本发明公开了一种治疗阑尾炎的中药组合物，其原料包括：大黄、丹皮、木香、条苓、赤芍、冬瓜仁、甘草、金银花、连翘、地丁、公英、牛子、桃仁、芒硝。本发明公开的中药组合物用于治疗阑尾炎，见效快，费用低，无论阑尾炎发展到哪一期都不需要手术，临床治愈率达到90%，愈后不复发，具有临床应用和推广价值。

本发明涉及中药领域，尤其涉及一种治疗阑尾炎的中药组合物。
背景技术
阑尾炎是临床上比较常见的一种疾病，临床上常有右下腹部疼痛、体温升高、呕吐和中性粒细胞增多等表现。以抗生素和补液进行西医治疗，是目前保守治疗阑尾炎的主要手段。常规西医治疗，医疗费用高，治疗时间长，病人痛苦且易复发，且副作用较大。后期成脓采用手术治疗将阑尾切除，这种方法疗效快并可根治，但病人花钱多，承受的开刀痛苦较大，且手术破坏了腹腔内部原有的生理状态，术后恢复期长，尤其是手术时出现的失误，造成术后后遗症，具有很大风险性。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题，本发明提出了一种治疗阑尾炎的中药组合物，服用该中药组合物治疗阑尾炎见效快、费用低、治愈率高。
本发明提供了一种治疗阑尾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，其原料按重量份包括：大黄5-50份、丹皮5-30份、木香5-20份、条苓5-40份、赤芍5-40份、冬瓜仁5-30份、甘草5-30份、金银花5-90份、连翘5-40份、地丁5-90份、公英5-90份、牛子5-50份、桃仁5-30份、芒硝5-70份。
优选地，所述治疗阑尾炎的中药组合物的原料按重量份包括：大黄5-40份、丹皮5-30份、木香5-20份、条苓5-30份、赤芍5-30份、冬瓜仁5-25份、甘草5-25份、金银花5-70份、连翘5-30份、地丁5-70份、公英5-70份、牛子5-40份、桃仁5-25份、芒硝5-55份。
优选地，所述治疗阑尾炎的中药组合物的原料按重量份包括：大黄5-30份、丹皮5-25份、木香5-15份、条苓5-25份、赤芍5-25份、冬瓜仁5-25份、甘草5-20份、金银花5-50份、连翘5-25份、地丁5-50份、公英10-55份、牛子5-35份、桃仁5-25份、芒硝5-45份。
优选地，所述治疗阑尾炎的中药组合物的原料按重量份包括：大黄10-25份、丹皮5-15份、木香10-15份、条苓5-15份、赤芍10-20份、冬瓜仁5-15份、甘草5-15份、金银花10-35份、连翘10-20份、地丁15-40份、公英20-40份、牛子10-25份、桃仁5-15份、芒硝10-30份。
方解：本病因热毒蕴结、气血壅滞所致，所以大黄、牡丹皮凉血散血，赤芍能泻热逐瘀，再配芒硝破留血而散恶血，桃仁活血行瘀、泻血逐瘀功能大为增强，甘草合营血，金银花、连翘、公英、地丁消热解毒散结，条苓、牛子清热、调肠胃之气，冬瓜仁可使津液流通、排脓散结，合而用之，使炽盛热邪从肠道而去，壅滞津血得以流通，则热结通而痛自散，血行畅而肿痛自消，所以故有良效，综上可知，此证病机应着于血瘀热壅，治疗应立足于通。
本发明采用中医的清热解毒法治疗阑尾炎，见效快，费用低，无论阑尾炎发展到哪一期都不需要手术，临床治愈率达到90%，愈后不复发，具有临床应用和推广价值。

一种治疗阑尾炎的中药组合物，其原料按重量份包括：大黄15份、丹皮10份、木香12份、条苓8份、赤芍15份、冬瓜仁10份、甘草13份、金银花25份、连翘17份、地丁30份、公英25份、牛子15份、桃仁13份、芒硝15份。

一种治疗阑尾炎的中药组合物，其原料按重量份包括：大黄30份、丹皮26份、木香18份、条苓15份、赤芍26份、冬瓜仁20份、甘草15份、金银花10份、连翘5份、地丁15份、公英15份、牛子20份、桃仁8份、芒硝5份。
本发明提供的治疗阑尾炎的中药组合物制成汤剂，每日一剂，分两次煎服，早晚服，每次煎成300毫升。服药期间忌辛辣之物。
2010-2019年申请人采用本发明中药组合物为39位已确诊为阑尾炎的患者进行治疗，一般服用1-2剂后症状明显缓解，服用6-7剂后症状完全消失，经治疗后35人痊愈，治愈率达到90%。
典型案例如下：
病例一：修某，男，32岁，平时好烟酒，于2011年4月发病，在当地医院经B 超诊断为急性阑尾炎，经过两天的常规西医治疗，不见好转，仍然右下腹痛难忍，后自动出院，服用本发明的汤药1剂后，右下腹疼痛消失，又服了5剂，病情痊愈，为巩固疗效，继服10剂，随访至今未复发
病例二：李某，女，45岁，于2013年5月发病，当时右下腹痛，经医院诊断为慢性阑尾炎，经过西医常规治疗好转而出院，20天后又复发到当地医院治疗，一周后好转而出院，反复发作几次，后服用本发明汤药2剂后腹痛好转，服用5剂后痊愈，继服10剂而巩固疗效，随访至今未复发。
