Abstract
The invention discloses a casting die for casting an automobile clutch pressure plate, which comprises a pouring cup, a pouring gate and a riser, wherein molten iron flows into a casting cavity from the pouring cup through the pouring gate, and the riser is arranged on the pouring gate above the casting cavity to feed a casting; the pouring gate is provided with a plurality of groups of transverse pouring gates or vertical pouring gates to form step-shaped casting, and a primary pouring gate, a middle pouring gate and a top pouring gate are arranged from bottom to top; the transverse pouring gate or the vertical pouring gate is connected with the casting cavity through a communicated lap joint channel; and the casting cavity is communicated with the riser and the other side of the lap joint channel is connected to the top pouring gate. The invention discloses a casting mold for casting an automobile clutch pressure plate, which aims at solving the problem that the existing casting mold has serious shrinkage cavity compensation defects at the lower part of a dead head.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of casting, in particular to a casting mold for casting an automobile clutch pressure plate.
Background
The casting process is widely applied to metal production, and due to the strict standards of the automobile industry and the increase of calling demand for high precision, the pressure plate is used as an important part of an automobile clutch (as shown in figure 1), and the performance of the pressure plate directly influences the working efficiency of the clutch and the safe driving of an automobile, so that the casting quality of the pressure plate is required to be higher.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, in the existing pressure plate casting sand mold, vertical parting is performed, one mold is used, bottom pouring type single-sprue pouring is adopted, a riser is arranged at the top of a pressure plate casting to feed the pressure plate casting, but when the pouring or other single-sprue pouring is adopted, serious shrinkage cavity defects can occur below the riser of the pressure plate casting, and the reasons are that the feeding effect cannot be well achieved due to premature solidification in a feeding runner, the casting is not solidified when the riser is completely solidified, and the shrinkage cavity defects are caused by self-feeding of the casting.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a casting die for casting an automobile clutch pressure plate, which improves the mold filling effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a casting mould for casting an automobile clutch pressure plate comprises a pouring cup, a pouring gate and a riser, wherein molten iron flows into a casting cavity from the pouring cup through the pouring gate, and the riser is arranged on the pouring gate above the casting cavity to feed a casting; the pouring gate is provided with a plurality of groups of transverse pouring gates or vertical pouring gates to form step-shaped casting, and a primary pouring gate, a middle pouring gate and a top pouring gate are arranged from bottom to top; the transverse pouring gate or the vertical pouring gate is connected with the casting cavity through a communicated lap joint channel; and the casting cavity is communicated with the riser and the other side of the lap joint channel is connected to the top pouring gate.
Further, the primary pouring gate comprises a bottom pouring gate and a primary vertical pouring gate; the molten iron flows through the bottom pouring gate from the primary vertical pouring gate through the lap joint channel and is poured into the casting cavity; the middle pouring gate comprises a plurality of groups of middle vertical pouring gates which are connected with each other, and one side of each middle vertical pouring gate is connected with the casting cavity through a lap joint channel; the channel connection communicated with the middle vertical pouring gate is arranged in parallel and is vertical to the central line of the casting cavity; the top pouring gate comprises a top horizontal pouring gate, and one side of the top horizontal pouring gate is communicated with a riser through a lap joint channel; the first-level pouring gate, the middle pouring gate and the top pouring gate are arranged from bottom to top and are communicated with each other through a horizontal pouring gate or a vertical pouring gate.
Furthermore, a lap joint channel communicated with the middle vertical pouring gate is obliquely and upwards arranged; the cross section of the lap joint channel communicated with the middle vertical pouring gate and the cross section of the lap joint channel communicated with the top pouring gate are smaller than that of the lap joint channel communicated with the first-stage vertical pouring gate.
