62.
Specifically, when the motor 641 rotates, the output shaft of the motor 641 can drive the lead screw 643 to rotate, the lead screw 643 enables the lead screw nut 642 to move along the lead screw 643 through cooperation with the lead screw nut 642, and the lead screw nut 642 is fixedly connected with the sliding arm rod 62, so that the lead screw nut 642 can drive the sliding arm rod 62 to move up and down along the sliding cavity of the base 61, and therefore, the pivoting movement of the top cover assembly 31 is realized through cooperation of the sliding arm rod 62 and the connecting seat 63.
Further, as can be seen from fig. 3, 5 and 7, the motor 641, the lead screw 643 and the lead screw nut 642 of the driving assembly 64 are engaged to realize the vertical linear motion of the sliding arm 62 in the sliding cavity inside the base 61, so that the driving assembly 64 can realize the automatic operation of the jacking assembly 6, thereby reducing the manual operation steps of the driver and greatly improving the automation degree of the whole vehicle 100.
Meanwhile, the jacking assembly 6 and the roof assembly 31 are matched to realize the switching of opening and closing of the roof assembly 31, when the roof assembly 31 is opened, the head space of passengers in the second row can be increased, and when the roof assembly 31 is closed, the whole wind resistance of the vehicle 100 can be reduced, and the appearance attractiveness of the vehicle 100 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 as the rear windshield assembly 312 of the vehicle 100, optionally, the rear windshield assembly 312 may include a rear windshield 3121 and a rear roof 3122, wherein the rear roof 3122 is disposed below the rear windshield 3121, the rear roof 3122 may stably support the rear windshield 3121, optionally, the rear windshield 3121 may be a colorless transparent glass, the rear windshield 3121 may also be a glass of other various colors, and the rear windshield 3121 may be provided with any film thereon to reduce the light intensity, so as to prevent the structure inside the vehicle from being damaged due to the excessive light intensity.
Optionally, the rear roof 3122 may include the rear roof upper plate 31221 and the rear roof lower plate 31222, both the rear roof upper plate 31221 and the rear roof lower plate 31222 may be made of sheet metal parts, and then the rear roof upper plate 31221 and the rear roof lower plate 31222 may play a stable supporting role for the rear roof 3122, and at the same time, the rear roof upper plate 31221 and the rear roof lower plate 31222 may improve the strength of the rear roof upper plate 31221 and the rear roof lower plate 31222 for the sheet metal parts, and increase the service life and the service life of the rear roof upper plate 31221 and the rear roof lower plate 31222.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the rear roof upper plate 31221 is installed below the rear windshield 3121, the rear roof upper plate 31221 is fixedly connected to the rear windshield 3121, both the rear roof upper plate 31221 and the rear windshield 3121 are arc surfaces, and the arcs of the rear roof upper plate 31221 and the rear windshield 3121 are the same, which is beneficial to installation between the rear roof upper plate 31221 and the rear windshield 3121.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the rear roof lower plate 31222 is disposed below the rear roof upper plate 31221, the rear roof lower plate 31222 and the rear roof upper plate 31221 may be fixedly connected, an internal hollow cavity is formed between the rear roof lower plate 31222 and the rear roof upper plate 31221, and the rear roof upper plate 31221 and the rear roof lower plate 31222 may simultaneously perform a stable supporting function on the rear windshield 3121.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the connecting seat 63 is connected to the rear roof lower plate 31222, so that the jacking assembly 6 can jack up the rear windshield assembly 312 through the connecting seat 63.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 5, the vehicle body 1 further comprises a launder sheet metal part 11. The launder sheet metal part 11 is formed with an overflow trough 111 with an open upper part, and the jacking assembly 6 passes through the launder sheet metal part 11 and then is connected with the rear top cover 3122. Specifically, the cross section of the launder sheet metal part 11 is a concave surface with an upward opening, and the launder sheet metal part 11 is mainly used for receiving water and dust entering the interior of the vehicle 100, and is beneficial to cleaning the interior of the vehicle 100.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 6-7, the vehicle 100 further includes a water resistant curtain 8. The waterproof curtain cloth 8 is provided between the vehicle body 1 and the head cover assembly 31 to block a gap between the vehicle body 1 and the head cover assembly 31 when the head cover assembly 31 is in the open position.
