When the first-stage lifting screw 163, the second-stage lifting nut 165 and the third-stage lifting nut 167 are extended, the first-stage rotation stopping sleeve 162, the second-stage rotation stopping sleeve 164 and the third-stage rotation stopping sleeve 166 are sequentially driven to be extended. Because the lateral wall bottom of the sleeve 162 is equipped with the annular raised edge to the one-level splines, the sleeve 164 cover is located to the second grade splines the lateral wall of sleeve 162, the upper end inner wall of sleeve 164 is equipped with the annular raised edge to the second grade splines, the lateral wall bottom of sleeve 164 is equipped with the annular raised edge to the second grade splines, sleeve 166 cover is located to the third grade splines the lateral wall of sleeve 164, the upper end inner wall of sleeve 166 is equipped with the annular raised edge to the third grade splines, and the annular raised edge of the lateral wall bottom of sleeve 162 will receive the annular raised edge restriction of the upper end inner wall of sleeve 164 to stop moving, and the annular raised edge of the lateral wall bottom of sleeve 164 will receive the annular raised edge restriction of the upper end inner wall of sleeve 166 to the third grade splines to stop moving.
Cosmetic bottle 4 still includes third hose 12, second silica gel valve 14 and fourth hose 13, the one end of third hose 12 is passed the top after-fixing of piston 15 is in the inner wall bottom of cosmetic bottle 4, the other end with the import sealing connection of second silica gel valve 14, the one end of fourth hose 13 with the export sealing connection of second silica gel valve 14, the other end of fourth hose 13 with the second communicates with each other.
In this embodiment, the third hose 12 is fixedly and sealingly connected to the piston 15, and the third hose 12 is located in the cosmetic bottle 4 over a length longer than the depth of the cosmetic bottle 4, preferably twice the depth of the cosmetic bottle 4.
When the power supply is insufficient or the user does not need to start the vibration motor 3, the user can rotate the outer sleeve 160 to lift the spiral lifting mechanism 16 one by one, so that the cleansing emulsion in the cosmetic bottle 4 is extruded to the cleaning brush head 2 through the third hose 12, the fourth hose 13, the second silica gel valve 14 and the first silica gel valve 11. By arranging the spiral lifting mechanism 16, the convenience of the cosmetic bottle 4 can be further improved, and the practicability and the use function of the cosmetic bottle are enhanced, so that the cosmetic bottle can be better served for a user.
Example three:
as shown in fig. 3, a cosmetic bottle includes a housing 1, a cleaning brush head 2, a vibration motor 3, a power source, a cosmetic bottle 4, a main shaft 5, an eccentric wheel 6, a pressing head 7, a first hose 8, and a second hose 9.
The cleaning brush head 2 is arranged at the top end of the shell 1, and a first silica gel valve 11 for preventing liquid from flowing back to the inside of the cosmetic bottle 4 is arranged on the cleaning brush head 2. The cleaning brush head 2 is a TPE soft rubber brush which is manufactured by a TPE double-color injection molding process. A transparent dust cover 10 is covered on the cleaning brush head 2. The cleaning brush head 2 can rotate 360 degrees around the top end of the shell 1.
The first silica gel valve 11 is a silica gel one-way valve or a silica gel check valve, and is installed at the center of the cleaning brush head 2. The outlet end of the first silica gel valve 11 is connected with the outer surface of the cleaning brush head 2, and the inlet end is connected with the second hose 9 in a sealing way.
The power supply is arranged in the shell 1 and is electrically connected with the vibration motor 3. The power source may be a rechargeable lithium battery or a dry cell battery that powers the vibration motor 3.
The vibration motor 3 is a high-frequency vibration motor 3, which is arranged in the shell 1 and is used for driving the cleaning brush head 2 to vibrate.
The cosmetic bottle 4 is a closed container for storing a cleansing emulsion, and is provided inside the casing 1.
The main shaft 5 is connected with an output shaft of the vibration motor 3;
the pressing head 7 is used for sucking and taking out the cleansing emulsion in the cosmetic bottle 4;
the eccentric wheel 6 is arranged on the main shaft 5, the eccentric wheel 6 is arranged on the pressing head 7, and when the eccentric wheel 6 rotates, the pressing head 7 can be intermittently collided. When the vibration motor acts, the output shaft of the vibration motor rotates to drive the main shaft 5 to rotate, so as to drive the eccentric wheel 6 to rotate to intermittently or periodically collide with the pressing head 7, and continuously suck out the interface emulsion in the cosmetic bottle 4.
