EXAMPLE III
The preparation method of the grape seed essence tablet comprises the following steps:
(1) stock preparation
Selecting 105g of grape seed extract, 29g of calcium ascorbate, 290g of microcrystalline cellulose 101, 190g of calcium hydrogen phosphate, 24g of povidone K30, 55g of crospovidone, 7g of silicon dioxide, 7g of magnesium stearate, 22g of coating powder and 96g of 95% ethanol in each 1000 tablets;
(2) adhesive preparation
Adding 44g of purified water into 95% ethanol to prepare 140g of 65% ethanol adhesive;
(3) mixing
Adding grape seed extract, microcrystalline cellulose 101, 95g of calcium hydrogen phosphate, and polyvidone K30 into wet granulator, stirring at low speed by stirring paddle of wet granulator, cutting at low speed by cutter, mixing for 4.5min, and mixing to obtain mixture;
(4) soft material making
Continuously stirring the mixture at low speed by the wet granulator, adjusting the cutting knife to high speed cutting, adding appropriate amount of prepared ethanol adhesive into the wet granulator at constant speed, adding ethanol adhesive for 3min, mixing for 5min, and completely mixing to obtain soft material;
(5) drying
Putting the soft material into a boiling granulator and drying to obtain dry granules;
or wet finishing in a granule swinging machine equipped with 18-mesh nylon screen, drying in an oven, spreading the granules in the oven with a thickness of 3cm, setting the temperature at 60 deg.C, and drying to obtain dry granules;
(6) QA intermediate control
Carrying out quality detection on the dry particles by QA, wherein the LOD detection value range is 4-5%;
(7) whole grain
Sieving qualified dry granules with 18 mesh sieve to obtain mixed granules
Or granulating by a No. 3 sieve granulator to obtain granules to be mixed, and crushing the coarse granules;
(8) total mixing
Pulverizing calcium ascorbate, sieving with 40 mesh sieve, mixing with the rest 95g of calcium hydrogen phosphate, crospovidone, silicon dioxide and the granules to be mixed in a mixer for 22min, adding magnesium stearate again, and continuously mixing for 10min, wherein the mixing speed of the mixer is preferably 10r/min, and mixing to obtain grape seed granules, preferably 2/3 (the volume of the granules accounts for the total volume of the mixer);
(9) tabletting
Tabletting the grape seed particles by using a tabletting mould, wherein the punch is round, the length of the punch is 16.20mm, the width of the punch is 7.30mm, the code of the mould is MG-028, and the grape seed pieces are obtained after tabletting by using the mould;
(10) QA sampling test
Randomly sampling grape seed pieces and carrying out the following item detection: the tablet weight is about 700mg, the thickness is about 6.5mm, the hardness is about 124N, the friability is about 0.47%, and the disintegration time is about 24min, all of which meet the detection conditions;
(11) coating film
Preparing a coating solution: 1kg of coating powder, 4.8kg of 95% ethanol and 4.3mg of purified water, putting the grape seed slices into a coating pot, preheating the grape seed slices to 40 ℃, coating by using a coating solution, wherein the coating weight of the grape seed slices is increased by 3.5%, the solvent is 50% ethanol, the solid content is 10.4%, the air inlet temperature of the coating is 61 ℃, the atomizing pressure is 0.43Mpa, and the pressure difference of a cavity is negative pressure, and coating is carried out to obtain grape seed essence tablets;
(12) drying by baking
Drying the coated grape seed essence tablet in an oven for 8min, wherein the LOD of the grape seed essence tablet is 4.5%, and intermittently rolling a coating pan body to enable the grape seed essence tablet to reach the room temperature;
(13) QA sampling test
Randomly selecting grape seed essence slices, and detecting by using a metal detector;
(14) package (I)

Comprises grape seed extract, calcium ascorbate, microcrystalline cellulose 101, calcium hydrogen phosphate, polyvidone K30, crospovidone, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, coating powder and 95% ethanol; every 1000 grape seed essence tablets contain 90-110g of grape seed extract, 25-30g of calcium ascorbate, 300g of microcrystalline cellulose 101, 200g of calcium hydrophosphate, 15-25g of povidone K30, 40-60g of crospovidone, 5-8g of silicon dioxide, 5-8g of magnesium stearate, 15-25g of coating powder and 80-100g of 95% ethanol;
(2) adhesive preparation
Adding purified water into 95% ethanol to prepare 63% -67% ethanol adhesive;
(3) mixing
Adding grape seed extract, microcrystalline cellulose 101, calcium hydrogen phosphate with a stock amount of 1/2, and polyvidone K30 into a wet granulator, stirring at low speed by a stirring paddle of the wet granulator, cutting at low speed by a cutter, and mixing for 3-5min to obtain a mixture;
(4) soft material making
Keeping low-speed stirring of the mixture, adjusting the cutting knife to high-speed cutting, adding the prepared ethanol adhesive into the wet granulator at a constant speed, and mixing for 3-5min to obtain a soft material;
(5) drying
Drying the soft material in a boiling granulator or wet-granulating in a granule swing machine equipped with 16-18 mesh nylon screen, and drying in an oven to obtain dry granules;
(6) QA intermediate control
Carrying out quality detection on the dry particles through QA, wherein the LOD control range is 3-6%;
(7) whole grain
Finishing the dry particles after QA control by a 16-18 mesh screen or a 3-4# screen finishing machine to obtain particles to be mixed;
(8) total mixing
Pulverizing calcium ascorbate, sieving with 40 mesh sieve, mixing with 1/2 residual amounts of calcium hydrogen phosphate, crospovidone, silicon dioxide and total granules in a mixer for 20-30min, adding magnesium stearate, and continuously mixing for 5-10min to obtain grape seed granule;
(9) tabletting
Carrying out tabletting operation on the grape seed particles by using a tabletting mould to obtain grape seed tablets;
(10) QA sampling test
Randomly sampling grape seed pieces and carrying out the following item detection: the tablet weight is 653-;
(11) coating film
Preparing a coating solution: 1kg of coating powder, 4.5-4.8kg of 95% ethanol and 4.2-4.5mg of purified water, putting the grape seed slices into a coating pot, preheating until the bed temperature of the grape seed slices is 33-40 ℃, and coating with a coating solution to obtain grape seed essence tablets;
(12) drying by baking
Drying the coated grape seed essence tablet in an oven for 5-10min to ensure that the LOD of the grape seed essence tablet is less than 5%, and intermittently rolling a coating pan body to enable the grape seed essence tablet to reach room temperature;
(13) QA sampling test
Randomly selecting grape seed essence slices, and detecting by using a metal detector;
(14) package (I)