Specifically, the top cover assembly 31 is provided with a waterproof curtain inner side clamping mechanism 81, the corresponding position of the inner side surface of the vehicle body 1 is provided with a waterproof curtain outer side clamping mechanism 82, and the waterproof curtain inner side clamping mechanism 81 and the waterproof curtain outer side clamping mechanism 82 are matched to fix the waterproof curtain 8.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, when the roof module 31 is in the open state, the waterproof cloth 8 can be spread to perform a waterproof function, so as to prevent external water from entering the interior of the vehicle 100 through a gap between the roof module 31 and the vehicle body 1 when the roof module 31 is in the open state.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the middle part of the waterproof cloth curtain 8 is provided with a middle clamping mechanism 83 of the waterproof cloth curtain, so that the waterproof cloth curtain 8 can be fixed when being unfolded, the waterproof cloth curtain 8 can be kept flat and have certain elasticity when being unfolded, external moisture can be effectively prevented from entering the interior of the vehicle body, and the neatness of the interior of the vehicle body can be kept.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5-6, the vehicle 100 further includes a sealing member 9, and the sealing member 9 is disposed between the vehicle body 1 and the roof assembly 31, and can seal a gap between the vehicle body 1 and the roof assembly 31 when the roof assembly 31 is in the closed position, prevent water or dust from entering the interior of the vehicle 100, and maintain the tidiness and the aesthetic appearance of the interior of the vehicle 100. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5 to 6, the sealing member 9 may include a first sealing member 91, wherein the first sealing member 91 is disposed on the front cross member upper plate 41 and is used for sealing a gap between the front windshield assembly 2 and the roof assembly 31, and the first sealing member 91 is a sealing rubber strip, so that water or dust can be effectively prevented from entering the interior of the vehicle 100 when the roof assembly 31 is pivotally moved with the front cross member assembly 4, and the tidiness of the interior of the vehicle 100 can be maintained.
Further optionally, the sealing member 9 may further include a second sealing member 92, the rear end of the front cross beam upper plate 41 is provided with an extending portion extending upward, the extending portion is disposed adjacent to the front top cover lower plate 3112, the second sealing member 92 is used for sealing a gap between the extending portion and the front top cover lower plate 3112, and the second sealing member 92 is a sealing rubber strip, and may seal a space where the first mounting seat 51 and the second mounting seat 52 are located, so as to prevent dust or impurities from entering and affecting the movement of the first mounting seat 51 and the second mounting seat 52.
And a third sealing member 93, wherein the inner end of the launder 111 is provided with an upwardly extending extension part which is arranged adjacent to the rear roof lower plate 31222, the third sealing member 93 is used for sealing a gap between the extension part and the rear roof lower plate 31222, and the third sealing member 93 is a sealing rubber strip and is located at a contact position of the launder 111 and the rear roof lower plate 31222, so as to prevent water in the launder 111 from entering the interior of the vehicle 100 through the contact position.
A vehicle 100 according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the invention is described below.
The vehicle 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the liftable roof apparatus 3 according to the embodiment of the first aspect described above. Since the liftable roof apparatus 3 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the above-mentioned advantageous effects, the vehicle 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention can have corresponding advantageous effects by providing the liftable roof apparatus 3, that is, according to the vehicle 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, since the roof module 31 in the liftable roof apparatus 3 of the vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention has the open position and the closed position, and the rear end of the roof module 31 rises upward around the front end thereof when the roof module 31 is in the open position, the rear evacuation space of the vehicle 100 can be enlarged, and the riding comfort can be improved. 2. The liftable roof apparatus of a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the roof assembly comprises: the front end of the front top cover is connected with the rear end of the front windshield assembly, and the rear windshield assembly is connected to the rear end of the front top cover.
3. The liftable roof apparatus of a vehicle according to claim 2, further comprising a trunk lid panel, wherein the front roof, the rear windshield assembly and the trunk lid panel are located on the same arc when the roof assembly is in the closed position.
4. The liftable roof apparatus of a vehicle according to claim 2, wherein the vehicle further comprises:
the front cross beam assembly extends along the left-right direction and is arranged on the vehicle body;
the pivot connection piece comprises a first mounting seat and a second mounting seat which are in pivot connection with each other, the first mounting seat is fixed on the front cross beam assembly, and the second mounting seat is fixed on the front top cover.
5. The liftable roof apparatus of a vehicle according to claim 4, wherein the front cross member assembly includes:
a front cross member upper plate having a first platform section;
a front-cross-member reinforcing plate provided below the front-cross-member upper plate, the front-cross-member reinforcing plate having a second platform part, at least a part of which is in contact with the first platform part, the first mounting seat being provided on the first platform part and the second platform part;
the front cross beam lower plate is arranged below the front cross beam reinforcing plate.
6. The liftable roof apparatus of a vehicle according to claim 5, wherein the front roof includes:
a front top cover upper plate;
a front header lower plate provided below the front header upper plate, the front header lower plate having a third platform portion;
a front header reinforcing plate provided between the front header upper plate and the front header lower plate, the front header reinforcing plate having a fourth platform portion that contacts at least a portion of the third platform portion, the second mounting seat being provided on the third platform portion and the fourth platform portion.
7. The liftable roof apparatus of a vehicle according to claim 2, further comprising a jacking assembly, the jacking assembly being disposed on the body and connected to the rear windshield assembly to drive the roof assembly to pivot in an up-down direction, the jacking assembly comprising:
the base is connected with the vehicle body, extends along the vertical direction and is internally provided with a sliding cavity;
the sliding arm rod is arranged in the sliding cavity in a vertically sliding manner, a connecting seat which is pivotally connected with the sliding arm rod is arranged at the top of the sliding arm rod, and the connecting seat is connected with the rear windshield assembly;
and the driving assembly is used for driving the sliding arm rod to slide up and down.