One end of the first hose 8 passes through the top of the cosmetic bottle 4, preferably passes through the center of the top of the cosmetic bottle 4 and is fixed at the bottom of the inner wall of the cosmetic bottle 4, and the other end of the first hose 8 is hermetically connected with the liquid inlet of the pressing head 7. Fix the one end of first hose 8 in the inner wall bottom of cosmetic bottle 4, can extract out the interface emulsion in cosmetic bottle 4 better, prevent that clean face emulsion from remaining in cosmetic bottle 4, improve this cosmetic bottle 4 clean face emulsion's utilization efficiency.
One end of the second hose 9 is connected with the liquid outlet of the pressing head 7 in a sealing manner, and the other end of the second hose 9 is connected with the inlet of the first silica gel valve 11 in a sealing manner.
The cosmetic bottle 4 is also internally provided with a processor for controlling the vibration frequency of the vibration motor 3 and the rotating speed of the output shaft. Generally, the processor can output different pulse widths PWM to control the vibration frequency of the vibration motor 3 and the rotation speed of the output shaft of the vibration motor 3.
Because the vibration frequency of the vibration motor 3 is in direct proportion to the rotating speed of the output shaft, and the output shaft of the vibration motor 3 is connected with the eccentric wheel 6 through the main shaft 5, the cosmetic bottle 4 of the embodiment can adjust the rotating speeds of the output shaft and the eccentric wheel 6 according to the vibration frequency of the vibration motor 3, and further adjust the pressing frequency of the pressing head 7.
When the cosmetic bottle is used, the output quantity of the face cleaning emulsion in the cosmetic bottle 4 can be adjusted by adjusting the frequency of the vibration motor 3, so that better face cleaning experience is provided for a user, and the user can conveniently clean the face. Meanwhile, the cleaning brush head 2 generates high-frequency vibration through the vibration motor 3, so that greasy dirt on the cleaning surface of the cleaning emulsion can be better cleaned.
The top of the cosmetic bottle 4 is provided with a piston 15 which is connected with the inner wall in a sealing way and can move up and down along the inner wall of the cosmetic bottle 4, and the cosmetic bottle 4 can move up and down along the inner wall of the shell 1. One end of the first hose 8 penetrates through the center of the piston 15 and then is fixed at the bottom of the inner wall of the cosmetic bottle 4, and the other end of the first hose 8 is hermetically connected with the liquid inlet of the pressing head 7.
The pressing head 7 is positioned above the cosmetic bottle 4 and is fixedly arranged at the middle upper part of the inner wall of the shell 1. And the piston 15 is fixed to the bottom of the pressing head 7 through a connecting rod. In this way, the pressing head 7 and the piston 15 are fixed in position, and the cosmetic bottle 4 can move up and down relative to the piston 15, thereby squeezing out the cleansing lotion in the cosmetic bottle 4.
In this embodiment, the first hose 8 is fixedly and sealingly connected to the piston 15, and the first hose 8 is located in the bottle 4 over a length longer than the depth of the bottle 4, preferably twice the depth of the bottle 4.
As shown in fig. 2, a screw elevating mechanism 16 is provided at the bottom of the cosmetic bottle 4, and the screw elevating mechanism 16 includes:
an outer sleeve 160 rotatably sleeved on the outer sidewall of the bottom of the housing 1;
an inner sleeve 161 positioned in the outer shell 1, wherein the upper surface of the inner sleeve 161 is nested at the bottom of the cosmetic bottle 4;
the primary lifting assembly comprises a primary rotation stopping sleeve 162 and a primary lifting screw 163, one end of the primary lifting screw 163 penetrates through the primary rotation stopping sleeve 162 and then is connected with the inner sleeve 161, the other end of the primary lifting screw 163 is connected with the bottom of the outer sleeve 160, and the bottom of the outer side wall of the primary rotation stopping sleeve 162 is provided with an annular convex edge;
the secondary lifting assembly comprises a secondary rotation stopping sleeve 164 and a secondary lifting nut 165, the secondary lifting nut 165 is sleeved outside the primary lifting screw 163 and is in threaded connection with the primary lifting screw 163, the secondary lifting nut 165 is located inside the primary rotation stopping sleeve 162, the secondary rotation stopping sleeve 164 is sleeved on the outer side wall of the primary rotation stopping sleeve 162, an annular convex edge is arranged on the inner wall of the upper end of the secondary rotation stopping sleeve 164, and an annular convex edge is arranged at the bottom of the outer side wall of the secondary rotation stopping sleeve 164;
tertiary lifting unit, including tertiary sleeve 166 and tertiary lifting nut 167 of splining, tertiary lifting nut 167 cover is located the outside of second grade lifting nut 165 and with second grade lifting nut 165 threaded connection, tertiary lifting nut 167 is located within the sleeve 162 is splitted to the one-level, sleeve 166 cover is splitted to the tertiary sleeve is located the lateral wall of sleeve 164 is splitted to the second grade, the upper end inner wall of sleeve 166 is splitted to the tertiary is equipped with annular raised edge.
