技术领域
本发明涉及电弧炉的冷喷侧壁弧段。在本发明的一个特殊实施方案中,涉及一种安装在承受很高的热应力,也即很高温度的侧壁弧段中的辅助冷喷组件。
背景技术
在美国专利号4,715,042、4,815,096和4,849,987中所披露的电炉冷喷系统中包括冷喷炉封闭元件即制成整体的炉顶和侧壁。由于电炉的电极和氧气烧枪等的几何形状在电炉加热时会有所变化,封闭元件例如侧壁的冷喷表面的某些特殊个别部位会暴露在异常高的温度下而形成热应力,使这一部位有遭受破坏的危险。美国专利号5,327,453中叙述了一种用于单个炉体封闭元件的,钢铁框架和紫铜板的组合件以适应高热应力位置。
由于以上所述的电炉系统具有整体的碳纲封闭元件,因此就不可能使用可更换的可拆卸的定制组件以适应这一情况。
发明内容
电弧炉用的侧壁装配组件包含许多紧挨着的可拆装的互相连接的空心冷喷弧段,这一装配组件还可包括独立的辅助组件,以适用于具有特别高热应力的位置。
本发明提供一种电弧炉的侧壁组合件,包含有:
i)许多可以侧向毗连接合,并由炉身支承着的单独且相邻的空心侧壁弧段,至少构成围绕着至少一根向下伸入电炉中的石墨电极的侧壁的一部份,每一段这种空心侧壁弧段具有:
a)一内层金属基底部件构成侧壁组件的预定部份;
b)一同内层金属基底部件对齐隔开的外围金属覆盖部件;
c)把外围金属覆盖部件连接在内层金属基底部件上并且使所述外围金属覆盖部件同隔开的所述内层金属基底部件之间界定一个基本上是封闭的空间的装置,在封闭空间的最下部带有至少一个外部的排液开孔;
d)在所述封闭空间内部,在同所述内层金属基底部件隔离并相邻的预定位置上有许多喷水装置,用以引入喷淋冷却液,以足够的流量以液滴的方式喷洒在内层金属基底部件上,使所述内层金属基底部件保持一个可以接受的温度:
e)一根固定在所述封闭空间中,并横向延展在内层金属基底部件方向上的冷却液供液总管用以向喷淋装置供给冷却液;
f)至少一个冷却液排出装置同至少一个排液开孔相连接,用以接纳从所述封闭空间流出的冷却液流;
ii)一根冷却液供液管道,用以向一个侧壁弧段的冷却液供液总管供应液体;
iii)许多位于侧壁弧段外部用以串联连接各侧壁弧段的冷却液供液总管的可拆卸导管;
iv)用以严密接合每一段侧壁弧段同其相邻的每一段侧壁弧段的可拆卸装置;
v)一根位于所述侧壁弧段外部和相应的冷却液排液装置相邻的冷却液排放管道,用以排放从相应的侧壁弧段排出的冷却液体。

具体实施方式
参看图1,电弧炉炉身由10标示,它具有一个由12示意表示的炉顶和由15表示的围绕着电极20的侧壁15。布置成侧向并排对接并由电弧炉身10的法兰9支承住的圆周空心侧壁弧段22(a)-(g)也表示在图2的俯视平面图上。图1和图2上的每一段空心侧壁弧段22(a)-(g),相应地各有形成侧壁的预定部份的内层金属基底部件100(a)-(g)。外围的金属覆盖部件200(a)-(g)同内层金属基底部件100(a)-(g)彼此相互对齐隔开。参看图1-4,每一段侧壁弧段22(a)-(g)均由金属顶板30,金属底板35,以及把外围金属覆盖部件200(a)-(g)与内层金属基底部件100(a)-(g)连接的侧金属板40,42构成了基本上是封闭的空间300。每一个封闭空间300的最下部310处,有一个排液孔320,同处在侧壁弧段22(a)-(g)外部附近及圆周的排液出口330和圆周冷却液排液管340相连通。冷却液供液管350活动连接在355处,并通向位于相应的弧形空心侧壁组件22(a)-(g)内部连在410处并由此水平方向延展的冷却液供液总管400(a)-(g)上。在空心侧壁弧段外面有许多可拆卸的导管500,用于串联连接在每一空心弧段22(a)-(g)内部的相应的冷却液供液总管400。
在运行过程中,冷却液,即水,由冷却液供液管350,在压力下供向一个冷却液供液总管400;这一特定的总管由400(A)表示。在空心弧段22(b)内由总管400(A)向下横向分布有许多空心喷水杆600向喷头620供给冷却水,喷头620经选择使得向内层金属基底部件100(C)喷出液滴的流量可把内层金属基底部件100(C)降到要求的温度,并且冷却水要保持液态,流出封闭空间300,由排液孔320通过排液出口330流至冷却液排液管340。来自冷却液供液管350的带压力的冷却液,由供液总管400(A)经由可拆卸的导管500流到处在相应的空心弧段22(a)-(g)中的每一个其余的供液总管400(b)-(g),导管500串联地连接着供液总管400,把冷却水送到相应的空心侧壁弧段22(a)-(g)内的空心喷水杆600和喷水头620中去。空心侧壁弧段22(a)-(g)是通过可拆装的紧固装置660相互毗连接合,紧固装置660可以是焊接的夹紧元件。每一段空心弧段中的喷水杆和喷头的形状可随该弧段所处的热应力状态而改变。
在本发明的一种特殊的实施方案中,当电弧炉侧壁上的特定位置承受着特别严重的热应力时,这一位置上的侧壁弧段,例如侧壁弧段22(a),是做成带有弓形通孔700的弓形形状,其中则置有可拆卸的辅助组合件2200。辅助组合件2200一般在结构上是同上述的侧壁弧段相似,也支承在炉身10的法兰9上,并且有一层内侧金属基底部件1000构成承受严重热应力的侧壁组件部份。外围的金属覆盖部件2000同内层金属基底部件1000对齐隔开。在辅助组合件2200内由上金属板3000,下金属板3500,以及把外围金属覆盖部件2000与内层金属基底部件1000连接的侧金属板4000,4200形成一个封闭空间3000。在封闭空间3000的最下部3100处有一个排液孔3200,同排液出口3300(活动连接在3150上)和圆周上的冷却排液管340相连通。安装在封闭空间3000内的固定在4100处的水平延展方向冷却液供液总管4000,通过可拆卸的连接导管5000从环绕在侧壁弧段22(a)处的冷却液供液总管400接纳带有压力的冷却液。由冷却液供液总管4000接收的冷却液送到封闭空间3000中的空心冷却喷水杆6000和喷头6200中去,喷头向内层金属基底部件1000喷出水滴的流量,要能把承受高热应力的内层金属基底部件1000冷却到一个所要求的较低温度下。喷水杆和喷头的位置和数量是视辅助组合件所处的特定热应力状态而加以调整。通过打开紧固元件6600,拆下可拆卸的导管5000和排液出口3300,辅助组合件2200就可从侧壁上拆下来。这样,辅助组合件2200是很便利再安装和修理,辅助组合件的全部周边放置陶瓷纤维绝热物7000。

