Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to an ostomy bag capable of continuously attracting and automatically discharging sewage.
Background
The existing ostomy bag usually discharges fluid through a sewage draining outlet, or adds a negative pressure suction device at the sewage draining outlet to suck out the fluid through negative pressure, and the mode has the following defects: because the ostomy bag is a flexible bag, under the condition of a closed ostomy bag, when negative pressure suction is performed, the pressure in the ostomy bag can be reduced, and due to the action of external atmospheric pressure, the flexible bag can deform so as to block the inlet of a sewage discharge outlet, so that suction can not be continuously performed, and fluid can not be drained at any time under the unattended condition, so that the contact time of the fluid with local skin or ostomy mucosa is increased, the possibility of skin or ostomy mucosa damage is increased, and under the condition of an open ostomy bag, negative pressure suction is used, and the operation can be completed by a person. In addition, the pollution discharge process is in an open environment, and the possibility of increasing hospital feeling to the surrounding environment is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an ostomy bag capable of continuously sucking and automatically discharging sewage, which has continuous suction force, stable and adjustable size (does not suck mucosa, skin and other tissues and organs) and can timely drain discharge (especially liquid) without nursing at any time.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the invention discloses an ostomy bag capable of continuously sucking and automatically discharging sewage, which comprises an ostomy bag body and a suction tube, wherein the suction tube comprises a negative pressure suction channel and a gas channel, the front end of the negative pressure suction channel is communicated with the front end of the gas channel, the side wall of the negative pressure suction channel and/or the gas channel is provided with a suction port, the suction port is positioned in the ostomy bag body, and the rear end of the negative pressure suction channel and the rear end of the gas channel are both positioned outside the ostomy bag body.
Preferably, the front section of the negative pressure suction channel and the front section of the gas channel are located in the same tube, the front section of the negative pressure suction channel is parallel to the axis of the front section of the gas channel, the suction port is located in the front section of the tube, the rear section of the negative pressure suction channel and the rear section of the gas channel are separately provided, and the tube passes through the edge of the ostomy bag body.
Preferably, the front sections of the negative pressure suction channel and the gas channel are located in an annular tube, the tube wall of the annular tube is provided with a plurality of suction ports, and the suction ports are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the annular tube.
Furthermore, the rear end of the gas channel is connected with an outlet of the three-way flow converging valve.
Furthermore, one inlet of the three-way flow converging valve is connected with a flushing fluid container through a hose, and the rear end of the negative pressure suction channel is communicated with continuous negative pressure equipment.
Furthermore, the rear end of the negative pressure suction channel and a communication pipeline of the continuous negative pressure equipment are connected with a sealing bottle in series.
Preferably, the local direction of the suction tube provided with the suction port is convex towards the oral cavity, and the height of the convex is 2-5 cm.
Preferably, the suction opening is located in the stoma area of the ostomy bag body.
Further, the suction ports are at least two.
Further, the ostomy bag body is provided with a drain outlet and a flushing port, and the drain outlet and the flushing port are both provided with sealing heads.
Furthermore, the number of the suction tubes is at least two.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the ostomy bag is attached to the skin stoma or around other tissue lacerations to form a closed environment. The front end of the negative pressure suction channel and the front end of the gas channel are positioned in the ostomy bag body, the continuous negative pressure equipment at the rear end of the negative pressure suction channel continuously sucks gas, so that the gas enters the negative pressure suction channel through the gas channel and flows out, a speed difference is formed between the flowing gas and the relatively static gas outside the suction pipe, and according to the Bernoulli principle, the fluid around the suction port in the ostomy bag body enters the negative pressure suction channel and/or the gas channel through the suction port, so that the fluid is sucked out by the negative pressure through the negative pressure suction channel. As the film of the ostomy bag is mainly made of flexible materials, the fluid far away from the suction port can be extruded by the atmospheric pressure outside the film of the ostomy bag (the pressure near the suction port in the ostomy bag is the minimum), and moves towards the suction port to enter the negative pressure channel, so that the fluid far away from the suction tube or new fluid can be automatically and timely discharged. Solid non-free tissue, such as skin mucosa, is not fluid, which is not the basic condition of bernoulli's principle, and therefore is not drawn into the negative pressure channel.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention adopts the air channel and the negative pressure channel to suck according to the Bernoulli principle, has continuous suction force and stable and adjustable size (can not suck mucosa, skin and other tissues and organs), automatically pushes new discharge to move to the suction hole under the action of the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the closed stoma bag film by utilizing the flexibility of the stoma bag film, enters the negative pressure channel, and can timely drain the discharge without nursing at any time.
2. The invention can continuously attract and remove the dirt in the ostomy bag, and can effectively reduce the pollution and infection of the ostomy.
3. The invention can seal and transport discharge and reduce hospital feeling.
4. The nursing bed is simple and practical in structure and convenient to use, and reduces nursing labor intensity.