The lateral wall that sleeve 162 and second grade were only changeed to the one-level is equipped with a plurality of protruding strips parallel with one-level lifting screw 163 axis respectively, sleeve 166 and second grade are only changeed and are equipped with a plurality of recesses parallel with one-level lifting screw 163 axis respectively on the inside wall of sleeve 164, protruding strip sliding connection on the lateral wall of sleeve 162 is only changeed to the one-level in recess on the inside wall of sleeve 164 is only changeed to the second grade, protruding strip sliding connection on the lateral wall of sleeve 164 is only changeed to the second grade in recess on the inside wall of sleeve 166 is only changeed to the third grade.
As shown in fig. 2, the first stage lifting screw 163, the second stage lifting nut 165 and the third stage lifting nut 167 are all located inside the first stage rotation-stopping sleeve 162. Since the primary lift screw 163 is coupled to the bottom of the outer sleeve 160, the primary lift screw 163 will rotate and move up and down in the secondary lift nut 165 when the outer sleeve 160 is twisted. When the first-stage lifting screw 163, the second-stage lifting nut 165 and the third-stage lifting nut 167 are extended, the first-stage rotation stopping sleeve 162, the second-stage rotation stopping sleeve 164 and the third-stage rotation stopping sleeve 166 are sequentially driven to be extended. Because the lateral wall bottom of the sleeve 162 is equipped with the annular raised edge to the one-level splines, the sleeve 164 cover is located to the second grade splines the lateral wall of sleeve 162, the upper end inner wall of sleeve 164 is equipped with the annular raised edge to the second grade splines, the lateral wall bottom of sleeve 164 is equipped with the annular raised edge to the second grade splines, sleeve 166 cover is located to the third grade splines the lateral wall of sleeve 164, the upper end inner wall of sleeve 166 is equipped with the annular raised edge to the third grade splines, and the annular raised edge of the lateral wall bottom of sleeve 162 will receive the annular raised edge restriction of the upper end inner wall of sleeve 164 to stop moving, and the annular raised edge of the lateral wall bottom of sleeve 164 will receive the annular raised edge restriction of the upper end inner wall of sleeve 166 to the third grade splines to stop moving.
Cosmetic bottle 4 still includes third hose 12, second silica gel valve 14 and fourth hose 13, the one end of third hose 12 is passed the top after-fixing of piston 15 is in the inner wall bottom of cosmetic bottle 4, the other end with the import sealing connection of second silica gel valve 14, the one end of fourth hose 13 with the export sealing connection of second silica gel valve 14, the other end of fourth hose 13 with the second communicates with each other.

Preferably, a flow control valve 17 is provided in the first hose 8, and the flow control valve 17 is connected to the processor to control the flow of the facial cleanser sucked by the pressing head 7.
And a control panel is arranged on the outer surface of the shell 1 and is electrically connected with the controller. And buttons for adjusting the vibration frequency of the vibration motor 3 and controlling the opening of the flow control valve are respectively arranged on the control panel.
The user can adjust the vibration frequency of the vibration motor 3 according to the self requirement through the control panel, and the opening degree of the flow control valve is controlled, so that the suction amount of the face cleansing emulsion is controlled.
When the cosmetic bottle is used, a user can control the opening degree of the flow control valve 17 through the control panel, the extrusion amount of the cleansing emulsion can be controlled, the cosmetic bottle is convenient for different users to use, and the cosmetic bottle can be conveniently used by the users under different conditions.
The lotion stored in the cosmetic bottle is not limited to cleansing lotion, and may be a toner or a liquid such as a lotion or a cleansing water.
Furthermore, the cleaning brush head 2 comprises a base 20 and a massage head 21, the granular silica gel protrusions are arranged on the massage head 21, and the massage head 21 is detachably arranged on the base. When the power electric quantity is not enough or the user does not need to start the vibration motor, the user can make the spiral lifting mechanism ascend section by screwing the outer sleeve, and the face cleaning emulsion in the cosmetic bottle is extruded to the cleaning brush head through the third hose, the fourth hose, the second silica gel valve and the first silica gel valve. Through setting up spiral elevating system, can further improve the convenience of cosmetic bottle, strengthen its practicality and service function to serve for the user better.