Claims (2)

1.一种电弧炉的侧壁组合件,包含有:
i)许多可以侧向毗连接合,并由炉身支承着的单独且相邻的空心侧壁弧段,至少构成围绕着至少一根向下伸入电炉中的石墨电极的侧壁的一部份,每一段这种空心侧壁弧段具有:
a)一内层金属基底部件构成侧壁组件的预定部份;
b)一同内层金属基底部件对齐隔开的外围金属覆盖部件;
c)把外围金属覆盖部件连接在内层金属基底部件上并且使所述外围金属覆盖部件同隔开的所述内层金属基底部件之间界定一个基本上是封闭的空间的装置,在封闭空间的最下部带有至少一个外部的排液开孔;
d)在所述封闭空间内部,在同所述内层金属基底部件隔离并相邻的预定位置上有许多喷水装置,用以引入喷淋冷却液,以足够的流量以液滴的方式喷洒在内层金属基底部件上,使所述内层金属基底部件保持一个可以接受的温度;
e)一根固定在所述封闭空间中,并横向延展在内层金属基底部件方向上的冷却液供液总管用以向喷淋装置供给冷却液;
f)至少一个冷却液排出装置同至少一个排液开孔相连接,用以接纳从所述封闭空间流出的冷却液流;
ii)一根冷却液供液管道,用以向一个侧壁弧段的冷却液供液总管供应液体;
iii)许多位于侧壁弧段外部用以串联连接各侧壁弧段的冷却液供液总管的可拆卸导管;
iv)用以严密接合每一段侧壁弧段同其相邻的每一段侧壁弧段的可拆卸装置;
v)一根位于所述侧壁弧段外部和相应的冷却液排液装置相邻的冷却液排放管道,用以排放从相应的侧壁弧段排出的冷却液体。
2.根据权利要求1的侧壁组合件,其特征在于一选择的侧壁弧段有一层弓形形状的内层金属基底部件和一外围的金属覆盖部件界定的弓形的侧壁弧段,并有一个被所述弓形侧壁弧段严密封闭并由炉身支承的辅助组合件,此辅助组合件包含有:
a)一辅助组合件的内层金属基底部件构成被所述弓形侧壁组合件所界定的周边的预定部份;
b)一同所述辅助组合件的内层金属基底部件对齐隔开的辅助组合件的外围金属覆盖部件;
c)把辅助组合件的外围金属覆盖部件连接在辅助组合件内层金属基底部件上并且使辅助组合件的外围金属覆盖部件同隔开的所述内层金属基底部件之间形成在辅助组合件中的一个基本上是封闭的空间的装置,在所述辅助组合件的封闭空间的最下部带有一个或多个外部的排液开孔;
d)在所述辅助组合件的所述封闭空间内部,在同辅助组合件的内层金属基底部件隔离并相邻的预定位置上有许多喷水装置,用以引入喷淋冷却液,以足够的流量以液滴的方式喷洒在辅助组合件的内层金属基底部件上,使辅助组合件的内层金属基底部件保持在一个可以接受的温度下;
e)一根固定在所述辅助组合件的封闭空间中,并横向延展在辅助组合件的内层金属基底部件的方向上的冷却液供液总管,用以向位于辅助组合件的封闭空间内的所述喷淋装置供给冷却液;
f)一根把所选择的侧壁弧段的冷却液供液总管连结到辅助组合件的冷却液供液总管的可拆卸的导管;
g)至少一个位于辅助组合件的封闭空间外部附近的冷却液排放出口,它同辅助组合件的至少一个排液开孔相连通,用以接纳从辅助组合件的封闭空间流出的冷却液流,所述冷却液排液出口还同冷却液排液管相通,用以排除从辅助组合件中流出的冷却液且基本上避免任何冷却液积集在辅助组合件的封闭空间中;
h)用以在所选择的弓形侧壁弧段内与辅助组合件紧密地接合的可拆卸装置。