Particularly, the middle pouring gate forms a plurality of layers of stepped pouring gates from bottom to top, and one sides of the plurality of layers of stepped pouring gates are respectively connected with the casting cavity through lap passages; the lap joint channel communicated with the multilayer stepped pouring channel is provided with an upward inclined or downward inclined extension part; the upward inclined extending part is communicated with a casting cavity, and the downward inclined extending part extends into a lap joint channel communicated with the primary vertical pouring gate.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the casting mold for casting the automobile clutch pressure plate, which is disclosed by the invention, aims at the problem that the existing casting mold has a serious shrinkage cavity compensation defect at the lower part of a riser, and is specifically characterized in that:
(1) the invention improves the feeding performance of the riser, eliminates the feeding defect, increases the section of the bottom pouring gate by using step type pouring, shortens the length and the section of the feeding pouring gate, shortens the mold filling time and reduces the temperature difference in the mold filling process;
(2) according to the invention, the lapping channel of the middle pouring channel is obliquely and upwards arranged, so that the impact on the mould wall caused by high flow speed due to the fact that molten iron directly flows into the mould cavity from the middle pouring channel is reduced, and meanwhile, when the first pouring channel pours, two liquid flows form circulation and the phenomenon that metal is also wrapped by gas occurs;
(3) the middle pouring channel of the invention forms a plurality of layers of ladder-shaped pouring channels from bottom to top, the horizontal lapping channel and the lapping channel which inclines upwards enable the mold filling process to be stable, the impact of molten metal on the mold wall is small, when the molten iron mold filling contacts with a riser, the molten iron flowing from the top pouring channel can not be lifted to pour, and the molten metal can splash.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a casting mold for casting an automobile clutch pressure plate comprises a pouring cup 1, a pouring gate and a riser 2, wherein molten iron flows into a casting cavity 3 from the pouring cup 1 through the pouring gate, and the riser 2 is arranged on the pouring gate above the casting cavity 3 to feed a casting; the pouring gate is provided with a plurality of groups of transverse pouring gates or vertical pouring gates to form step-shaped casting, and a first-stage pouring gate A, a middle pouring gate B and a top pouring gate C are arranged from bottom to top; the horizontal pouring channel or the vertical pouring channel is connected with the casting cavity 3 through a communicated lap joint channel D; the casting cavity 3 is communicated with the riser 2, and the other side of the lap joint channel is connected with the top pouring gate C.
The first embodiment of the present invention: the first-stage pouring gate A comprises a bottom pouring gate 4 and a first-stage vertical pouring gate 5; molten iron flows through the bottom pouring gate 4 from the primary vertical pouring gate 5 through the lap joint channel and is poured into the casting cavity 3; the middle pouring gate B comprises a plurality of groups of middle vertical pouring gates 6 which are connected with each other, and one side of each middle vertical pouring gate 6 is connected with the casting cavity 3 through a lap joint channel; the channel connection communicated with the middle vertical pouring gate 6 is arranged in parallel and is vertical to the central line of the casting cavity 3; the top pouring gate C comprises a top horizontal pouring gate 7, and one side of the top horizontal pouring gate 7 is communicated with the riser 2 through a lap joint channel; the first-stage pouring gate A, the middle pouring gate B and the top pouring gate C are arranged from bottom to top and are communicated with each other through a horizontal pouring gate or a vertical pouring gate; the invention utilizes the step-type pouring, increases the section of the bottom pouring gate, shortens the length and the section of the feeding pouring gate, shortens the time of filling the mold, and reduces the temperature difference in the mold filling process.
In view of this phenomenon, the present invention designs a second embodiment: the lap joint channel communicated with the middle vertical pouring gate 6 is obliquely and upwards arranged; the cross section of the lap joint channel communicated with the middle vertical pouring gate 6 and the cross section of the lap joint channel communicated with the top pouring gate C are smaller than that of the lap joint channel communicated with the first-level vertical pouring gate 5, and because the cross section of the top pouring gate is smaller than that of molten iron in the mold filling, the molten iron flowing into the top pouring gate can be lifted to be poured when the molten iron is filled to contact with the dead head, so that molten metal is splashed.
In view of this phenomenon, the present invention designs a second embodiment: the middle pouring gate B forms a plurality of layers of stepped pouring gates from bottom to top, and one sides of the plurality of layers of stepped pouring gates are respectively connected with the casting cavity 3 through lap passages; the lap joint channel communicated with the multilayer stepped pouring channel is provided with an upward inclined or downward inclined extension part 8; the upward inclined extension part 8 is communicated with a casting cavity, and the downward inclined extension part 8 extends into a lap joint channel communicated with the first-level vertical pouring gate 5.