1. A cosmetic bottle, comprising:
a housing;
the cleaning brush head is arranged at the top end of the shell, and a first silica gel valve used for preventing liquid from flowing back to the inside of the cosmetic bottle is arranged on the cleaning brush head;
the power supply is arranged in the shell and is electrically connected with the vibration motor;
the vibration motor is arranged in the shell and used for driving the cleaning brush head to vibrate;
the cosmetic bottle is a closed container and is arranged inside the shell and used for storing the cleansing emulsion;
the main shaft is connected with an output shaft of the vibration motor;
a pressing head for sucking out the cleansing emulsion in the cosmetic bottle;
the eccentric wheel is arranged on the main shaft, and can intermittently collide with the pressing head when rotating;
one end of the first hose penetrates through the top of the cosmetic bottle and then is fixed at the bottom of the inner wall of the cosmetic bottle, and the other end of the first hose is hermetically connected with the liquid inlet of the pressing head;
and one end of the second hose is in sealing connection with the liquid outlet of the pressing head, and the other end of the second hose is in sealing connection with the inlet of the first silica gel valve.
2. The cosmetic bottle of claim 1, further comprising a dust cap that fits over the cleaning head, the cleaning head being rotatable 360 degrees about the top end of the housing.
3. The cosmetic bottle as set forth in claim 2, wherein a piston is coupled to the top of the bottle in such a manner as to be movable up and down along the inner wall of the bottle, the bottle being movable up and down along the inner wall of the casing, and a screw elevating mechanism is provided at the bottom of the bottle, the screw elevating mechanism comprising:
the outer sleeve is rotatably sleeved on the outer side wall of the bottom of the shell;
the inner sleeve is positioned in the outer shell, and the upper surface of the inner sleeve is nested at the bottom of the cosmetic bottle;
the primary lifting assembly comprises a primary rotation stopping sleeve and a primary lifting screw rod, one end of the primary lifting screw rod penetrates through the primary rotation stopping sleeve and then is connected with the inner sleeve, the other end of the primary lifting screw rod is connected with the bottom of the outer sleeve, and an annular raised edge is arranged at the bottom of the outer side wall of the primary rotation stopping sleeve;
the second-stage lifting assembly comprises a second-stage rotation stopping sleeve and a second-stage lifting nut, the second-stage lifting nut is sleeved on the outer side of the first-stage lifting screw and is in threaded connection with the first-stage lifting screw, the second-stage lifting nut is located in the first-stage rotation stopping sleeve, the second-stage rotation stopping sleeve is sleeved on the outer side wall of the first-stage rotation stopping sleeve, an annular raised edge is arranged on the inner wall of the upper end of the second-stage rotation stopping sleeve, and an annular raised edge is arranged at the bottom of the outer side wall of the second-stage rotation;
the three-level lifting assembly comprises a three-level rotation stopping sleeve and a three-level lifting nut, the three-level lifting nut is sleeved on the outer side of the second-level lifting nut and is in threaded connection with the second-level lifting nut, the three-level lifting nut is located in the first-level rotation stopping sleeve, the three-level rotation stopping sleeve is sleeved on the outer side wall of the second-level rotation stopping sleeve, and an annular raised edge is arranged on the inner wall of the upper end of the three-level rotation stopping sleeve;
the cosmetic bottle still includes third hose, second silica gel valve and fourth hose, the one end of third hose is passed the top after-fixing of piston is in the inner wall bottom of cosmetic bottle, the other end with the import sealing connection of second silica gel valve, the one end of fourth hose with the export sealing connection of second silica gel valve, the other end of fourth hose with the second communicates with each other.

The cosmetic bottle as claimed in claim 3, wherein the outer side wall of the first-stage rotation stopping sleeve and the second-stage rotation stopping sleeve is respectively provided with a plurality of protruding strips parallel to the axis of the first-stage lifting screw, the inner side wall of the third-stage rotation stopping sleeve and the second-stage rotation stopping sleeve is respectively provided with a plurality of grooves parallel to the axis of the first-stage lifting screw, the protruding strips on the outer side wall of the first-stage rotation stopping sleeve are slidably connected with the grooves on the inner side wall of the second-stage rotation stopping sleeve, and the protruding strips on the outer side wall of the second-stage rotation stopping sleeve are slidably connected with the grooves on the inner side wall of the third-stage rotation.
5. The cosmetic bottle as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cleaning brush head is provided with granular soft rubber protrusions.

The cosmetic bottle of claim 5, wherein the cleaning brush head further comprises a plurality of massage beads, the massage beads are arranged around the center circumference of the massage head, and the massage beads are arranged around the first silicone valve when the massage head is clamped on the base.
7. The cosmetic bottle of claim 6, wherein the first and second silicone valves are silicone check valves.
8. The cosmetic bottle of claim 7, wherein the first tube is fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner wall of the bottle after passing through the center of the top of the piston.
9. The cosmetic bottle of claim 8, wherein the cleaning head comprises a base and a massage head removably mounted to the base.
10. A cosmetic bottle according to claim 9, wherein a flow control valve is provided in the first flexible tube.
