本发明属于机械加工领域,特别涉及一种用于狭长端面圆弧加工的可换式异型圆弧槽加工刀具。
背景技术
现有技术在对异型圆弧槽加工时，排屑困难，刀具易震动，加工质量比较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述背景技术的不足，而提供一种可换式异型圆弧槽加工刀具。
本发明所涉及的可换式异型圆弧槽加工刀具，包括刀体1、高速刀片2、压紧螺钉3；其特征是：压紧螺钉3将高速刀片2压紧在刀体1上，刀体1前端存在减震槽。
本发明的可换式异型圆弧槽加工刀具在加工中不仅减震效果好；而且排屑性能好，加工质量明显提升，降低了成本。

本发明所涉及的可换式异型圆弧槽加工刀具，如图1、图2所示。该刀具包括刀体1、高速刀片2、压紧螺钉3；其特征是：压紧螺钉3将高速刀片2压紧在刀体1上，刀体1前端存在减震槽。
本发明的可换式异型圆弧槽加工刀具在加工中不仅减震效果好；而且排屑性能好，加工质量明显提升，降低了成本。
