The working principle is as follows: according to the electrostatic-cermet filtering dust removal device for coordinated desulfurization and denitrification, after flue gas enters from the gas inlet 2, under the action of the discharge electrode 5, dust in the flue gas is charged, the inner-layer cermet cylinder 6 is grounded to serve as a dust collection electrode, the charged dust in the flue gas is continuously collected, and preliminary dust removal on the flue gas is completed. Meanwhile, the inner metal ceramic sleeve 6 has air permeability and dust resistance, and can further filter smoke to further remove dust. The desulfurization and denitrification catalyst is attached to the filter holes in the wall of the outer-layer metal ceramic sleeve 6, and when the flue gas after dust removal reaches the filter holes, the flue gas reacts with the catalyst, so that the concentration of sulfur dioxide and oxynitride in the flue gas is reduced, and the purification of the flue gas is completed. The invention has good dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification effects, high efficiency and resource saving.
