The invention can be suitable for punching and positioning wire clamps with different hole pitches and shapes, and has stronger flexibility and high positioning precision.

Furthermore, in order to increase the fastening force, a spacer 12 is arranged between the wing nut 9 and the upper end of the rail, i.e. the threaded connecting rod 8 is externally sleeved with a spacer 12.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the maximum taper diameter of the taper 11 is 24mm, and the height of the taper is 46 mm. When the punching positioning operation is needed, firstly, four cones of the device are put into wiring holes of a wiring terminal board of equipment such as a breaker or an isolating switch needing a new wire clamp, when the wiring holes are different in size or not on the same horizontal plane, a threaded rod on the cone is rotated to be completely attached to the wiring holes and ensure that the upper circular surface of each cone is parallel to the surface of the wiring terminal board of the equipment, then the cones are fixed on each track by operating a fastener, then the device is taken down and put on a new wire clamp needing to be manufactured, when a plane formed by conical points is not parallel to the plane of the track (namely the conical points are not on the same plane and the plane of the track is taken as a reference), only the threaded rod on the cone needs to be rotated again to be adjusted to be parallel, then a hammer is directly tapped on the upper part of the threaded rod of the cone, the conical points form central points of the holes on the new wire clamp, and finally, drilling a hole according to the formed center by using a bench drill to finish the manufacture of the new wire clamp.
To sum up, the wire clamp punching positioning device provided by the embodiment of the invention adopts the mode of adding one bevel edge rail to two straight edge rails and arranging the cone on the rails for positioning, and the angle between the bevel edge rail and the right angle rail can be adjusted and the positions of the cone on the rails in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction can be adjusted, so that the wire clamp punching positioning device can be adjusted according to different hole distances and shapes, is not limited to wire clamp punching positioning of one hole distance and one shape, has strong flexibility, can save the complex steps of needing multiple measurements in the original mode, avoids errors caused by measurement, can determine the centers of all holes at one time, is excellent at one time, and saves time and labor; meanwhile, due to the design of cone positioning, the conical point can be ensured to be the central point of the hole, the accuracy is high, and punching correction operation is avoided, so that the increase of manpower and material resources caused by correction operation is avoided. In addition, the cone with strong hardness can also be directly used as a punching device without finding another tool.
